I did the knowledge test course and passed on my first exam attempt, instructor Francis is very knowledgeable and took time to explain. I also did 2 hrs drive with instructor Patrick and passed my skills test on my first attempt.
James and Francis were fantastic instructors who helped me develop my driving skills and understand how things work. They broke down the process into manageable steps and guided me every step of the way. Their professionalism and understanding made a huge difference. They were great at explaining and supporting me and the experience was truly valuable. I'm grateful for their guidance and would highly recommend them.

The Way Driving School is def The Way to being a great driver. My instructor Kelvin was very professional and patient with me till I was confident enough to take the skills test. They were accommodative of my schedule and would pick me up and drop me off at my location. The skills examiner Francis was very efficient and clear when giving testing instructions on the road and that put me at ease while testing. Highly recommend The Way Driving School whether you are a new driver or just need to "boost your confidence" on the roads behind the wheel.

This is a great place to take your kids to learn how to drive. The instructors are really nice and funny, so you have a really great experience there. I personally had Mr. Kim as my instructor, and he could not have been better. He made the class really fun, and I looked forward to going there every single day of the month, even though I had to bike a couple miles to get there.
My son is on the spectrum and we signed up for the Individual Driving Plan - and it was well worth it. Every person we worked with (instructors, schedulers, etc) were patient, caring, and made sure my son had consistency. His main instructor, Josh, was just amazing. He helped my eldest with staying calm and always spent time with me going over everything that occurred in the lesson. Just a fabulous, kind, patient person. Thank you Josh!
I had a terrible experience at this driving school. Before my wife’s warm-up session, I briefly moved the car out of the parking spot to help adjust her mirror. A staff member came out yelling aggressively, treating me like a criminal. Even after I apologized and explained I didn’t know the rule, he kept shouting. This caused my wife a lot of stress and led to her failing the test. Very disappointed — the staff were rude and unprofessional. I don’t recommend taking a test here. My wife became nervous while driving, which led to speeding and the loss of her passport and driver’s license. This was entirely caused by your examiner’s rude and hostile attitude. Your staff treated the test taker with intimidation and unprofessional conduct. We are extremely disappointed with the behavior of your staff.

I have booked around 20 session to learn driving from scratch and my experience is great! Erin & Joshua are very nice and patient, and Issac is also kind while having high standard. Will definitely recommend, especially for the ones like me that have no idea of driving at first and wish to gradually learn and gain confidence in driving.

Awesome experience, Megan was very hospitable and clear with her words. The atmosphere made the driving test feel less tense than it usually would’ve been, would come back if I get my license revoked 😅
I was so nervous before both of my tests and each time the staff here made it feel super welcoming and comfortable enough to calm my nerves. If you get super nervous before tests I would recommend checking this place out. Mike was my driving instructor and he was probably the nicest instructor I’ve ever had a test with, I’m 36 but I’ve had to take and retake (in other states) my driving test and they always seemed so cold and just like they didn’t care about their job. Mike was very clear with his instructions and wasn’t distracting at all. (Sorry for hitting the curb 🥲) I was able to pass my knowledge and driving test the very first try (yay!) for the first time ever, the experience here definitely helped me achieve that. I didn’t pass the first time, but the feedback on me needing to be a safer driver and work on my proper stopping and checking behind me really stayed with me. I needed to do a knowledge and skills test and I was looking for a driving school location that would be able to do both in a short time frame. It was important for me to have good service and this place delivered! Lenji is super nice and easy to work with and was accommodating of my schedule as well as patient when I needed to pull up some documents on the spot in order to continue my test. I never felt rushed or hurried and it was overall a nice experience. I had only scheduled the knowledge test, but was able to tack my skills tests on top of it after passing, and all in all the day took maybe an hour for both. Super efficient! I’m glad that I chose this school out of all of the many driving schools in the area and would definitely recommend to anyone else that is looking to get a driving test done in a no-nonsense fashion. One thing I would note is that, don’t judge a book by its cover. This doesn’t look like much from the outside (it’s behind a coffee shop) but what your paying for is the certification and the instruction and for me it was the good service and nice people and in all of those regards this place is definitely five out of five stars. 👌🏽
Booked a knowledge test online and paid $40 just for the instructor to not show up. No notice or anything, I had to reach him through his website and he told me to text the number with my name and he would refund me but the number doesn't work. Should have read reviews before i booked. Would appreciate if i got my refund.

