This is a great school with the best price in the area. You can tell that the instructors really want you to succeed and do not play about you getting behind the wheel. They will teach you to perfection so you can be a safe as possible on the road. Ms. Rani is a great instructor!
This school was a great experience. Ms. Rani was an excellent instructor. She had a very thorough procedure of teaching and broke every thing down in easy steps to remember. This class was very instructional and engaging. The content was very clear and straight forward. The head instructor did an amazing job keeping us all engaged and, on our toes, when it comes to important content.
Coach Mike was awesome. What is not awesome is the guy that can barley get in and out of the car and belittles student drivers. We don't pay this much money for the instructor to get in the car and repeatedly tell your child they will fail the road test and still pass them for the day. Customer services is no better...when you email you'll never hear back. I would ONLY recommend this place if coach Mike is there and you can schedule your classes with him.

Mr Husain is the best teacher I could've possibly had for drivers ed. He's serious when it's time to be serious, he's funny, he's honest about what's important and what's not, he doesn't make fun of students or belittle them or get annoyed at them whenever they ask obvious questions. I love that we didn't have to write down everything on the powerpoints and that he told us when we should be writing stuff down rather than just assuming we would already be writing stuff down. I'm not a big fan of powerpoints, but I loved this one. There were pictures, animations, quiz reviews, and pop ups questions that really kept me engaged. If not for those things I would've slept through every class. The videos did their job into scaring me enough to never even consider using my phone while I'm driving. That one video was a little too gory for me though. The videos are also evenly spaced out so that it's not just slide after slide or video after video. I really loved the powerpoints. I also really liked how he kept asking us questions, it kept me awake and engaged with the course material. He's an all round amazing teacher for something as important as driver's ed. I would not have passed my final exam with a 96% if not for this man. I also liked that he showed up the actual mva exam routes and advised us not to go to Glen Burnie cuz it was much harder. I like that he broke down and simplified the confusing information overhaul slides, very helpful. Amazing 1000/10 teacher. Disclaimer: he will enjoy lying to you about the essay, do not fall for it. It was an absolute pleasure to be your student Mr Husain. I did not exactly look forward to 6pm everyday cuz why is the class so long, but you made those 3 hours more enjoyable than I can have ever imagined. Those 15 minute breaks literally saved me from falling asleep and I really appreciate that you always let us out before 9pm (especially that one Friday). Thank you so so much!! I will NEVER text and drive

I had a amazing driving lesson, the online class was very informative and the driving instructor was great and made sure I knew everything I needed to know.
Very unorganized. Ms.Miles was my instructor. ( Apr 25, 2025 09:00 AM ) was my original date to take my final.. wasn’t able to do so with the lack of communication from this school. I was apologized too and asked to not leave a bad review by Ms.Miles. I had to wait a a month and a half for my final and still wasn’t able to take it because of issues on their end. ( May 11, 2025 09:00 AM ) was supposed to be my make up class for my final. I joined the class and the instructor never started class, nour did the school answer my calls. When I finally get in reach with them the lady on the phone tells me they gave me the ( Incorrect date ). I had to wait a few more days regarding taking my final because the instructor wasn’t answering the front desk calls. the next given date was June 6, 2025 09:00 AM then changed to May 23, 2025 09:00 AM. I join class early, same device I was using through april and may…. A new instructor joins the class and accuses me of not paying attention as i’m sitting infront of my ipad while it’s facing upwards towards me with my camera on. I was talked over by both instructors Ms.Miles and the man, I tried to cooperate and went off mute to explain that I was in the camera and I could see myself but was kicked out the class without being heard. I will be dealing with this into more serious matters. just wanted to let you guys know what you’re in for when sending your deposit to this company.
It was an amazing experience!! I learned so much and the instructors were super nice and articulate in teaching me how to drive. I am now confident in my skill and prepared for my test.

The 30 hour course was thorough, informative, and organized. I felt fully prepared for the written test and passed with ease. When it came time for behind the wheel instruction, I had zero driving experience and was extremely nervous (I used to panic at the thought of driving). Both Mr. Williams and Mr. Gary provide a great balance of patience and push… They make sure you progress at the right pace and in a way that helps you develop the confidence needed to safely operate a vehicle. I desperately needed my license and they came through for me! I’m grateful I chose this driving school and highly recommend it.

