Raffie is a wonderful teacher! I had no prior driving experience—I’d never even sat behind the wheel and was very afraid of it. Raffie helped me overcome my fear, gave me a push when I needed it, and was always patient and supportive. As a result, I just passed my driving test on the first try! He’s not only a great instructor but also a really nice person—someone you feel very comfortable with. Highly recommend!
The best driving instructor you could possibly imagine. Raffi teaches you how to react and notice the important things. He’s an attentive and empathetic person: you won’t slack off with him, there’s no sugar-coating, but at the same time you feel safe knowing he can get you out of any problem. He trained my whole clan, haha. The best!

Raffi is a great teacher and overall a very kind person. I appreciate that he was patient when I was learning and also strict when it was necessary. I took lessons with another instructor several years ago but had a bad experience and had not been driving since then. Stop and Go is the best driving service in AZ! They truly make driving understandable . Which is perfect for someone who knows nothing about driving . All the staff was amazing and patient with all students. After passing my written test I was then ready for my driving exam . I had two driving instructors. My second instructor was phenomenal. Her name is Sam ,she an amazing person, beautiful sense of humor and is thoughtful . A really good Teacher! she made me feel very comfortable driving again, and was paying close attention to everything I was doing, so she can give me pointers! she really made me enjoy driving again! We had a great experience with this specific driving school. My daughter had four classes (gold) and she was waiting impatiently for each class with excitement and enthusiasm. She had Deborah as an instructor, all four times, which was the reason she was excited to keep going to the lessons. Deborah is an absolutely amazing instructor who is kind and patient with significant experience. We are highly recommending Stop and Go, you won't regret it. Stop and Go is the way to roll. I went to Stop and Go driving school for my son’s permit and driving. He was very anxious initially about being behind the wheel. Carter was his instructor for 5 (2 hour) sessions. He eased my son’s anxiety while he taught my son how to drive. I loved the homework he would give me to focus our drives on throughout the week to ensure he was ready for his next lesson. My son gained more confidence each week and so did I. I gained the trust in my son’s ability to navigate by himself. Carter was instrumental in my son gaining the skills and confidence to drive and get his drivers license. I highly recommend stop and go driving school to all parents contemplating it! It was worth every penny!

Roland is the best. He's an extremely knowledgeable instructor and funny too. With just 3 lessons, he helped me pass the driving test on the first time. Highly recommend him.
Rolands Driving School made my driver’s journey really smooth. The driving lessons were spot on and very detailed. They will make you a great and safe driver as you should be. They very professional about their job and 5 star rating is underrated. Kudos to my instructor Karen and owner Roland.
First off, I have not written a single review in my entire life till now, It is because I certainly believe that I feel the need to do it on this one. I am not the type of person who can just trust someone in a wink so when I went for Roland's it was no difference at first. But tell you what as I sat next to him on a driver seat on my first lesson with my skepticism running through my blood, slowly I notice that this guy (Roland) was something. He easily built the connection between me ani driving in a very smooth way. His calm approach of pointing out the do's and dont's made me feel as if Im driving all my life. I got so comfortable holding the wheel and felt confident. Trust me, I know what I'm talking about. I have tried 3 other driving schools out there and He is by far the best of best you can get, and the car itself was brand new. Yes, I know his pricing is a lil bit on a higher side but with the quality of lesson you'll get its actually a bang for your buck.Roland has the passion on what he does which makes him so good at it. I felt cared of by my instructor for the first time. He had established rapport that made me trust him that I can pass and be a good driver.He will only teach you the precise action you have to take on the road no more no less. He makes sure that he instilled it in your thought by making repetition on a maneuver you did wrong. He would throw in some jokes here and there when he feels me getting tense . And last, alongside with all the positive what I like the most is the fact that he encouraged me to go on by letting me know I am doing good when I do so. The driving experience I had was immeasurably valuable. Far from being mediocre, Roland was able to teach me everything I needed to know for the behind-the-wheel driving test and taught me in a way that stuck with me. As well as being an excellent instructor, he also was very encouraging throughout the learning process and was able to calmly take control of the situation, which made me feel more comfortable about my driving abilities. His sense of humor also makes time fly instead of having it lengthened. Definitely an experience worth every penny.

I had failed the driving test before I was recommended to the Kings Driving School. In 3 hours I learned more about the road and gained more ability as a driver than in all the practice I had with friends and family. My instructor Isabella was always on time and patient and made sure I understood Why the rules of the road were that way and what this had to do with my and others safety. She noticed what I was weak on and made me practice this over and over until I was comfortable with it. I passed my driving test with flying colors. I warmly recommend her, she is awesome :)

Today I passed my American road test first try all thanks to Martin! I've held a license in the UK for 10 years, but driving on American roads feels so different I didn't have the confidence to take a test without some help. Martin is deeply knowledgeable, patient and caringly assertive. His way of teaching allowed me to realize any bad habits I've picked up since I originally passed my UK test, and rewire my way of thinking to be ready for American roads. Thanks to this, I ended up passing with only 3 minor points deducted. So much of the test I would have taken for granted only a few weeks back without learning how to execute the maneuvers properly. I absolutely wouldn't have passed before taking these lessons. Also need to mention Martin is generally a great guy and takes care of his students. He went out of his way to make things easier for me. The amount of people that would recognize him at the DMV only further proved how respected he is within his community. If you're shopping around and want to see results fast, I highly recommend King's Driving School!

If you're in need of some driving lessons to thoroughly prepare you to get your license, I highly recommend Golden Eagle Driving School. At first, I was clueless and nervous about the various maneuvers for driving, but Gary the instructor was calming, patient, and informative, which put me at ease and exponentially helped me get used to driving. You get to practice on the actual testing routes/streets that the Glendale DMV uses, so that you are familiar with the material you will be examined on. Thanks to Golden Eagle and Gary, I was able to pass my driving test on my first attempt. Two thumbs up!
If you want to sign up, GARY is the instructor you need to ask for! My parents always have a heart attack as soon as I get in the driver's seat, but Gary's so calm and patient. He's also on time for the appointment - he's never been late by more than a second. When he takes you around Glendale, it's as if he knows the town like the back of his hand. Gary is someone I highly recommend!

Golden Eagle Driving School does not disappoint. They are the best if you want to learn and learn well. Teaching the basics is the standard but they go far beyond that to preparing you for driving defensively. A very important skill knowing that I live in a city where we are 3rd for the worst drivers in the nation. I highly recommend them to the beginners or people that need a refresh course on how to drive. After the first day I was given confidence in my driving skills. Plus if you are learning you want someone that is as calm as the drive instructors are at Golden Eagle Driving School.

I was able to learn how to drive in 4 days which I thought was impossible. My instructor Salem is very good and he made driving very interesting.
There were nice and they help you get confidence on the road in no time literally I got comfortable driving on the road on the first day of training and they give you an option of going in the highway with no additional fees unlike other driving schools I would recommend it

Serj is the best driving teacher. I was very scared of driving in Los Angeles, I moved here from Italy in 2016 and never drove until now. I took 4 lessons with Serj and I passed the driving test today, 11.18.2025, at first attempt. 😄⭐️⭐️⭐️ Serj teaches in details every single thing you need to know during the test. Highly recommend him to anyone that wants to be successful with the test!

Highly recommended! Although I've driven for years in the United Kington, upon moving to California I wanted a refresher driving lesson before taking my test at the DMV here. It was quite nerve wracking. There are of subtle difference to be aware of with the rules of the road, and also some bad habits to shake off! He was really experienced with my circumstances and only took 2 hours to get me test ready. I PASSED. Thanks Serj. Fantastic service.