Phenomenal school with great instructors. I went in with absolutely zero experience driving a manual vehicle, backing trailers, etc. and I just took my Class A CDL state test today and passed. Drive509 prepares you extremely well, they go above and beyond industry standards. The class is challenging but definitely worth it! Thank you to everyone who helped me along the way! From the ladies in the front office (Brenna, Olivia, and Anna) to the instructors (Andrew, Cheryl, and Larry were the ones I worked most with) you were all extremely helpful! Andrew is one of the best teachers I have ever had for any class hands down. I would highly recommend Drive509 to anyone looking to get their CDL!

I had an amazing learning experience with these guys. All 4 trainers explain the steps to stay safe and succeed! I retained everything that was taught step by step and I was able to pass my state test on my 1st go! Having the 4 different experienced drivers as trainers is alot of help because they all have been out in the real world and have great advise on what to look out for and how to correct bad habits to make you a better driver. Thanks you and keep up the good work and we will have some great safe trained drivers on the road! Also the set up to practice skills are spot on what they are looking at while you test. I know I'm a rather unique case when it comes to a driving school. Being 38 at the time of writing this, and having had my permit before (and thus some practice from years ago) where my life got in the way of me getting my license before. However I feel every point of view is good for something like this, so I will share my experience. I took the weekend morning class that ended December 7th, via the adult enhanced package that included the knowledge and road tests as part of my enrollment. My instructor for the classes kept to the topic of each lesson very well and kept class interesting even for someone of my age. The people behind the desk were all helpful and really nice to me. My in-car instructor I had for my drives was really helpful and easy to be around each time I was behind the wheel, talking about my skills, where I need improvement, and just chatting when there was a gap in the instruction during some of the transport. I had no comfort issues with her or anyone else. Lastly, the instructor who conducted my road test was fair, kept things clear and gave me very helpful words to improve my driving after I passed the road test. I took the course because I knew I would learn and hold onto the knowledge for the knowledge test much better in a class room setting than with just the book, and I was proven right. Thanks to this course I scored 40/40 on the written, and a 96 on the road test. It was worth the 8 weekends being up in the morning to attend class, pass my tests, and then as of yesterday (when this was written) having gotten my temporary driver's license while my real card comes in the mail. I would recommend 911 Driving School of Everett to anyone who feels that a class would be the best bet. I recommend studying at this school, I really enjoyed learning to drive here, I took a course of 10 lessons, I had a wonderful instructor Jeremy who taught me driving skills, I passed the driving test , The driving skills my instructor taught me help me drive without fear.
I recently took my driving test with a 40-minute warmup session, and I’m so glad I did! Jeremy was my instructor, and he made the whole experience so much better. He was super friendly, gave clear guidance during the warmup, and really helped calm my nerves. Thanks to him, I felt confident and comfortable during my test — something I never thought would happen! I highly recommend this driving school to anyone preparing for their test.