My son recently completed driving course at Williams Educational Services LLC and I can’t recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Mr. Williams is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also patient and encouraging, which made learning to drive a truly enjoyable experience for my son. The school’s vehicles are well-maintained and equipped with the latest safety features, providing a safe and comfortable environment for students. The lessons were structured in a way that gradually built confidence and skills. In addition, my son participated in the college tours provided by Williams Educational Services LLC. He was able to tour multiple colleges in the surrounding areas and get to experience college life for a few days. There was a well organized tour itinerary for each day. My son came home eager to learn more about each school and what they offer.

Consider this a 0 star. This whole experience has felt like a scam. Owner was super unprofessional and even mean at times. Scheduling was a nightmare and they do not communicate well at all. They lied and tried to get me to pay extra.
Great Instructor, the weekend class schedule worked perfect for my busy life. I truly enjoyed every single class and felt confident after every lesson. Review Update: I got my license today! I was having trouble with the 2 point turn. I received private, in depth lessons from Mr Allen himself. He’s very patient, professional and personable. My son and nephews attended B&A for their drivers education. My husband and I are thoroughly impressed with Mr. Allen's availability and flexibility as well as the impeccable knowledge of the educators. There have been some occurrences where I needed clarification and would send an email and to my surprise, Mr. Allen would respond on a Sunday and would already have a solution to my delimma. His customer service is top tier. In addition to this, Mr Allen is heavily present in the community offering lots of support to anyone who is serious about learning, growth and development. I'm really glad that our paths have crossed. Thank you for all that you do to teach about Drivers Education and life skills. You and your team are truly a blessing.
Would not recommend the staff are rude and unprofessional. We were doing our final test they are sitting there laughing, texting in the zoom call while everyone is trying to focus!! I only came to retake my final Mr. Allen yelled at me for being 2 minutes late to the zoom call he talks to people rude and disrespectful do not waste your money on this overpriced driving school!!!

I literally had the best experience at Leap driving school. From the price, to class schedule, location, and instructor everything was amazing! OJ (the instructor) really wants to see his students not only pass his class but he also retain the information he has taught them. His clarity and thoroughness along with his "real life" stories of his personal experiences were defiantly pieces that you can't get anywhere else. I just wanted to say Micheal was extremely exceptional with helping out with the behind the wheels lessons,with all his encouragement,support and dedication i was able to get my DL. Its a good place to learn driving. The instructor is friendly and accommodating. He make you feel welcome and make the class an interacting one. I could recommend this school over again as i learn some technique to drive easily in class and behind the wheel training.
My son just received his drivers license thanks to the behind the wheel coaching at Leap Driving Academy! I was able to set up flexible appointments. The team was very knowledgeable. I do think the late/cancelation fee should be cheaper if it happens one time.
The classroom education is very useful for people preparing for the knowledge test. The instructor Oj is very patient and caring. The content of the class is more engaging than you would expect with videos and anecdotes illustrating some otherwise boring topics. The fleet of training cars seem to be fairly new and well maintained. Definitely worth your bucks if you need the MD driver education program.

B&R Driving School is "the best" driving school around hands down. Gwen and her staff are excellent at what they do and have the greatest personalities . Very chill classroom environment for those of you that are nervous about literally all things driving. My experience was very smooth and I would suggest everyone and anyone to chose B&R driving school as the driving school for you. You won't regret it.
I loved this driving school! Ms. Gwen and Emily were my personal favorites. Ms Gwen is super helpful and always keeps her spirits up. The classes were super helpful and the spent a lot of time answering questions and really helping you understand if you didn't. This is literally the place to go if you plan on getting your license I will recommend this school to everyone! :)

I have been terrified of driving my whole life. I am 44 years old and thought it would never happen for me. After I finished getting my LP and taking Driver's Ed at another school I decided to invest in private lessons from B&R since they are closer to my home. Ms. Gwen (the owner) is down to earth, no-nonsense and fair. Emily, who was my actual instructor was so patient with me! Eventually, after maybe 3 lessons I started feeling more confident and after 28 years of waiting I FINALLY HAVE MY DRIVER'S LICENSE! Hands down, these ladies know what they are doing! You can trust them to get you through it. I highly recommend this school, they are the absolute BEST!!
The owner of this school is absolutely lovely. Gwen is very concern in making sure that everyone understands the laws of the road. Mark and Kevin were my instructors and they always made the class enjoyable. I had a really great time in class while learning as well. Everyone is understanding and are willing to work with anyone who may have trouble with the class or attending. I definitely recommend this place to everyone, no matter age or prior experience in driving.

