Mr. Maddock was awesome! Helped give my the confidence he was needing to get behind the wheel. 10/10 recommend and will be sending my other kiddo back in a few years.
I gad already gotten my permit but hadn't drive much after that. Through this class, I was able to drive on the main roads and even free way after 4 lessons. I even got my license the months following the class. I learned so much through this and gained so much confidence for driving.
I had a wonderful experience with learning at Behind the Wheel, Inc. They did an outstanding job of explaining the rules of the road and how to be a safe driver. Overall, I would definitely recommend this program for new incoming drivers.

My son had the best experience with Behind the Wheel. The classroom portion was very informative and comprehensive. Mr. Friedman was a fabulous, patient, kind and thorough driving instructor. Safety was a top priority during Mr. Friedman’s driving lessons. My son will repeat what he learned as he is driving with me. I am SO impressed!

I've had the best driving lessons ever! From day one up to the final test, they are very friendly, approachable, have lots of patience and very keen to every details that they will teach you and you'll learn from it.. I want to commend instructor Claude and Ma'am Nancy for their knowledge and expertise. They are very good and I really like them a lot. So if you're looking for a driving school, then I highly recommend this. It's a 10/10 for me. Thank you for making my driving experience an unforgettable one. 🙏😊🥰
I was a student who attended to this school and I give it a 10/5! My instructor Seth was very helpful as well as guided me through my driving process and gave me great pointers about my turns, how to maintain my speed and so much more!! The staff here are very polite and professional and have answered any questions I may have had or have recently. I would and have recommended people to this school because of how much they care about their students and the price of the school is more than reasonable!! I absolutely loved this establishment!!

Jeffrey Roden was an excellent teacher to our 15 year-old. He communicated with us from start to finish and provided us with a driving report after each lesson. Our son felt very comfortable with Jeffrey! THANK YOU
We had an amazing experience with Schuetz! Overall communication was above and beyond. From initial scheduling of the class, to our driving instructor Jeff. Jeff set very clear expectations of what to expect, from his background so I felt comfortable handing my child over to him, for the driving sessions, and then feedback after each driving session. We had our oldest do the drivers ed through the school and we would highly recommend Schuetz!!
Jeff Roden was our son's driving instructor. He was amazing and really helped my son with his driving confidence, especially on the highway. His parking is much better now too. Because of Jeff, my son taught me a better way to check my blind spot safely. We are very pleased with our experience!!!

He not only did a great job with my son on the techniques of driving, but he was very friendly, and I felt totally safe, letting my son drive with him. Ms J is very good in teaching the class. The class is fun and it in interactive way of learning. I have learned a lot about the rules o the road. We enjoyed the pizza for lunch and snacks. The driving instructor was patiently with me and guide me all the needed I need to know. I can now drive safely. I highly recommend this Bucklenup School because they are the best. Overall, it was a good experienced.

Ms J is my classroom instructor and she did a great job teaching and she teaches very well. I have learned the rules on the road. My driving instructor was good on what she do, actually driving with her was make me comfortable and relax. My skills improved and can drive safely. The school provide pizza for lunch with drinks and fruit for everyone. Overall, it was a great experienced. I will recommend the BuckleUp school to my friend.

Yost driving school was a great value. The class was very well run and informative. The driving instruction portion was very flexible and worked with the student's schedule. There was ample time between sessions to improve skills. Highly recommend this class.

Daniel Smith is a very nice instructor. He’s clear, patient and understanding. I highly recommended him and this school. My mom is Vietnamese but he works wonder. They even give out small break and snacks during the driving lesson.
We’ve had both our sons go thru Yost Driving School. I have to say, they are great! Everyone there treats the students as young adults, and extends so much respect. They really enjoyed the classroom time, well as much as a teenager can enjoy a classroom! Their personal driving instructor. Daniel Smith, was super accommodating to our busy schedules. He had great feedback for us about things our kids did well when driving and things they needed to work on. I have recommended them several times to friends and will continue to do so.

I had an excellent learning experience with the driving school. The processes were straightforward and convenient, particularly with my instructor, Kevin Groenhagan. He was professional, providing clear and easy-to-follow instructions. As a new driver with zero experience, I'm excited to get my drivers license tomorrow, thanks to Kevin's patience and great teaching skills.
My behind the wheel instructor was Kevin and the instructions were presented patiently and precisely. Each lesson throughout the total 6 hours was well explained and I was able to be confident in my execution of each maneuver thanks to Kevin. As an adult getting my license for the very first time, I would recommend this course to anyone in a similar situation.

