Faris is probably the best instructor in the Denver area. He’s very committed in ensuring that his student drivers are motivated and confident while under his instruction. He doesn’t add to the stress of a driving test but actually relieves a lot of it. He’s very professional and takes pride in his responsibilities. I highly recommend him.

Super sweet baby people my instructor was nice and didn’t make me feel nervous. I didn’t get her name but she had long black hair super recommended if your looking to get your driving test done

Terry Lee was absolutely amazing! I have learned so much from this course and the instructor was incredibly knowledgeable about everything we did and patient with everyone. I was very nervous to start but Terry quickly calmed those nerves with his amazing personality and reassuring tone. I would 100% recommend this course to any and everyone interested in riding a motorcycle!
This was a great class. Our instructor, Terry Lee, was fantastic. He's a very experienced rider and gave lots of helpful feedback. This class was mostly riding so we got lots of actual practice which made me more confident when I took the actual riding test. I would recommend this class to anyone wanting to learn to ride!
As some who has never had a bit of riding experience other than riding a bike and watching YouTube videos Terry was a spectacular instructor! Down to his humor and pacing of the course! I feel a lot more confident in owning my first bike thank to him and was worth every dollar I spent to be here! :)

I took a refresher lesson with Jared today and he was very kind and caring towards me. He took time to help me correct my mistakes and helped me prepare for my driving test. I also took my driving test today with Carina and she was very welcoming and she was very kind before and after the test. I would recommend this place to my family and would recommend these instructors.
I took my driver’s test here and it was such a great experience! My instructor, Crystal, was so cool and helpful — seriously the nicest person ever. I recommend American Driving Academy. I took my driving skills test with them, and it was a very positive experience. The process was quick, the staff was friendly, and the instructor, Aly, made me feel calm during the test. I passed my BOST Drive exam and now I can go to the DMV to get my license. My teenager came home excited to share all the information they were learning. They especially loved getting to go out at the intersection and mark how many traffic infractions they witnessed. I highly recommend the American Driving Academy in Montbello! The staff was professional, friendly, and made scheduling super easy, but what truly made my experience amazing was my instructor, Ilse. She is patient, clear, and supportive ---perfect for anyone nervous about learning to drive. Ilse took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel confident and comfortable behind the wheel. The lessons were well-structured, the cars were in great condition, and the whole process ---from driving practice to the road test--- was smooth and stress-free. Whether you're a first-time driver or just need a refresher, this is the best place to go. Ask for ILSE--- she's the BEST❤️😇
I had a disappointing experience with American Driving Academy. The training I received was inconsistent, with different instructors providing conflicting guidance and a lack of clear structure. This made it difficult to build confidence behind the wheel. Overall, I expected a more professional and organized approach from a driving school.
I had a really good experience taking my driving test here and btw I’ve never practiced here so it was all new. My examiner, Tim, was calm, clear, and patient, which helped me feel less nervous. The process was really quick and professional, and everything was explained well before and after the test. I definitely recommend this place to anyone getting ready for their test! Goodluck!
Mr. Keith is an amazing teacher and the school has a reasonable time they give good time breaks and a good amount of them and I have passed everything that they’ve given me and they are just amazing. 10 out of 10 everyone there is super nice and I really do recommend! ✅
DON’T GO HERE. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. When we first walked in I witnessed an instructor named Tracy yelling and shaming a customer. He was very disrespectful towards him, and wouldn’t offer any help. He continued to scold the poor customer about his past mistakes, saying he would not help him at all. It was insanely sad, disgusting, and disappointing to see. Not to mention, when my friend took their test Tracy was also very rude during the test. Told them to “speed it up” when they were already driving the speed limit. I also got stereotyped and was told I made Tracy feel “unsafe”, and that I had to sit down. He was very demanding and rude about it. I wasn’t doing anything to cause those feelings, so I feel like it was because of the way I looked, which really hurts. The customer service there is horrendous. As someone who took their test a couple of years ago, this doesn’t seem like a place wanting to help others get their license. I have never been so disappointed in a company. I recommend looking for a company that cares about their customers, especially if they are about double want some other places will charge.