The lessons were topnotch! Mr. Ben really had everything covered to make us safe drivers. He was super thorough and made sure we grasped every little detail. Plus, his kindness made learning to drive feel like a breeze!
I recommend this class to your child or friend. The driving instructors are very friendly and composted so you will feel little to no stress when you are on the road with them and they will still guide you. I did very well on the road with my instructor Mr. Ben and Like I said I would recommend him for your behind-the-wheel training and test.
Easy to follow along and learn quickly with friendly and clear instructors. Update: I have now taken the behind-the-wheel portion and I have to add that Mr. Ben will make you a better driver over night. He will help you build your confidence and the perspective you need to really see the world as a proper driver.

Not sure if this place is understaffed or what. My child was not given all her road tests & this goes back to the beginning of the year. She calls & gets no callbacks, I called myself maybe 2 - 3 months ago & I never got a callback. They are supposed to open 12:30pm, today we waited outside, saw an instructor with passengers, that door did not open at 12:30pm, we left about 12:40pm. I waited before putting a review in but the horrible communication this entire 2025 is not cool. Most of us parents work during the week so its hard to come in person but @ least return my calls

I went to the school got my permit. I passed drivers ed and did 2 skills test. I asked several times for my results. Since I'm switching to a closer school. They never answer or call you back.
Ms. Stovall was incredibly informative and helpful in her teaching methods. This class provided me with more knowledge about driving than I anticipated, and I feel confident that I can become a defensive driver after completing it.
Great school, the teacher explained a lot and they did it well that I feel prepared to be out in the road.
Ms. Stovall is awesome and understanding. I enjoyed the class and I will definitely miss the laughs I had. Overall good school!!

This school is horrible and Cidney is personally one of the worst driver instructors at royals driving school. He didn’t pay attention to me when driving, he stayed on his phone watching videos on social media the whole time and only paid attention to when I did things wrong. He also didn’t seem to care to be there and only seem to be in it for the money and to not actually teach students how to drive. Also the car has faulty gas/brake pedals because it was hard for me to use both and I have to literally aggressively have my foot on the gas or brake because if I didn’t, the car slows down without pressing down hard on the gas. He was somewhat rude and very sarcastic when it came to teaching me. The school itself is very unprofessional and does things backwards. Certain driving schools require for you to have at least 30 hours of driving before your actual drive time session but royals allows Inexperienced drivers to complete their drive time, with the only exception of knowing where every signal is (this is what I was taught in driving school/class). The instructor gets frustrated with first time drivers, what’s the point of being a teacher if you aren’t actually interested in teaching but yet belittling your students and making them feel bad about themselves for something that they came to learn about. I know that the owner might respond aggressively to this review which I expect because of them being so unprofessional and rude but I would never recommend this driving school to anyone at all. I hope this is fixed and there will be more instructors at this school THAT ACTUALLY CARES!

RUN!!! If I could give a negative star I would, this place is so unprofessional and unorganized I have never experienced anything like this at all. I don’t recommend this school to anyone. I am so frustrated and disappointed I even let this be my son’s first experience. So many classes and no one to actually take the individuals out to drive it’s ridiculous!! Don’t do it I highly would not recommend to anyone!!!!
This was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend this school for anybody needing to pass drivers education. My instructor Ms. Kahn was hands down the best instructor I’ve ever had the privilege of working with in any form. I managed to score a 49/50 (98%) on the final exam due to Ms. Kahn’s great teaching.
This is a great Driving School with amazing staff and instructors. Ms. Khan is an experienced driving instructor, Mr. Henry and Sydney are just amazing. I passed both the permit and road test smoothly. I now have my license. Thank you team ROYAL!!

