I had a great experience with this driving school. Candice Franks was the best instructor . She made the class interesting and painless, was incredibly patient, and took the time to make sure we really understood everything. I learned a lot & highly recommend her and this driving school.
I was originally enrolled in the Dallas Hirum DUI school but i was unable to reach class in time one night due to work. I lost my $360 and was not permitted to finish the course unless i paid another $360. Completely unprofessional and unwilling to help. Was only able to speak to katrina who spoke to me very disrespectfully and taunting. I was afraid all of the schools were like that but boy was i pleasantly surprised how completely different Barber driving school is. They are supportive, helpful, caring and happy to accommodate students with a tough work schedule. Its clear that theyre main focus is helping you successfully finish the course. Jas Tarver was my instructor and i cant imagine having had anyone else. She makes the material interesting, fun at times, and the class flew by. She is an amazing instructor! Thanks Jas and Barbers !
Ms. Jas was a great instructor, her personality made the time go by a lot faster and got everybody participating. I learned some useful new things that I hadn't thought about before. I can easily recommend this school.

I had gotten 3 2-hour lessons with Elizabeth, and I truly think this was the best decision I could've made towards learning how to drive. She helped me feel a lot more comfortable with everything, from getting back into the feel of driving in general to both main types of parking, even getting me on the highway. Without her guidance I'd still feel nervous thinking about the road, and thanks to her I feel completely prepared for my driving test! The price for lessons from this company may be a bit high but I feel I definitely got my money's worth out of it. Thank you Alfa, and thank you Elizabeth!
I had some experience driving before, but still didn't feel fully confident on the road. Taking lessons with Fernando really helped change that! He is super patient and explains everything clearly and simply. The lessons were very helpful, and by the end of the 8 hours I felt very comfortable on the road and things like going on the highway and parallel parking. Thanks to his help I passed the road test easily. If you're looking for someone who's calm and supportive I definitely recommend Fernando!
I’m super satisfied with Alfa. Camilo Araujo was my instructor for two sessions; he’s easy to talk to, explains things well, and is really easygoing. I’ve got my license now, and I highly recommend him. I did my road test with Larry Sutton, and he prepared me well. The road test went smoothly and both of these gentlemen are superb. I’ll be back for Defensive Driving!
I had a great experience with ALFA driving school. My instructor Aaliyah was great at directing me when I had a period of time not driving. Her through instructions with different maneuvers, parking strategies, etc have boasted my confidence when driving on the road. If I had to recommend one person to teach great driving abilities, Aaliyah is the one to go with!
I couldn’t have asked for a better driving instructor than Camilo! He was patient, clear, and always made sure I understood not just how to drive, but how to drive safely and confidently. This is a great school for taking defensive driving. They communicate quickly and are very patient in making sure you properly learn. Mr. Kenny is an excellent instructor. I recommend them to anyone!

I really wanted to experience this driving school I callled twice and texted and little to no response or call backs even my mom called i understand everyone is busy with life and having business isn’t easy but it would be nice if you guys were more considerate ……………and guys after I posted this review she started harassing my phone number and saying she wished she knew where I worked so she could hassle me when all I posted was one single review and I wasn’t even disrespectful🙏😩 and started lying on me saying I made a review someone else made Jesus Christ 😭
The class was fun & very informative. Really opened my mind to a lot and glad took this class. I definitely recommend others to come here 10/10.
My instructor Elsie was incredibly patient, supportive, and truly believed in me throughout this whole process. I had a bad experience with driving in the past due to accidents, and it took me 3 years to finally feel confident enough to try again. Thanks to Elsie’s guidance, I finally got my license! I had taken Driver Ed back in high school, but nothing compares to the level of care and professionalism I received here. Everyone at Allied is so kind and genuinely wants you to succeed. They are by far the best driving school in Savannah!
Literally the best instructors here. I had Coach David for three lessons before heading off to college and he helped me get my license. He was so chill and very helpful and not judgmental at all of simple mistakes. He also helped calm down after a roller coaster of emotions I went through when I passed. The amount of tears I shed one would think I’m a water sign. I already recommended a couple people to go to this driving school when to go to work for their license. 10000/10 service.
I highly recommend Allied Learning Center! I needed a refresher behind the wheel course, and I had Eileen as my instructor. She did a fantastic job in teaching me basically EVERYTHING and making me feel confident and comfortable driving during the day & night in both city and highway. This is the best class to take a risk reduction class in Augusta. Ms. Angela Caldwell is a great instructor. She made this 20 hour course enjoyable, educational and worthwhile. If you have to take a driver course or a risk reduction program I highly recommend PATHWAY CONNECTIONS.
I learned a lot. Not only am I glad to be finished I have no regrets and nobody got hurt. I feel like I am a better version of myself and educated.
The teacher Angela Caldwell here is AMAZING she makes the class the absolute best it can be! Totally not what I expected, but they answer phones, call back, answer all questions, made whole process totally easy and enjoyable as it could be, again GREAT teacher
The environment for the class is very professional. This was a very informative class. It flowed nicely and kept me engaged throughout the entire class. I went to take my test right after the class and I got every question on the test correct. I would recommend this class to everyone. Even if you are not mandated to take the class it is something that will greatly benefit you.
Wasn’t excited at first but the class wasn’t bad at all! Ms. Caldwell is a wonderful instructor.