The person who runs the owner page is by far the rudest and most unprofessional individual I’ve ever seen respond to dissatisfied clients. Their behavior reflects the overall environment of this place rude, hostile, and unable to accept even the slightest criticism. This business does not deserve a cent of your hard earned money, as profit seems to be their only concern. You can take a permit test online for far less and schedule a driving test elsewhere. People who operate with this level of unprofessionalism do not deserve your support.

Has cars for you to test in. Robert was very professional, but easy to deal with and understand his directions. He made sure I was ready to start, checked the vehicle to make sure all was safe and made sure I knew what to do (direction to drive, where to turn, etc.) When completed, he told me what was not good in a kind way, and let me know how to handle those issues. I passed, but I will remember what he told me. Check this company out, easy to get an appointment fairly quickly, coffee and cookies (I was too nervous to get some). They also offer driving classes. I took the 24 hour school bus class, and my instructor Gary was great! He was incredibly knowledgeable from a lifetime of experience and, as needed, was both extremely firm and extremely patient with me -- striking a balance that worked really well! There is a ton to learn and 24 hours was barely enough -- I cannot imagine trying to learn all this with the 10 hour course. Everyone I have met at NCTDA has been super helpful -- there is nothing like working with professional people who really know their stuff.
I enrolled about 6 weeks ago. Started my classes this past Monday for a 24 hour 3 day class. (Class B CDL) From start to finish this organization is first class. I could not be happier with my investment into my future. I passed and had my CDL from the DMV 4 days later on Friday. My first impression was with Rhonda from the office. She was quick with communication and very helpful. I cannot say enough about Gary, my instructor. His patience and approach suited my style well. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Taking my test with Ryan was a joy. Everyone I had contact with at this business was very professional and made me feel I made the correct choice. Their classes fill up fast...If you are in need of a CDL look no further than the folks at Northern Colorado Truck Driving Academy. You will be glad you did.
I received my CDL last year through another trainer whose two week program provided the bare minimum. Eight months later, when that trainer got shut down for investigation, I got called in for compliance testing with the state. Feeling annoyed and less confident of my driving skills, I reached out to NCTDA for help. Although my test was only three weeks away and their classes were full, NCTDA took the time out of their busy schedule to get me 12 hours of one-on-one training. I learned more in the first four hours of training than I had during my initial two weeks with the other trainer. A week later, I passed my compliance testing. If you're looking to train from the start, or just brush up skills, I highly recommend working with NCTDA.
I can't express how awesome this school is. All of the instructors are so knowledgeable and helpful. The trucks are all very nice and run great and are great to train in the office lady Rhonda is such a great person helping me with the whole sign up process and getting the ball rolling. Nick the owner was awesome although I didn't get to talk to him much, his dog toby was such a sweetheart.
I attended Northern Colorado Truck Driving Academy this year from February third to February twenty-first to upgrade my commercial drivers' license from a Class B to a Class A. During those three weeks, I learned the basics of driving trucks with a manual transmission. The first week consisted mostly of classroom instruction; though we did also spend some time on their range toward the end of the week. Dave was our instructor and he was phenomenal. Once we were outdoors during the last couple of weeks actually spending time with the trucks (driving, shifting, maneuvering, pre-tripping, et cetera) my humble opinion is that there couldn't be better instructors. They were all thoroughly involved and invested in each of us succeeding. By the time our three-week course was complete, I was confident, albeit quite nervous, in my ability to pass the examinations required to earn my Class A CDL. The examinations can be broken down into three parts: a pre-trip inspection, backing maneuvers, and a driving test with one of the school's outstanding instructors. After successful completion of the examination on the following Monday, I immediately proceeded to apply for several truck driving jobs. Only a week later, I interviewed for several jobs and had the incredible opportunity to accept a regional job driving a flatbed that I'm super excited about. It's going to be an adventure of a lifetime, and it wouldn't have been possible if it weren't for such an exceptional truck driving school here in Fort Collins. I'm beyond thrilled to continue learning this profession throughout my career as I gain new experiences, earning money for my family along the way. What a blessing. I'm truly grateful. I'd highly recommend Northern Colorado Truck Driving Academy for an unparalleled course to begin a fulfilling new career.