I took the class a year ago online and the classes them self's covered most of the information you need for driving but there were a couple of signs or rules that weren't covered in the online class. They did provide a work book for the online class, information on rules for drivers with permits, a student driver sticker(s) for your car, and they will get you your permit without needing to take any knowledge or skills testing alone with an account for there site for you to schedule practice drives, the knowledge base test, the driven test and being able to see what's left the graduate. Testing specific online (not the knowledge based test)was fine I didn't have a problem with it but if you need to retest they would let you. For in person driving you can either schedule a drive/test on your account on the website with the option to filter of time of day and who the teacher is or you can call the office to schedule but you might not be able to choose the teacher they give you the option to have 5 lessons but if the pay extra they'll give you the 5 lessons and 2 extra lessons were you can redo one of the previous lessons you may have struggled on. They do exception that you will be practicing driving outside of these classes thought and will give you a sheet to right down when you drive and how long for, if you run out of space thought you can go to the office for a new one but I suggest copying the sheet before you right on it if have the means to. The cars that are used for driving are quite good with the passenger seat having a brake pedal and rear view mirror for the teacher. Getting the their office in Shoreline isn't too tricky you just need to keep an eye out for the sign because it is a little small and there's a tree that can cover it depending on the season. When taking the knowledge based test you'll go in person to their office and test with other students and will receive test packet, ones your done you'll give the packet to the teacher and wait for it to be graded, you'll be called over to get your results back, you are able to retake the test if needed. And for the drivers test you'll go back to the office and will be tested on basic driving skills so you won't be going on the highway/freeway for your test and after the test you'll be graded and if you pass they will give you a copy of you test grade to take to the DMV to get your license. For the driving instructor at the Shoreline office I would recommend would be Mr. Scout Phariss who was very understanding with my PTSD from being in multiple car crashes as a kid and assured me that I would be safe and that is anything bad happened that he would be able to help, along with that he was very kind, liked to have conversations when driving, and was very patient when I was struggling with driving.

The best learning experience for my son and everyone was so patient and knowledgeable when he was first starting out. The admin team is top notch and helpful with scheduling or answering any questions I had. The instructors communicate clearly and ensures the expectations are understood. front desk lady incredibly rude as well as forgot to put in my permit into the system, and after taking driving test and passing yet again FORGOT to put it into the system for 2 weeks, so i had to wait 2-3 after my birthday to actually get my liscense dude to their unprofessionalism, get a new job if you dont know how to do it right.
Best decision I ever made was taking my son to 911 two years ago. Great instructors and friendly staff. My daughter will be going this summer, and my youngest son will too in two more years. It is a bit expensive, some may have to plan and save up for it ahead of time, but take it from me... every dollar is worth their safety and quality education at 911 Driving School.
Great training, well organized. My only complaint is my daughter did well on all her drives and it took two tries for her to pass the drivers test. She ended up with an instructor she had never had on any drives and had a far different and more rigid approach to the level she needed to be at. Even the test she passed she didn’t get marked down on the same things she did with this instructor. Although, I like the approach this instructor has, it needs to be consistent across all instructors so it doesn’t just show up when they get to their drivers test. My daughter basically shut down and lost all confidence with her and did not perform to her ability.

IDS is a great driving school, I did Driver's Ed online and the course was engaging and I learned so quickly! I went on many drives with the driving instructor Warga and he was the best teacher, he is super friendly and my driving skills improved drastically! Overall the experience was great, it was easy to schedule the final drivers test and they were super flexible with time. If you want a great driving experience with a friendly team, go to IDS!

Amazing! I had my license suspended for a year and of course I wanted to get it back as soon as the suspension was up so I called around to see who could get me in. Nobody would let me come in same day or even next day except for these guys! They said come right in, no appointment needed. The whole process from the written exam portion to the actual driving exam was super smooth. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed! Overall 10/10 experience and would recommend for anyone looking to get their license!