Eugene was an amazing driving instructor, I was really nervous about learning to drive but he made me feel relaxed and I really started to enjoy driving! He struck a perfect balance between letting me go at my own pace and giving me a push of encouragement when I needed it! It took me less than 7 weeks to get my license, I passed first time, and Eugene was there all the way up to test day. Great value for money and a great instructor!

Mathew was a great driving instructor. He was very calm and clear with his examination and was very detail oriented when it came to describing the needed steps for me to be successful when it came to my driving test
I highly recommend Matthew as a driving instructor. From the start, he made us feel comfortable and at ease with his clear and patient instructions. We had no problems following his guidance, which was straightforward and easy to understand. Matthew's teaching skills were particularly impressive when he helped my dad, who was driving on freeways for the first time. With Matthew, my dad was able to drive confidently (and safely). His ability to instill confidence in his students is remarkable, and he made us believe that we could do it, and we did. We're very thankful for that, never thought we could get a license IN ONLY UNDER two days (passed with flying colors too!) If you're looking for a driving school that is professional, supportive, and effective, This school is the perfect choice!

RUDE!!!!!!! I went in today for what I thought would be a simple fingerprinting boy i got a surprise. I went through everything I needed to do with T.S.A, brought all the right documents only for it to turn into a nightmare. The lady I was dealing with was more than rude, and came off extremely hostile. Quick to tell me "OhhThey won't accept this"without even running it, and had no answers only attitude.
Awesome place to get your certificate! They work with you on almost anything except they have 0 tolerance for people who are late! Even if you are only late by 5 minutes they will make you re-take the class and absolutely no refund.
I actually enjoyed the Risk Reduction course with Mr. Jimmy Wood. He did an excellent job maintaining order and keeping our attention throughout the entire class. Before the course, I didn’t see much wrong with my decision-making. However, after completing it, I now feel more motivated to make better, low-risk decisions. Mr. Jimmy explained how it’s possible to still have fun while being responsible, and he made it easy to understand. This course was truly valuable, and I’m glad I took it.

I’ve kept forgetting to put a review here but I finally will! Please, if you’re a student who needs to find a safe driving instructor, this is genuinely the best possible place to go. I got my license after being taught, and was able to confidently pass my exam without even being extremely scared. My instructor was even able to be with me in the car when I took the exam! I never thought I’d be able to get my license, but they changed this. They have some very lovely and sweet people who are very gentle and kind and take the time to teach you everything the right way. Very respectful and positive. They’re worth every penny.
They teacher I had Ms. Kayla was a good teacher and I always learn something for her and she was very informational.
I would like to thank the staff for the help I received. When first reaching out to this company I had no idea what to do or how to do it. They walked me along on how to sign up properly and helped me with the payment procedure and even how to download zoom and everything else I had issues with. I’d highly recommend this school and location for obtaining your CDL. Each instructor ensured that you understood all of the safety, inspections, and driving aspects so that you’d be prepared for the road.
I highly recommend it to everyone that is looking or interested in the trucking industry. The instructor here are incredible people and I highly suggest you come. The staff as a whole comes with experience and knowledge that will set you up for success.
Positive experience across the board from recruiting all the way to the instructors, the classroom was very informative and straightforward. Instruction were clear and in depth and the knowledge given was always deemed true and worked effectively as promised. Sequan was excellent with his explanations of the maneuvers, Mike was professional at not only breaking down maneuvers but also showcasing it. Fred was very knowledgable at giving multiple pointers on what to look for and how to go about executing each maneuver. Harry cut no corners and let us know exactly what the expectations were setting and excellent standard.