This was my first time in this school and everything was amazing. Everybody work in this school are so nice and helpful. My special and big thanks to Thomas who was been really helpful during my driving test. Definitely recommended♥️
As I walked in, I was greeted by the gentleman at the front desk who was very polite and welcoming. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of my experience. While checking in, I overheard Thomas (an older white gentleman who ended up giving me my driving test) making extremely inappropriate comments, including using the R-word in a joking manner while a customer was present. This was uncomfortable and unprofessional, and it set a negative tone before the test even began. During my test with Thomas, he was rude, dismissive, and I personally felt targeted. He claimed I failed for not checking mirrors ( I did check ), even though I had sunglasses on and was never instructed to remove them. The following day, I went to a different driving school, passed easily, and was even complimented on my driving skills—saying I could’ve been the one teaching. Based on my experience, I believe this school is more interested in failing students to collect more money than in fairly evaluating driving ability. The lack of professionalism, the inappropriate language, and the hostile testing environment make this place feel like a money grab. I would strongly advise others to avoid this school.

This drive school is the best! I went to get my driving test done and Michael, who gave the driving test, was very comforting twords my nervousness. After the test he offered feedback on the parts I needed to improve on. I left there feeling accomplished and educated. Also the schools location is only 3min away from the DMV so it's easy to get everything accomplished in one day. Thank you for a great exsperience! I will be sending my children here for driving lessons when that time arrives :)

Did my driving test here. Thomas was professional and thorough. I had to reschedule several times at this location and every time they have been kind and helpful.
I was greeted with a smile from the front desk and the instructor made the driving test super easy and relaxing i was super stressed mot driving on a long time and missed a few steps i asked the instructor and he told me everything i can do better and i scores a 10. I will recommend other to come here no doubt. On top of them having a vehicle provided was such a deal breaker.
This office is conveniently located next to the DMV. I was able to schedule a same day drive test! Excellent, professional and friendly service.
Helpful staff is always a plus in my books. Thankfully their driving tests aren't tedious or time consuming, so you're in and out faster than you'd expect. My drive test instructor, Thomas, was a helpful soul. Somewhere during the test, he said I was doing a great job. I'm beyond thankful I passed the first try. The key is to be aware and alert as possible.
Very nice and kind and got the job done friendly they helped me in every way they could. I highly recommend them.

The front desk person and instructors are really rude, they did not respond to any of my questions well. They fail you at first so that you will have a chance to take the re-test and again fail you at the second attempt even if you get passing marks. Not recommended at all and really disappointed with the service they provided.
The process was quick and simple. The staff, especially Alex, provided me with excellent service and I appreciate the fact that she is bilingual. I would definitely recommend IOM over any other driving school!
The worst driver trainer(his name is Bereket). He needs training himself. The front desk staff are so nice. I don’t know why they work with driver trainer called Bereket, or they can train him first. He is so rude, talking stupid things and on his phone. That’s all that can say here. I waste 130$ for 2hrs. The money is okay but his rudeness frustrates me so much. The company needs to follow this guy.

I trained with Tommy for 4 hours this morning before taking my Class A CDL test. I had prepared and studied in advance but wanted a quick refresher course to calm my nerves and ensure I would test well. Tommy was incredibly professional, extremely knowledgeable, full of experience, and had such a great personality that the morning flew by and my nerves settled right down. He was very supportive throughout the entire process and followed up with me after my test to congratulate me. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience and would HIGHLY recommend this program to anyone without hesitation.