I took the Driving test here and I must say it was an outstanding experience. Ofelia was my instructor. She was very sweet, provided clear instructions throughout the process. Her friendly demeanor made me very comfortable and eased any nervousness that I had. The entire test was conducted efficiently and on schedule. I plan to send my wife here when she's ready for her driving test. I'll definitely recommend this to everyone.
My experience here wasn't great; I purchased a package of 6 lessons, had Elisa for the first; she was great, super patient with how nervous I was, we spent the hour on the very basics and she communicated that we would repeat that in the following lesson so I could feel comfortable. I expressed a wholehearted willingness to purchase more lessons; I wanted to make sure I felt really comfortable on the road before I took my test. The following lesson I was scheduled with Ashton and it did not go well. I'm not sure if there was a communication breakdown between teachers but despite being told we'd repeat the initial lesson so I felt comfortable with actually using a car, and despite me communicating to him what we'd done/discussed in the previous lesson, he took me immediately out onto the street and berated me to the point of tears when I didn't know how to drive a car. I told him beforehand that we hadn't left the parking lot the previous lesson, that Elisa has communicated that we would repeat the first lesson so I could feel comfortable handling the car, and that I hadn't practiced between lessons as they were just a few days a part. He made me cry in all of the lessons we had together. Bottom line, I paid for 6 lessons, used 4, and when it was clear I wasn't progressing much with Ashton (who has the most availability...I wonder why?) I transferred to another driving school to start from scratch and earned my license within their normal training program (and no tears!). All this to say, if you can schedule Elisa for your whole course I totally recommend her but my experience speaks to a lack of communication between trainers which is most likely a failure on the the managers part. It's totally possible Ashton is just a jerk but I think it's more likely that there wasn't appropriate communication between management and trainers about skills/comfort levels. Take this as you will. I personally wouldn't send my kid here.
Highly recommend! Best place to learn driving. The instructors are super supportive and helpful. I was really confused about the whole license process and had tons of questions about road rules, but they were always patient and gave me all the info I needed. Love this place so much.

I had a great experience. Malika, my instructor, was excellent. She patiently walked me through everything, her expertise and friendly nature made each lesson enjoyable. Her clear instructions and calm demeanor helped boost my confidence and I was able to pass my driving test. I wholeheartedly recommend both the school and Malika for anyone looking for driving instruction.
Our entire experience with Time to Drive was fantastic. The in person learning can’t be beat and set our teens up to actually learn the material. Malaika instilled confidence in them rather than fear. Multiple times while they were driving getting there hours, they would repeat back to me what they had learned in class and how to help navigate a situation that I knew from experience but couldn’t explain to them. She was also excellent with her communication, always responding quickly and clearly, answering my multiple questions and helping me navigate through the entire process. I highly recommend Time to Drive to anyone looking to learn or have teens that are learning to drive.

Malika did an amazing job! From the first class up until the final drive for the license Malika was calm patient and professional. We were able to make all the classes without it interfering with school and finished most all classes except the final drive before turning 16. I hear the owner, Tara, speak at an event and was so impressed with her commitment to community. Not only does her school offer support for people who are learning to drive and experiencing anxiety behind the wheel, but it was clear that her leadership is centered around success for her students. When I have a new driver, they will most definitely be learning to drive from Tara and her team! I am a big fan of this business!

CDX is a very comprehensive driving school I felt as if I learned everything I needed to know and with my knowledge I was able to pass the DOL knowledge exam with no problem. The instructor is a very knowledgeable and kind Woman. Not only did I learn a lot but I also had a fun and engaging experience and learned something new everyday.
I cannot recommend Complete Driving Experience enough. If you are looking for a driving school that is inclusive for people with anxiety, ADHD or other learning difficulties. This is the place for you. Tara and staff are amazing so calming and knowledgeable. My son was having such testing anxiety. With their assistance, and provided tools. It’s been a pleasure learning and taking the driving test with Teo. He has been super kind, warm, welcoming, patient & professional. Highly recommend taking classes with him, his teaching style is certainly unique(avoiding guess work), and using the tools available to practice better. Instructor Marat is doing his unprofessional job during driving tests . Always recommend warm up (which needs extra payment )before tests and failed me by unfair rate on my driving test. I’ve gone to other driving school and got my license approved ( i passed it just after 2-3 days after my fail with Marat)
I recently took my road test along with a warm-up session with Marat, and I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor. He explains every trick and technique with such clarity that everything feels easy to understand and apply. What really stood out to me was the calm and supportive environment he creates—it made me feel relaxed and confident throughout the test. I highly recommend Marat to anyone preparing for their driving test. With his guidance, the whole process feels smooth and stress-free.
I took 5 adult classes with different instructors (Victor, John, Brian) and they were all awesome and helped me stay calm while driving. They're all really cool, patient instructors who will make you feel at ease. I also took my road test+warm up there, with Isaac, and I can't recommend it enough. He gave me great tips for the test, and he explained everything extremely clearly before starting the actual test. He also went over my point deductions explaining them and how to do better. I passed both written and road tests on the first try thanks to their great instructors and examiner!
I took my road test and a warm-up session with Marat, and he was hands-down one of the best instructors I’ve learned from. He breaks down every maneuver and rule in a clear, practical way that’s easy to apply on the road. What I appreciated most was how calm and encouraging he was - it made the whole experience stress-free and helped me stay confident during the test. I’d highly recommend Marat to anyone getting ready for their driving test. His guidance makes everything straightforward and easy to handle.
I really appreciate my road test instructor, Marat Murzamuratov, for being professional, responsible, and very kind. Since I mentioned that my English wasn’t very good, he made sure to explain each instruction clearly and always double-checked that I understood. He was patient and respectful throughout the test, and his detailed feedback afterward helped me a lot. I’m truly grateful for his support and encouragement. What’s more, he told me what i should do with detailed instructions after i passing the test.