I very much recommend Kennedy Driving School. First, it was very easy to enroll and schedule, and the school was flexible when I could not attend a class due to sudden illness. I really appreciate having Jake as my instructor, as he made it clear from the very beginning that there was going to be no pressure on his end, and makes sure his students are as comfortable as possible during the driving sessions. It honestly made the experience so much easier for me. I had a great experience overall. The first week of training is all classroom and a bit drawn out, but plenty of study time! Once you get on out to the yard for behind the wheel training on your second and third weeks, it is more productive. The instructors Sean, Kim, and Robert were very knowledgeable and helpful with plenty of tips and advice. They are they to make sure you are ready when it comes to test time, but you have got to put in the effort. Overall I give 4 stars, but my mentality is nothing ever gets the full star treatment because there is always room for improvement. This is a great school and prepared me for achieving my Class A CDL in just 3 1/2 weeks, when I had absolutely no idea or experience about any of it. Head on over and see Charlie at Kansas Truck Driving School in Wichita and he will get you all set up for class!
Kansas Truck Driving School was awesome! Charlie, who is the the Career Navigator, was phenomenal when it came to answering any and all questions that I had and was very helpful and supportive when I decided to come to this school and get my CDL. The instructors Sean, Kim, and Robert were all phenomenal as well! Each of them were professional and and really supportive with all of the students. You can tell that they actually care about the students, because they actually want to help them achieve the goal of getting a CDL. I graduated and passed my CDL DMV test (Pre-Trip, maneuvers, and driving test) on 02/03/2025, and I would recommend them 100%. Kansas Truck Driving School also has student services, which will help you find and land a job when you graduate and you pass the final CDL test at the DMV. I can't thank them enough!
Had a great experience here with not only the point of contact Charlie, but also with both instructors Dan and Bryan. Working with full size combination vehicles here will have you prepared for the road ahead. Best place around to go to acquire your CDL!
Charlie at the front desk was great and can get you set up to start. Sean the senior instructor is funny and really good at his job. The other two instructors are good and bad, depending on their mood and what they are trying to instruct. I didn’t find Joe to be very helpful or on top of things to prepare for weather or when a trainer starts to scream at students. For the most part it is a good school for learning the bare minimum to pass your cdl test. Listen to Sean and you won’t fail!
I'm so grateful to be there. Bryan, Dan, Sean they're so helpful, and patient throughout every steps. They're so awesome, and help me to understand the processes being a truck driver. Thank you, sir.

Getting my Theoretical Driving course in this school is an awesome experience. The instructor Kristen (I hope I got her name correctly) is a great instructor. She knows how to adjust to different learners from her class. I am looking forward to my Practical Driving Lesson and positively looking forward to pass my test 🙂
My adult son with special needs completed the program here. The instructors were extremely accommodating during the classroom portion. They have specific instructors they use for students like my son, who have high anxiety during the driving portion. It was such a positive experience… highly recommend, especially for students with special needs.

This school was AMAZING! Seriously, my husband is a non-native English speaker and their main goal was for him to be comfortable 100% they let him bring translators to the classes and allowed me to "translate/be a security blanket" in the driving portion. Great instructors that go out of their way to help you. Never drove a truck before now i'm on month 3 of driving. Been all over the country from Washington to Florida. Would not be possible without the help and advise from the instructors and owner.
Very knowledgeable instructors they're patient, they're very helpful. Overall white line is a fantastic school I would recommend anybody that wants to learn how to be a truck driver to go to whiteline. I can't rate them high enough. 5 stars is too low of a rating for this School. Thank you white line.

I went through driving instruction with Joanna and had a great experience. I was in a circumstance where I needed to get up to speed on driving to prepare for job relocation (driving experience is low), and she helped me get acclimated on the routes I need to take. I am now driving without any issues.
I do not recommend this place if you are 18. My son was delayed on learning how to drive so I waited until he was ready. I reached out to premier because of another family member who was 17 when she went and thought it would be a good experience. No! That was not the case my son had little drive time and no night time hrs and very little highway drive time. I'm not sure if it was his age or what but after paying almost $400 dollars he still does not know how to drive . I recommend you get a full outline of what the driving times and what your child should know how to do after the class is taken the class . That is if you absolutely can't find somewhere else.