I Graduated CDL Safety School on October 5th of this month. Tommy is a great teacher with a lot of patience, He is very personable and generally just a good guy. I had a lot of fun learning to drive with him and another student. He shows you real world issues to look for while driving a truck and what you should be paying attention to. After successfully completing the entry level class A CDL course with Tommy there is not enough good things I could say about the program. From day one it is very hands on and he gives you everything plus some to be successful, feel confident and safe. As a young student with no commercial driving experience 3-4 days in I had the pre-trip down, felt more then comfortable driving with Tommy and learned multiple backing techniques. While driving in the city, highways, mountains and just about all driving situations Tommy did a great job and I couldn’t be more confident with what I learned. I highly recommended this program to anyone interested in obtaining their class A CDL. I’m sure glad I went to CDL Safty School, Thanks Tommy!

They taught amazingly you could follow it easily and it was interesting compared to online learning the people are great and the way the teach is great too would suggest
I went here for drivers exam only, and everyone was very supportive and kind. My instructor was named Ralph and he took the time to make sure I was calm before the test. He was very kind towards me, and I could tell he was happy that I had passed the test. When I went into the school afterwards, the staff cheered for me, it was a great experience!
I recommend this driving school for adults too. I was blessing an adult with a car and she did not know how to drive. I paid for her to be taught to drive. Dave the instructor was fabulous, patient and kind!
I've had three kids go through this school and they all loved it. The instructors seem to make it fun to learn. The driving portion of the class seems great too. Everyone I've spoken too in the office has been extremely helpful and friendly. This is a great bunch of people. My kids learned a lot.
The teachers were great and the broke down the class in understandable sections. Worth your money.

Team was great and calming. Didn't feel any shame in the fact I was older and still didn't have my lisence. Traci and Arie were great with getting things set up, especially when it came time for the test itself.

This is the best Drive Safe to work with!! They are so helpful and bent over backwards to get my son ready to drive. We ran into some snags with the DMV and they were so proactive getting everything fixed and communicating with me. They were so kind and wonderful through the whole process. Jason and. I thought it was a really cool class. Most instructors that I've had in the past would only focus on my driving techniques. But this instructor did driving techniques, but focused more on my mind (like what was mentally going on with me, and how to correct it. Which i appreciated.
I enrolled my daughter with DriveSafe, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! Larry B. was highly skilled, incredibly patient, and encouraging. He created a welcoming and supportive environment that helped boost my daughter’s confidence behind the wheel. The staff was equally great to work with. Communication was excellent and the manager, Traci, was helpful in selecting the courses to best meet my daughter’s needs. Thanks to this fantastic driving school, my daughter passed her driving test on the first attempt! I highly recommend this school to any parent looking for quality driving education for their child. Very disappointed and flat out lied to of drive time behind wheel. The picture I posted is their website saying 15 hours for the 3500 dollars I paid then I was told 10 but clearly they advertise 15. I received maybe 2. On top of that my instructor was on the phone 50 percent of the time during my training because he was having problems at home not my problem I paid to be trained. I would not recommend I have a family to support and scheduled maybe 6 months in advance and literally felt like I was robbed of my hard earned money. Very disappointed.

This is our second time going through Community Driving School and we love how well they have taught our children. We're grateful for not only the book teaching but also for the driving teaching. The instructors are wonderful and very patient and full of helpful hints for the kids. From the first phone call to my child's final driving test, things were smooth and handled very well. Thank you to this great driving school! I would highly recommend using them for your children!
This place is great! Handles typical and new drivers with special needs. They are patient and thorough. I've used their service for all three of my boys and would highly recommend. They do have a discount for siblings and friends. Great teachers and fantastic results for our kids learning to drive.
This is a fantastic school. They were extremely flexible with my daughters schedule to accommodate her drive times. I was greatly reassured to know the driving instructors were police and firefighters. It gave me peace to know my daughter was left in good hands. I can't say enough positive things about the school, it's instructions, their quality practices, as well as it was by far the most affordable program available!
Great driving school. My son felt comfortable and safe with his instructors and had great conversations as well. Absolute worst place to waste your money. I watched the instructed fail multiple people, all ages, after he snuck them onto a road with unmarked speeds. They want your money, they will fail you for the dumbest stuff and then take more of your money and fail you again. DO NOT BE FOOLED. They’ve figured out a way to trick people with the route they take. Save your money, go to the other place in town.
Ed was an excellent teacher in my two-hour senior private evaluation. He helped me improve my approach (and exit) from both right and left turns, he told me how the state advises how far to drive (and stop) behind other vehicles -- especially important is to leave enough space behind another vehicle at a red light so you can go past it in an emergency. I recommend this evaluation to ALL seniors.