I highly recommend Athens Driving Prep. I took three lessons with Elly, she's always been kind and patient with me, and she is really competent. Thanks to her I easily passed the road test at the first try.
Elly is a phenomenal driving instructor and coach. I had previously worked with a driving instructor who had rushed through the basics and was only intent on getting me to pass the road test. But Elly made sure to go through basic skills, using techniques to remove the guesswork out of driving. She focused on little things that made a big difference to my driving - pedal control, improving spatial cognition, safe following distance etc which I had been worried about. She is also a great coach, and built up my confidence over a short period of time. Look no further for a driving instructor, can't recommend Elly highly enough.

At first I was skeptical about driving school, I didn’t have faith that it would be as useful as it was. Athens driving prep was a large step for me on the path to becoming a responsible driver. My perspective changed when I met my instructors Elly Creager and Chris. They were both extremely supportive and professional. Shavoka is a good instructor and taught me about parking, speeding limits, change lanes and yield. She also very patient with me even I was little struggling at first but I felt confident driving after. I would recommend others to have instructor named Shavoka. I’m glad that I had this lesson!
I mean, considering I had to take the course for court it was cool. My instructor was Ron. Being home was convenient and they did provide breaks to help the long content. Over all good, Ron was engaging and knowledgeable on a lot of facts and real life scenarios.
As a 35 yr old starting my journey behind the wheel I feel like Ms.Shavoka was placed as my instructor by the divine powers that be ! She was EXTREMELY patient with me ! She talked me through my lesson very calmly and shared with me tips to remember when driving , she told me what I needed to work on while encouraging me and praising me on the things I did successfully☺️ I was scared at first and reluctant to try but after our encounter I can’t wait to try it again ! She made me comfortable and now I’m ready to keep going . 10/10 !!!
Ms. Shavoka is an excellent driving instructor. She’s very kind, patient, and professional. She tells you exactly what you need to improve on and explains how to fix it in a clear and helpful way. She really takes the time to make sure you feel confident and understand what you’re doing. She genuinely cares about helping you become a safe and skilled driver. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and supportive instructor.
Had my first class yesterday I yes nervous and excited at the same time. My instructor Ms.Shavoka is very experienced and knowledgeable of her job. She made my session with her rewarding and fulfilling .Very respectful,patient and understanding. Had my trials and errors but kind in how she respond to them. Her goal is to ensure I got this. I can do it and the right way. Have a few more sessions with Ms.Shavoka and I'm optimistic about the possibilities with her being my instructor.I will be a great driver. DAY 1 thumbs 👍 up.

I signed up for classes for my grandaughter in May of 2023. I chose A-1 because they were offering the class at her school. I did not read the BBB reviews. I paid $490. for the course. I have tried contacting them by phone and email many times. They never returned my calls. It is now July. I would like a refund for the services that they did not provide. How they can stay in business is a mystery to me.
Great School! Had a great instructor. They made sure the class was smooth and steady. They make sure you pass your test and get your certification to you quickly!
We had a terrible experience with this company. They promised to send the certificate of completion for the class our son completed and did not send it for days after multiple calls and emails asking for the document. finally, one hour before our appointment with the DMV they finally sent the document after we threatened to sue them.
Overall the class was very good. Good instructor. Nancy made it very pleasant to be in the class and kept my attention the entire 2 days. I could not believe some of things I had forgotten. Really good refresher course for me.

I had a great experience at A-1 I would recommend to anyone and Mrs. Drayton was a Wonderful teacher
Miss Imani was very rude. During my road test she spoke the whole time and lectured me, adding to my nervousness. She also did not do a car check/inspection before she got in the car. I believe she held many biases against my character. If you HAVE to take a lesson here I'd advise it be with anyone but her.
A1DefensiveDriving course in East point ga. The whole staffs was very great and help learn my mistakes I did not every was so professional. I definitely happy.
My experience was good. The instructor was kind, compassionate and you could tell he was well educated on the information he gave us. The class was longer than I would have liked, but they made up for it by providing lunch. I would recommend this program to others.