Mike is a hands on owner and works to make sure you receive everything and more than you were expecting!! 12 months later now using Mike again for defensive Driving to lower our insurance on a teenage driver!!!! The driving instructor Brent was very patient and taught my teenager good driving habits. Very pleased with the entire experience and their ability to work with your schedule.
We were referred to Double Team Driving School after being duped out of hundreds of dollars by Harder Driving School. Our son had only one driving lesson left before his test, but Harder closed up shop and left over 500 kids without completion of their course. Double Team Driving School went over every option with me, thoroughly, patiently, and with more understanding than I as expecting. After determining our son had enough driving experience that we did not need to enroll in another driving school, Joan again helped me navigate the next steps to take. I will be referring every family I know to Double Team Driving School. They have a true passion for new drivers and for the safety for everyone on the road.
I think the school did a tremendous job. As most parents our kids have a hard time learning from us. It was nice to be able to have a way to have my daughter sit in a day long course, take three 2-hour driving sessions and come away with a certificate of completion she could take to the DMV to exchange for a license. It isn't cheap but I know she learned defensive driving tactics and I comforted by the fact that we didn't have to spend any Saturday or Sunday afternoons in the car yelling at each other. She is enjoying her new found freedom and I am grateful for the school. Highly recommend it and will be taking my other two kids there when they are of age!

Hey, I want to appreciate some instructors at the school. Stan’s, Miguel, Mary big Mike, Romeo and to my examiner for today Chris if that is right. I failed my previous 2 exams and that was my fault because I get nervous but today they told me to calm down get deep breath and I did exactly and passed successfully. Sam and Ashley were very supportive their relations with me was 1st class. Zeta is the best school in KCMO if you want to get the best training go to zeta CDL school. God bless all the instructors for their patience and encouragement shown to me. If there was Ten stars I will give you!!
What an experience! Thanks to Miguel, Chris, Romel, specifically but all the instructors were very patient and very helpful and they had to be with me 🤣 they will know what I am talking about 🤣. I recommend this school to anyone that is interested in getting their CDL A. I made it and it came down to the wire but with these guys helping it was a breeze after it just clicks in your head and it will. It wasn’t easy by a long shot. Samantha in the office probably is glad I passed too because she is happy not having to answer all my messages she is great. I am 62 years old and old but I got it done. Thanks you guys.
I recommend Zeta CDL school to anyone looking to get their CDL license. I was really nervous when I started because I never drove a big rig before. But the instructors at Zeta were very patient and took their time teaching me the basics. Before we even got behind the wheel of a real truck they had us practice in the simulators. This helped me gain confidence handling a rig before going on the road. The curriculum covered everything I needed to know. The instructors taught me how to drive safely and how to pass the test to get my CDL. Now thanks to Zeta's great training, I feel ready to start a new career driving trucks. I recommend this school to anyone wanting to drive professionally.

I’ve looked at other schools but none felt right. The moment I came here I knew I was at the right place. Total time to get my CDL A was like 2.5 weeks, that included obtaining my CLP, completing other small tasks and then finally Receiving my Class CDL A. Everything you need to be successful is here. Just put in the work, show up & listen. Super nice people as well. They are patient and actually care about you. 10/10
Going through class with them right now. Big Mike and Kevin are some pretty awesome instructors. They teach you absolutely everything you need to know in order to pass. I test out in a couple days and I owe it all to them for showing me what I needed to know. Appreciate all the instructors time and help yall are truly amazing! Two of my kids have been through this class. I highly recommend! Vicki was both of my kids' driving instructor...She is awesome!! She made both of them feel very comfortable....Just hoping we will be lucky enough to get her again next year for my last daughter!!! Anytime I have called and no one answers, I leave a message and they always call me back on the same day.
Buyer beware! We paid over 10 months ago, they will not respond! We paid for driver's ed with the defensive driving training supposed to follow a few months later. The first part went great, but they will not respond to communication to set up the defensive driving training. We have tried to contact them through their website multiple times, with no response. We've tried to call several times during their stated business hours and they don't pick up the phone. EDIT (it appears I can't reply to their reply, so here is my reply). Potential customers need to notice how much the conversation has changed: Before we paid, we were told that ***YOU*** would be contacting us later to set up the defensive driving time. When we gave up on you contacting us, we tried several times to contact you. We're now approaching a year on this, and now you're questioning our ability to dial a phone number on a call we never should have needed to make. Regarding calling the wrong number - Unless your website had the wrong number, it is highly unlikely we managed to dial it incorrectly multiple times. Regarding the emails - it was sent through the webform on your site and you never replied or called back. Regarding when we tried to contact you - it was several times over the last few months.