Rick was… an instructor. My boyfriend is 22 and Rick performed an obvious stress test. Every source online details a relatively low stress test including residential streets, while my boyfriend was tested exclusively on main roads like Harmony. He was taken into a culdesac once and rick otherwise refused to take him down residential roads. In addition, Rick used confusing language surrounding the car itself, such as “passenger sign” instead of “passenger turn signal” or a more generalized term in the car community. I was taught driving signs are on the side of the road, not the CAR. There’s an understanding that tests will be varied, but Rick asked at the END of the test if this was my boyfriend’s first test. He was obviously neglectful when anxiety was brought up and tried to sugar coat/lie to me about the test until i told him to be real. To summarize, Rick: - Used intentionally confusing language. - Made a deliberately emotionally stressful environment. - Performed an obvious stress test for a driver’s first road test WHILE BEING AWARE ENOUGH TO LATER ASK if it was a first test. - Dismissed the calm party when trying to discuss the test results. I tried to be kind with Rick and have a casual conversation about the results, which we BOTH accepted, BUT I checked out when he told me to “do what I want.” Absolutely disgustingly unprofessional behavior and a man on an obvious power trip over someone less knowledgeable than him. This is more than unfair and shows that Rick is (at worst) emotionally immature and wanting to feel in control or (at best) genuinely unaware of the stressors of driving as a new driver. I highly doubt he’s unaware.
I did my driver's test with Conahan's and Rick was my tester. He is such a nice, good natured person who creates such a pleasant atmosphere that enables to do the test calmly. I came quite nervous but immediately calmed down once I met Rick. I definitely recommend this driving school!
Foster is a super good teacher he did well at explaining and repeating things and made sure we all understood.

This is our second child to go through the Drive Right Academy 6 Hour Behind the Wheel course. Wow, it definitely makes a difference on their confidence level. Peter is a great instructor, patient, easy to understand, calm, exactly what our son needed. He worked with our son to fine tune his skills and make sure he understands the rules of the road. Susan is so easy to work with, we have a busy schedule and she was able to schedule our son when it worked best for him. We give Peter & Susan our highest recommendation!

The second time we went to garden of the gods and Cheyenne mountain area. I had to have practice test for two times but still managed to pass the actual driving test thanks to Peter. He also took the time and told me a lot about the renting a car verses buying a car after getting my license. He’s very talkative and calmed me down a lot during driving and he also inspired me by sharing a lot of biking trails and skiing destinations. He’s also knowledgeable about a lot of things, I learned something new from his traveling and trips before every time. I’m never nervous or anxious about driving after the class with Peter and Susan. Our first child completed this course, and we are more than satisfied! Matt did a great job with communication and walking us through the process of permits, license, and insurance discounts. Great value and a good learning experience for our son.
Staff have no clue how to time manage anything. First we had a scheduled perit test. The staff showed up 45 late. Then the in parking driving training was scheduled to last three hours. Each time the training was 45 minutes. Then the on street training had our learner wait 30 minutes past their set time. Now we had a 9 am driving test and once again the staff was 30 minutes late opening the office and we where told it would be an additional 30 minutes before they would even start anything. Highly unprofessional.
Everything about our son's experience was top notch. Excellent classroom and behind the wheel instruction. Extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Five star experience!
This location is fairly close to my new neighborhood so when I scheduled an appointment with the Academy, expecting a great experience I was turned away with laughter and told the DMV does driving test. I was told that my “terminology” wasn’t right. The behind the wheel driving test is what I needed. Not whatever Tom and staff were laughing about. Unprofessional behaviors all around.