I really enjoyed my time here. It was strenuous at times; but nothing worth having will come easy. Dont let the very few bad reviews stray you away. There is a means to everything. They have wonderful teachers; Big John showed me how to drive a manual. He was understanding, patient, and adamant about finding any driving weakness so I can feel confident when behind the wheel. Nevertheless, all the other teachers and staff are kind and do whatever they can to help as long as you want to help yourself. Oh ya sincerely, ONEandDONE🤣❤️
I need to give out props to all my teachers, for instilling in me the knowledge and skills needed for me to level up in my life. Huge respect and love for Ms. Nita, Mr. West and everyone on the yard. GDA training and personnel are really here for you, they will give you the best opportunity to pass by showing you the steps and making sure you understand what you are doing. They want to see you pass, so listen to them and never be afraid to ask questions, there is no dumb questions, if you don’t know ask you won’t know.
I attended GDA for my Class B License. Had Ms.D two days and Mr.Wes one day. First off they are really passionate about Truck Driving and training good drivers. The knowledge/advice/reassurance they give you is priceless. Some of the best instructors...I've ever had in my life. They are literally going to give you the tools to pass the permit test at the DMV in 72 hours. Had to go take my Passenger/School Bus test separate but, still was able to pass the first go around with the tools Ms.D and Wes had hammered in my head.
ONE AND DONE!! Thank you to everyone at GDA ( Georgia Driving Academy) in Columbus, Ga. The information they gave was worth sitting in a classroom, where I nodded off a few times. The Yard training gave me a better understanding of both Tractor and Trailer as well as knowing it’s not always the truck drivers fault. People just can’t drive. Special thanks to Big John, Moses, Shawn, Ms. Nita and Mr. Wes for the information y’all shared we me and helping my to be passionate and EXCITED to start this new chapter. Open minds and the willingness to learn will open any door you want. So, I’m Thankful that I was able to walk through this door and the people that I met along the way. I’ll be back to visit soon.

I took the 6 hours + onsite road test, in the beginning the communication wasn't good at all. After complete the payment i received an email with the recipe, but it didn't have any information about the next step, I decided to wait a couple hours so I will get another email o maybe a call form the school but nothing happen. Next day I called the school and nobody pick up the phone, I had to call 3 more locations until finally I got somebody on the line. All that she said was 'You will get an email in between 24 and 48 hours after your purchase with link to schedule the classes'. After 3 days, ONCE again, I did not receive the email, so i called them again, finally I got the email with the link to schedule the classes. After all that everything was perfect, I was really lucky to have as an instructor, Lynea Laws, she was amazing, 100% recommended. Week later, I scheduled my road test, I got my certificated right away, went to the DDS and got my DL. (Easy process and you learn a lot)

For my in person driving lessons I had Jane Lynes as my driving instructor and I cannot recommend her enough ! She was patient and reassuring and helped me build my confidence behind the wheel tremendously . If you’re a first time driver and need to learn or just hone your driving skills - this is the place to go.

I highly recommend Nathan's driving school. The test administrator did such a wonderful job. Her passion about safety was so evident. I value how seriously she treated the entire process and how she communicated with my son both before and after the driving test. My son also really enjoyed his time with his driving lessons, as well as his experience over December for the classroom time. The benefits are priceless. My family and others on the road will benefit from everything Nathan's is doing to ensure safety and driver education.
We had a not so great experience with the driving lessons portion. Poor communication from the instructor and little feedback along the way. Never gave him highway driving lessons. When I called to voice my feedback, it was not received well from the receptionist. Instead of listening and offering a solution, she argued with me and didn't want to hear it. I won't be choosing Nathan's Driving School for our next child when the time comes. We used Taggart's for my oldest son through his school and it was a very positive/different experience.
I am a teenager who just passed her drivers test here. I HIGHLY recommend the instructor Champion— he is true to his name. (I did 6 hours of driving lessons with him) He was very patient and kind and when you made a mistake, he would explain why it was wrong and how to fix it. I asked a multitude of questions and he never judged and he answered honestly. Along with that, he was just a great guy in general! He had stories to tell and had extremely funny analogies which I bugged him about. All in all he is a great instructor and an even better person.
We highly recommend Nathan’s driving school. My daughter had a great experience learning from her instructor Jack. Also, a real person answered the phone, and we were easily able to schedule driving hours and reschedule, if needed.
Glad to find Nathan's for my teenage son. They offered lots of different options so we could work around his sports and school schedules to get the 30 hour course done (we opted for online) and the 10-hour driving program was perfect for us. He was comfortable and listened to the knowledgeable instructor and received great, supervised road experience while we saw how his driving improved significantly. Gave us invaluable peace of mind. Instructor also covered the parking requirements for the driving test too. I would highly recommend Nathan's Driving School for new drivers!