Great place with even better instructors! I was always an extremely anxious driver, and after moving to Seattle, I couldn't even imagine myself behind the wheel. It took me quite some time to feel comfortable on the roads, so I booked a lot of lessons and practiced with Miss Carr and John T. Both of them are excellent at giving essential tips for becoming a good and cautious driver and passing your test. I am really grateful for their help! Also, I want to note the website, which I found very user-friendly and helpful for scheduling lessons. I've tried other schools in Seattle, and in my humble opinion, this is the best one! Overall, it was worth every penny, and I totally recommend SDA for anyone who feels stressed out while driving.

John is one of the best instructors and examiners in my opinion. He’s very calm and experienced and made sure that I don’t get nervous while driving for the driving test. I had a pre-test and a driving test scheduled with him. Everybody even at the office was super welcoming and I knew I was in good hands. Hands down, if you’re taking a driving test here, I would recommend John as an examiner, he’s awesome!
Lallu was a really helpful and supportive instructor. My confidence got better when driving with him with following all the rules on the road. I really recommend him as an instructor.

I had a great experience with Roadsafe Driving Academy. I had not had prior experience in driving before I enrolled to Roadsafe Driving Academy. I bought an adult super package which I learned all the traffic safety rules as well as confident driving in freeway driving, downtown and city driving. One of the that really appreciated learning parking techniques, these instructors are amazing in teaching techniques. Parallel and back around the corner parking have been challenging in the beginning but, I mastered eventually. Thanks to Roadsafe team. I’m thankful. Private training is the best experience! Cynthia was incredible and so helpful, I went from being very uncomfortable to understanding the concepts. By the end of the class I felt much more comfortable and I am so excited to take more classes and possibly even if private training again! 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone interested in riding!!

We came here for the written test to get a driving permit. The website was super easy to navigate, scheduling was easy, and my emails were responded to very quickly. The Renton office was clean and easy to find, the test moderator was easy to understand and was very helpful with providing information about our next steps. He even went as far as emailing me links so I could find what I needed faster. I highly recommend!
I took the 30 Minute Warm Up + Driving Test on Sunday with Kramer, and I passed it!!! A big thank to my examiner Kramer who was so patient and professional. He explained everything beforehand and the Instructions were also very clear and easy to understand. Highly recommend Kramer Gill at 405 Driving school Renton!!!
They are very professional and helpful. I went to my first appointment but forgot my ID. They kindly gave me a chance to come back another day for a driving lesson at no extra cost. After taking just one lesson, I passed the driving test at the DOL in Tukwila. I greatly appreciate their support and highly recommend them!
Excellent Online training. Very good guidance in Driving lessons. The instructors make this learning experience a fun activity. The school cars are easily adaptable, safe and well maintained. I will highly recommend the 405 Driving school. My preference is to opt for Online learning lessons over in-person learning lessons.