Please BEWARE and do not sign up with this driving school. They are a money grab to get students in the virtual classes and then it all is downhill. When taking virtual courses make sure that your attendance and exam scores are accurate. Also, it will take months to schedule the behind the wheel training and you will not receive a response from the school via phone or email. They will schedule one behind the wheel training and then never respond or follow up in relation to scheduling the additional appointments. I did the 30-hour Driver’s Education program & the 6-hours behind the wheel sessions. Mr. Davis really helped me learn more about the signs and rules of the road than I knew before. I was able to take what I learned in the online-classes and apply them into the real-world, if it wasn’t for the classes I wouldn’t know more than what I know now about how a car functions. With the BTW session’s, I had Ms. Paola, Mr. Kolawole and Mr. Devon. They taught me a lot that I didn’t know before when it comes to driving and safe driving.

I had an extremely positive experience with Circle Driving School. I was originally doing my driving practice with my friends, which was good but still not the same as an expert. I scheduled 4 lessons, 1 hour each, and went over everything I needed to pass my driving test. After the second class I had a good handle on front parking, back parking, and a 3 point turn. I scheduled for the Driving test service as well, since I did not have a car of my own. I met my instructor at his place of business and rode with him to the MVA. He handled my sign in and walked through the course with me and I passed my test on the first try!
The instructor, Mekonnen, is the best driving instructor I’ve had the pleasure of learning from. He’s very kind and laid back. He’ll give you good instructions and make sure you’re comfortable on the road. He makes sure you understand where you made an error and correct you with patients. I took the driving test 4 times and failed, sadly.. after having some practice with Mekonnen, I was able to pass the test with ease! It was so easy after I had his help :) DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL!
I drove with the instructor for only 2 days (4 hours total) and he was very patient and was determined to help me out until I succeeded with parking and have understanding of it. He also told me about signs and helped me a bit with my car turning. I have lost confidence over the past year about my driving but I have gathered it again and I will recommend this school! It's right by the Montgomery College campus so any young and new drivers should come here if they're looking for a closer school. I will definitely come again sometime in the year if I ever need more skill polishing.

They had initially quoted us a reasonable fee, but as the lessons progressed, they started demanding additional charges for services that were supposedly included in the original package. They were consistently unresponsive, often ignoring our calls and emails, making it nearly impossible to address our concerns or obtain any necessary information. To make matters worse, when we attempted to voice our grievances and seek a resolution, the driving school's management dismissed our complaints and showed a complete lack of empathy. As a result of this horrendous experience, my sister's confidence has been shattered, and she is now hesitant and fearful when it comes to getting behind the wheel. I was about to be a new father and needed my drivers license before the baby's due date, I spoke with the boss and he worked with me to get my drivers license in time before the baby's due date, and sure enough I got my drivers license about a week before the baby's due date! Mr. Khan and his team did a very good job in teaching my wife Meg. Mr. Khan has a very good knowledge and instructs his student in a very professional manner. He is always available for any questions. Most importantly he gives genuine feedback of what needs to be improved and how it can be corrected to make sure that you pass your driving test alongside be a responsible defensive driver as well. Most women fear driving not because of they don't know to drive but due to unknown fear of roads, highways, other vehicles etc and Mr. khan rightly helped my wife overcome the fear and drive confidently inculcating all his instructions and checks. do not ever come here. owner is absolutely unprofessional and while i was doing my actual driving on the road, i was considering just driving off the bridge to end both of us. in February I wasn’t let into the zoom meeting for some reason so I rescheduled for July. when I saw the log apparently they had already put my grades on the log when I wasn’t even present for my February lesson. then after I completed my July online lessons. I was going to start my actual driving practice. Apparently the lady who taught the online class had forgotten to log my practice and final exam grades so there was no record of me ever completing the online program. the only record they have of me is the mistaken log from February. even though they had no documentation of me completing the online course, they still allowed me to schedule an appointment for the driving course and when I arrived they told me they couldn’t let me on the road. this then resulted in a heated argument between me and the owner who didn’t seem to know what he was doing and refused to admit that he should’ve checked my log before confirming my appointment. very rude and unprofessional. Would rather do jumping jacks in middle of the road and wait until a car runs over me than ever come back to this place. unfortunately I still have to finish my driving course. even though this place is cheaper than the gregs, I guarantee you there would be better service in a Chinese sweat shop. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND COME HERE. LISTEN TO THE OTHER REVIEWS
The office lady is very nice but the online driving classes are not professional, the instructor is always late yet he gets mad at people who are late because they couldn’t get in when the class time started… and he’s also very unfriendly to his students even though we’re just trying to learn. He even expected us to memorize the link we need to take the exams and refused to just give us the link due to that. He seems rude and tired of his job which I think is unprofessional to show. I feel like we’re being treated like a waste of space even tho this wasn’t free you know, we all paid for these classes.