Just arrived in the USA from a foreign country with minimal information on how getting a driver license in the US. Got this from Google and made a contact. Get a 6 hours road practice + road test. It was super great communication with Brian and patiently listen to my broken English. I got my certificate in 2 weeks and early Jan finally I got my driver license sent to my mailbox. Highly recommended!
Compared to Jones Driver Education, Brocks was a complete breath of fresh air. Mr. Johnson was a great instructor and he taught us so much about the road. Everyone was so nice and always answered anyone's questions, no matter what they were. All of the instructors and people in the office are so welcoming. My driving coach was Coach Brock and let me tell you, he is AWESOME. I've never been in a vehicle with someone so calm and encouraging. He's always saying "good job", which builds my confidence so much while driving. He's the absolute best of the best. You can expect him to correct you without being mean or belittling. Actually, the complete opposite. He'll tell you it's okay and let you try again until you get he hang of whatever you're doing. I give this place a million stars and would recommend it and Coach Brock to anyone!
Update:i got my drivers license July 9th thank you Brocks. Great driving school, I paid for my lesson in December and I had to go to college so I rescheduled them in May, I am now a confident driver, i intend to get my license after i practice some more, My instructor Mr. Prince is very knowledgeable and he let's me drive around the whole city, he gives me great directions so that I can be a safe driver. Would recommend for anyone looking to gain experience.
Customer service excellent . I am 🇿🇦 we drive on opposite side of road but my instructor Mr Prince made my driving most desirable for me if anyone to teach you driving, first get Brock’s driving then pray to have the best Mr Prince. . Brock’s driving is the no 1 to go to🤝
Went here when I was 17 and it was a terrible experience. The instructors were incredibly rude and refused to work with me like a human being. Years later I'm still mad at how they held back my progress learning to drive. A few years after, I learned way more from my father than this place and succeeded in getting my license. I hope this place shuts down. They never even apologized for what I was put through.

For my driving lessons, I joined Drive Again Driving School. Mr Virgil is so nice and he gives you confidence that makes half of the learning super easy. He teaches you all the basics of driving so nicely and is super cool headed. Also teaching the parking skills using his technique taught made my life super easy. I cleared the road test in the 1st attempt. I recommend Mr. Virgil to choose as there driving instructor. I guarantee every one would clear in one attempt the road test. Thanks again Mr. Virgil.

I wholly recommend the Basic Motorcycle Safety Course. I took the course 4 months ago, with never to have driven a motorcycle before. Mr. Jose and his assistant were very patient and knowledgeable. Plus, they made it very fun. I wanted to give up a couple times while taking the course, but they encouraged me to complete the course, win, lose, or draw... Now I'm a brand new 50 year old licensed motorcycle driver... Thank you Mr. Jose.
Only giving two stars because our daughter liked the driving instructor. Over all, the business is chaotic. Scheduling doesn't make sense and they were irresponsible, causing a significant delay between the class instruction and driving lessons. They never called us, like our daughter was told, we had to call and getting ahold of someone was like pulling teeth. There is only one person in the front office and her attitude screams, inept at customer service. This is nothing more than a bunch of retired people with nothing better to do
PLEASE DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THE BAD REVIEWS! I was reading the other reviews and I was a little skeptical of taking my daughter to this place (considering that she has never driven a day in her life). I am so glad that we took her there! This was the best student driving experience for her and I. Mr. Jones gave me tips himself on how I (the super nervous dad) can practice driving effectively with my daughter. THANK YOU MR. JONES my daughter's confidence is through the roof!
We had a great experience at Jones. My son took the week long class in July and has completed his six hours of driving. Everyone we dealt with as from the instructors to the front office staff was pleasant and helpful.
Just passed the two day MSF/BRC today! Had José as my instructor. It was amazing and I learned alot. He's a great instructor you won't regret it if you mess up (cause I'm new to motorcycles and messed up a few times) he explains what you did wrong and how to fix it and you're good to go, no pressure no stress just relax and do it. I recommend the course. Now I'm able to ride with no issues! You really do go from a beginner to someone who knows what they're doing!