Glenn did an amazing job teaching our 15 year old daughter. My wife and I did a ride-along in the back seat and he was very clear in his driving instructions and is extremely patient. I would recommend Everett Defensive Driving School to anyone.
Glen was amazing, informative, and patient with our 19 year old. He taught her things that drivers education from the school didn't touch on. We cannot thank him enough for his guidance. There have been a couple occasions where my daughter missed her drive appointments. One I believe was my fault for not entering in my calendar correctly, and the other we did not receive a notification from the automated system prior to her drive. On both occasions, the staff was extremely gracious and courteous and waived the fees after investigating the circumstances. The staff was pleasant and prompt dealing with these issues. Shane in the office was particularly helpful. Excellent customer service.

Moving from dubai, I had a lot of questions on the driving rules . The instructor made me feel at ease explained all the situations and what to do and not to do . Gave me a step by step pictorial view of how I should be doing things . Overall I would say nobody would I have explained it better and in such a calm way . I would recommend this school any day . I have excellent experience on IDA Driver Lessons and Test! It has been very convenient to schedule the Driver Lessons online. I scheduled a 90 minutes Driver Lesson. The instructor is Ian. He is so nice to provide the training very skillfully, patiently and kindly. After 60 minutes lesson, I was able to go directly for Driver Test in the remaining 30 minutes with the suggestion from Ian, which saved me the time and cost to come again for the Test! I finally passed the Driver Test, after the great training by Ian. It has been a very pleasant experience to get the service from IDA, which is professional, flexible and thoughtful. I highly appreciate IDA and would definitely like to recommend it to those who want to get Driver Lessons and Test in Washington State.

Awesome class! Kramer is a great instructor and makes class enjoyable. Also his helper Micheal is amazing as well, he's always ready to help out with any questions we have! They both deserve a raise. 100% recommend this school.
Everything seemed to go well, content and lessons were relevant and helpful for passing the state exams. The only issue was that the drive lessons were hard to line up outside of school hours.
Super nice instructors! I was really nervous to take my driving test going into it. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Even the rules/guidelines were encouraging and kind! I took my test with Mr. Painter and he was very friendly, inviting, and made me feel comfortable even during a stressful experience, like taking a driving test! Setting up an appointment for the test was super easy, just did it online and was able to take my test the following week!
We registered our child for an in-person course. 2 weeks prior, it was changed to virtual - with about 100 other students. The instructor was really good but, it was not the in-person experience that we had been seeking. The drives with the Instructors are impossible to schedule. We have been trying to schedule since April and our child just had her first drive with an Instructor - it's July! They are NEVER available, and I check the site daily, sometimes multiple times per day. Not sure what is happening there with their staffing but if they don't have enough driving instructors, they should stop accepting new students until the ones that have already paid get their drives done. Ridiculous. Don't waste your money.
I loved doing 405 for drivers ed. I took 405’s online classes and they were so fun. The instructors knew how to make class really fun and entertaining, I honestly looked forward to it. As if now, I’m going in person for the drives and those are pretty good too. The instructors know how to make the students comfortable driving and I was pretty stress free on the ones I’ve done so far. I 100% recommend 405 to anyone who’s beginning to drive!

I did both my knowledge test and my driving test through the West Seattle branch. They always responded to emails in a prompt and professional manner. Marty was great as an instructor. Everyone here is kind and respectful. Can highly recommend!! EDIT: I wanted to add that Anjah has been super helpful right from the start when I needed to schedule my knowledge test. Marty had been a great instructor, he helped me build my confidence in driving in city traffic and in highways. Marty shared lots and lots of tips on safe driving practices, pointed out edge case scenarios and gave lots of feedback. He also prioritized the scenarios I wanted to practice, definitely recommend.