I highly recommend 160. The instructors taught me so well I was a one and done! The way that they have the course set up really helps u get prepared for the cdl test. Wanna give a huge thanks to the instructors they should get way more credit than they do.THANKS 160 DRIVING ACADEMEY!
I would recommend just a message I leave with my trainers I don’t think the company gives you enough credit your hard work and dedication to your team as well as your trainees is honestly unmatched it was as if you wanted it for myself and my brother as much as we did and I can’t thank you enough I definitely want to give credit where credit is due your dedication to your job is why one and dones are easy to get . :) —————————————————— The only thing I would say is they definitely need another automatic but once they get one this company is going to see more one and dones Also I wanted to say if you want more of a family environment this is definitely the place for you any concerns or feedback they take it and it’s not like you have to worry about them getting mad or it becoming awkward or aggressive it was like they were willing to learn as well and I appreciate that because we are all human at the end of the day Thanks again 160 the one and done sibling’s are out ✌️
This experience was incredible! I started the journey with confidence, but never thought I'd excel the way I did. It was all thanks to the yard instructors, Kenny, Robert, and Derek. Their guidance was paramount in my driving education, and they do their jobs really well. Eric, the branch manager, is with you every step of the way too. I couldn't be more proud of this accomplishment, and 160 Driving Academy was the way to go! Thanks, guys!

In response to Angela’s review: There are 2 differences between Kennedy driving school and Johnny Rowland’s: 1. Rowlands is $35 cheaper 2. You have 12 months to complete the course at Rowland’s (6 months at Kennedy). While Kennedy picks up the driver from their home (within the Topeka city limits), Rowland’s is transparent that you must bring your driver to their location for driving instruction. Both school’s offer the same curriculum and hours of 1-on-1 driving time. There is no way your student/child will be able to fully drive, responsibly, after 6 hours of driving instruction. So, in between lessons, there will be items that YOU will need to work on with your young driver. Johnny Rowland’s does an excellent job of providing feedback of what your driver did well, and needs additional practice on. I really appreciate the patience of the driving instructor and candid feedback. I have put in additional driving time, with my son, and it really showed at his second driving instruction. I am a single, working father and I would highly recommend Johnny Rowland’s (and have recommended to several of my friends). My son will complete his last set of driving instruction this weekend and then he will be able to obtain his restricted drivers license. I’m thoroughly impressed with the experience we have had with Johnny Rowland’s.
I love and appreciate this school and its staff. I had a lot of anxiety around driving from a prior accident and the instructor was so amazing and helped me lessen my anxiety around driving. The course was so worth it and I’m so glad I went!
Kennedy driving school is a better choice. They come and pick up the teen driver at their home or school. It's very hard when you are a single mother working AND going to school to be able to drop them off. Kennedy is a much better choice!!! Not to mention my child was told they need more practice before their next time out with an instructor. I paid you guys to teach my child so I know they got the best instruction BEFORE they get into my car. Too much money for the inconvenience of them not picking up the student driver and to say she needs more practice when that is your job... Again Kennedy is the best choice and I regret that I did not go with them again.

I had a great experience learning to drive with Tim at Johnny Rowlands Driving School! Tim is an incredibly chill and relaxed instructor, allowing you to learn at your own pace and build confidence behind the wheel. He keeps the mood light with his sense of humor, so there’s no pressure or anxiety when driving with him. What really stood out to me was how accommodating he is. Even though his days off are Monday and Tuesday, he still made time to practice with me because my work schedule didn’t align with the available slots in the online system. This school is also the only certified international driving school in Kansas, making it a great option for international students who speak different languages. If you’re new to the U.S., I highly recommend learning with Tim as he has experience working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds, which makes the learning process even smoother. Overall, an excellent experience, and I highly recommend this school for anyone looking to learn to drive in a stress-free and supportive environment!