I did the 6 hour driving course with this location and they were absolutely amazing! I had a special situation where the previous driving school messed up my records however, they were able to fix and help with settling my situation. Big shout out to Melinda, she was the best! She was very understanding and helpful when learning to drive. Always being very patience while also noticing the small details. Would definitely recommend!

Leslie is simple the best person to take your driving test with, believe me, she is patient, she is kind but the most important she is honest.
My child was signed up at the Littleton Location for the driving school classes - Excellent Staff! Great Experience! First Driving Test was done at the Centennial location, Front desk staff was Amazing The Driving Instructor was NOT friendly and did not fully explain to us why we did not pass the driving test. We felt rushed and not welcomed. Second Driving Test was at the Denver ( Mississippi) Location - OUTSTANDING Service and staff! I recommend this company, but not the driving instructor at the Centennial location.

Very unpleasant service. When we came to the school, the staff of the school was loudly talking in Spanish. When we started talking in our European language, lady from the counter came to us right away and said please be quiet. We felt discrimination. The car they used for the driving test was very low condition. And when my daughter decided to adjust the mirrors, he gave her attitude. The way he trained my daughter according to her was very unprofessional and very low driving skill. Definitely do not recommend this school. Disappointed. -Father of my 17 year old
I highly advise against using this company for your driver's test. My daughter had hers today and it was a horrible experience. The instructor who did my daughter's test (Adrian) was horrible from the moment he met her. They do the test in a company vehicle, which was obviously unfamiliar to her, and he berated her for not adjusting the seat correctly/fast enough. He was distracting her with constant criticism, yelling, nitpicking, and passive aggressive digs at her intelligence and abilities. He made snide remarks, and yelled at her for "not knowing where she was going" when they drove in an unfamiliar neighborhood and she made a wrong turn into a culdesac instead of another street. She returned from the test sobbing. She sat down on the chair next to me and Adrian walked past, went to the desk, and started eating his lunch - nothing about if she passed or not, or what we should do. I went to the desk and asked if I needed to do anything and he rudely told me to sit and wait. Finally he came over to us and I asked what she could do to improve and he snapped "Everything." There was absolutely no reason for him to be like that with anyone, much less a teenage girl. I'm shocked this company allows their employees to behave this way. She passed her test - meaning either he was horrible to her for absolutely no reason, or they pass everyone no matter how (apparently) poorly they do, which is dangerous. Don't put your kids through that.
Never even think of this driving school. The male instructor is tooooo rude and short tempered. He started shouting at me as soon as I started driving.He continuously kept yelling at me and mocked my driving throughout the test. Seems like he is just trying to panic the driver and fail the test so that they can make more money. This test has affected my confidence in driving too. Today I gave my drive test at another driving school and passed the test successfully. The instructor even appreciated my driving skills. Please be aware of this driving school and instructor and just avoiding going there to save your money, time and self confidence
Very negative and frustrating experience today for my daughter’s driving test. We arrived ten minutes prior to opening for “first come first serve” testing, and were told there was an hour and twenty minute wait. It was closer to an hour and forty minutes before we were seen. While waiting, we overheard the tester mocking a precious driver and her parking. The tester mispronounced my daughter’s name, and brushed it off when she corrected him, and did not bother introducing himself. He was immediately in a sour mood when my daughter, upon my instruction, asked to walk around the outside of the testing vehicle to get her bearings and check the tires. I was watching his frown from the lobby and he was extremely rude about her wanting to take her time and adjust the seat/mirrors. She told me after the test that he was very impatient and wanted her to GO GO GO. He failed her 5 minutes into the test when she didn’t slam the brakes upon sighting a child on a tricycle at the curb. He was violently angry, making it difficult to rationally comprehend what the situation actually was. I kept asking him to clarify what had happened and what she should have done. My daughter and I drove the exact test route so that I could see for myself what had happened, and the point where the child was, was directly after a left turn into a residential street, with zero visibility. The speed at making the turn was 8 miles per hour. My daughter said the instant the child came into view, my daughter slowed further, and began to pull the car further away from the child, but the tester slammed his brakes. My assessment is the tester had not seen the child, overreacted, and blamed my daughter. He started with a chip on his shoulder, insulted her driving, and my instruction, and provided contradictory orders. Very unfortunate experience for a new but competent driver. Wish I would have read the commiserating negative reviews.
My driver instructor was very wonderful, professional and helpful. I called today and Brittany was more than helpful making sure I had everything to get my license. Fair pricing for test! Plus Scott was helpful with the car rental.