First Pass Driving School is the best driving school out there! They are cheaper than the other driving schools. The owner Moha is a great teacher and is pretty funny. The place is pretty organized and have great teaching lessons. They want everyone to be a safe driver.
First Pass instructors Moha and Moalim are great. Their ability to provide instruction and patience as the students learn is awesome. As a result my daughter learned to be confident with the rules of the road and her driving skills. From a parent’s perspective I appreciate their patience and accommodations with scheduling. “First off, the number listed on the website is incorrect. Our son took two written tests at this school. He failed both times by one point. The owner lost his test and eventually found it. When reviewing his wrong answers, he told our son that he shouldn’t look things up on line because the internet is fake. He then goes on to tell him publicly in front of all present that he failed because he didn’t read the book. I would not recommend this school or location for testing. “
First Pass Driving School prepared me for everything on the road. Moha and Moalim taught me all I needed to know and led me step by step to getting my license. Also they’re very funny and reassuring. Theres no better driving in Washington!

I have had a great experience with the classes, they are always very easy to understand and keep the class involved and learning- shout out to Vincent & Paul. With the drives I would HIGHLY recommend James. He has a very informative and calming demeanor which in my opinion is the only combination to have for a driving teacher! He was able to detect what type of personality my daughter had and engage with her as a person, she was able to relax and just focus on learning! It was amazing to watch; also I had some trouble with the scheduling agent site and Clay could not have been more patient even though I was panicking. I don't know if anyone in charge reads this, but if you do- these people I have mentioned all deserve a raise. This is my first experience with a child in drivers ed and I could not have been happier. Highly recommended!

Had my driving test the other day with Gary. What an absolute gentelman he is. Many people get nervous, even experienced drivers and he made sure that everything was smooth. He wasn't strict beyond necessity. I passed on my first attempt. the school itself is very available and the rest of the staf are very polite and nice. Definitely glad I ended up coming here to do my written and drivers test! All staff was very accommodating and kind (mainly one guy, I didn’t get his name but he was definitely the nicest one there) . At first I had accidentally paid for my drive test and not my written before I passed the written, and they were able to work with me by crediting me that way I would be able to pay for the correct test. I’d recommend doing all tests to this specific place!!

I took the returning rider course today. The instructors were great. The practical training and testing helped me to improve my skills and confidence. I had a lot of fun!
This course is life saving. Being a new rider the MSF course was a must for me, and thank God for them. I took my course about a month ago, and everyday I encounter something I learned in class. I hear my instructor Kayla’s voice regularly. “LOOK UP” “EYES AND HEAD WHERE YOU WANT TO GO” “LOOK THROUGH YOUR TURN” I practice the drills we learned in small parking lots, and I’m still no where near a seasoned rider but I feel comfortable in what I have learned to be on the road safely and confidently. All this being said, Kayla was awesome. Skilled, informative, Patient, fun but no nonsense, just like a bike. Unfortunately, the other instructor wasn’t as great in my opinion. (I don’t want to mention his name in hopes to not embarrass but maybe he will work on things.) He was short with us, seemed impatient in general and if he had to re-explain a drill more than twice,(an older guy in our course had some trouble getting things) he would get this very intense grin on his face met with frustration. Especially if Kayla wasn’t present. Which I found more uncomfortable than learning something new and dangerous. When I come back for my other class, I hope Kayla is involved but he isn’t. I don’t think I’d stay. I don’t remember anything he said or did except for his rushful, arrogant, demeanor. Kayla she’s a PRO. She’s extremely real about the dangers and does her best to navigate and educate you through them as a beginner. If it wasn’t for her being an instructor in the course, and it had just been the other guy, I’m not sure I would have continued to ride. This course is worth every penny. Grab a course with Kayla!
Motorcycle class experience was great other than class time running much longer than expected. After the fact however is a different story. Took my permit class and passed. Was told that we can renew once before getting endorsement. After renewing took my endorsement test and passed. Went to replace my license and the endorsement did not appear. Called Spokane MotorSchool and was told the law had changed and that I had to re-pass my permit test in order to get my endorsement. This was untrue as the dol rider program helped find the problem and I did not have to retest at all. Came off as a money grab as they did not attempt to solve the issue.
I had Lora and Jeff for the 2 day beginner class, they were great! Made the experience so much better, they answered all the questions they could, they were patient and understanding of people who were having a hard time getting the hang of things. Reasonable price and they give you all the knowledge you need to pass the test! The “intern” did a great job too!