Affordable Driving School was such a great experience for my son. Mike did such a great job making my son feel relaxed and comfortable during his test.

I just got my drivers license today, and I'm glad I never have to go to this nightmare ever again. First of all, this specific Affordable Driving School was located in one of the worst spots to have a driving school. It's on a hill with the worst parking lot to start driving on. It's extremely tight and not many spots are available. Not to mention the 50 or so degree angle you have to drive on to even enter this establishment. I've only done 2 of the possible 3 lessons with this place because of how awful the experience was. The first lesson I had actually went pretty well. The instructor I had was Mrs. Olmsted who did a good job of telling me what to do with a lot of time to react, taught me things that I didn't know, and the Chevy Cruze that I was in was in good condition. The second lesson I had was one of the most stressful and demoralizing 2 hours of my life. I had Mr. Zinn who was a major downgrade to the person I had last. He told me directions when I had no time to react and would blame me for the mistake. Didn't teach me anything and kept hammering me with negativity. When I did something wrong, he would say "Why did you do that" or something and wouldn't tell me how to fix those mistakes. His attitude was very aggressive and he acted like he didn't care at all. The Ford Fusion also could have been better as there was a giant bolt sticking out between the gas and brake pedals, making it hard to switch between them. This event led me to have driving anxiety which proved very difficult to work with. I didn't to the 3rd lesson because of what transpired. When the test came around, the instructor I had was Mr. Coady who was the most stressful person to work with because of his attitude was extremely monotone. I felt like I was driving with Bill Belichick. He was very strict and the test was longer and harder than it should've been. He cared too much and it led to a very intense test. Needless to say that I absolutely do not recommend this place. I'm sure there is much better driving schools that actually care about their students and their abilities.
Got lessons for my student driver and they did a great job with the entire process, online class, hands on driving classes, permit and final test, package is better to get everything covered. Nice office staff and driver instructors.

The front desk people are very rude , once we came in we come up to the front desk and they rudely tell you to sit right away . As we were waiting , they told us their internet wasn’t working , and the whole system was down which I understand it’s not their fault , and they let everyone know we can’t proceed to take the driving or written test until the website is back up , they also told everyone if we wanted to wait we can but we would have to use our own cars , not the company’s and if we slip a little it’s an automatic fail. Secs later, the Asian guy who does the test drives called up a customer that was also waiting ( same race as him ) and they proceeded with his driving test with the company’s car after they told us we had to use our own car, and that the system was down . I left as I seen that and here’s the picture of them leaving in the company’s car for the testing .

The driver instructor who didn't bother to introduce himself was rude,unprofessional and right down annoyed. Very bad place. They take your money and show a complete disregard for human decency. Do not use this people at all. They are a complete rip off!

Be very careful when giving money to this school because the owner has a very strict no refund, no transfer-of-credit policy. You would expect some flexibility to this policy when the situation is the result of a statewide mandated COVID lockdown, but not with this school. In late February, I paid $150 to schedule one driving class for my daughter in April. But because the school was closed due to COVID, she could not take the driving class, and they would not refund my money. Fast forward to now, my daughter has been driving for months and no longer wants to take the class. So I call A+ and ask if I can use the $150 for my son to take a class at their school instead. What do you think they said? Absolutely not. That money was for my daughter's driving class only, either use it or lose it. With 2020 the ways it is, and not knowing what might happen with future statewide lockdowns, my advice would be to proceed with caution before giving this school any money in advance.

Wonderful experience all along, the staff is courteous and welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. The administrator was great and polite throughout in her conversations which calmed me down for the driving test.