This driving school is beyond unprofessional and it is the last school I would ever recommend to anyone. The online instruction portion of it was not even taken seriously by the instructor, causing the students to take it lightly in return. Mr. Marouf is a great teacher and his way of explanation is good, good communication. I learned new ways to back in park with the reference points and cones we placed and also learned how to line my shoulder with the line before the space I want to park in when doing pull in parking.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I only enrolled because of the 4.6 Google rating, I thought it was a good school. The reality is completely different. I left on the first day because I quickly saw how the instructor was rude and disrespectful toward students. And I thought to myself: if this is how they treat people online, imagine being stuck in a car on the street with them. I later learned I wasn’t wrong, other students confirmed the behind-the-wheel lessons were just as bad, with instructors yelling, running errands, playing music, and distracting learners instead of teaching. When I withdrew after just an hour, they refused to refund me even though their own policy says a full refund within 15 days is due if you leave on the first day. Instead, the owners and their family dragged me around, verbally abused me, and even threatened to “report me to MVA.” It took the MVA, like, scaring me that the MVA would restrict me from going to another school, just because I asked for my money after a month. Finally, the MVA and my bank stepped in for me to finally get my refund almost a month later. This school is run by the owners, and if one disrespects you, the others gang up too. The wife (co-owner) literally waited at the front with insults the moment I walked in; you literally can’t even have a normal adult conversation because they twist your words into arguments. I’ve never seen such bad behavior, disrespect, and customer service in my life. Don’t be fooled by the Google rating here. The real reflection of this school’s service is on Yelp, where they only have 2.5 stars. That says it all. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else; there are lots of respectful and amazing driving schools in Maryland. DO NOT GO TO THIS SCHOOL. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

BEST IVE SEEN The classes were well thought out and thorough. The Behind The Wheel was even better. I had Dawit as my instructor and the tips and tricks I learned driving with him were phenomenal. He was funny, charismatic and knew very well what he was doing. He perfectly set me up for the driving test (which i passed on the FIRST try). I would like too just say one thing I went to next step driving school in September 19 and I can say meeka has been an amazing instructor she’s very patient and very clear on all instructions this journey has been so easy all thanks to her she taught me everything I know, I recommend this driving school because I am a full time student and worker and meeka has done nothing but work with me and around my schedule and has made it very easy to pass her classes while making sure we know all our criteria and the correct information by making sure we are actively engaged , she makes learning fun and even if we were on the computers her energy was very light and fun , she has shown numerous signs of having a amazing personality also while keeping it on a professional and educational level , I have no complaints at all and I feel as long as you communicate at all time you will have just as much enjoyment as I did with my process with next step driving school .
Ms.Lameeka is the BEST driving instructor. She was extremely patient and helpful. She is amazing. I highly recommend attending this driving school if you’re looking to be on the road sooner than later. I will be taking my son back.

Loved it! The online format (due to COVID) was very convenient for me due to work. My driving test was 1 month away before I discovered that Maryland (unlike my old state) requires driving school. Completed the 30 hours (3 hour per weekday); and, knowing my situation, Ms. April was able to squeeze me into a sooner in-car lessons with Fast Track; which I completed with Ms. Angela; which was equally as excellent. Those 6 hours in-car lessons helped me fix many of the nuanced issues I had with driving. The last lesson emulated the current MVA in-car test, and I learned a few new parking tricks.

I had a wonderful experience with the driving academy. Isreal was my instructor he was amazing giving precise instructions driving, and teaching the curriculum. I have anxiety and he was very calm during the process and has a very calming voice during driving. I highly recommend the driving academy to anyone looking to obtain their license. I passed my driving test on the first try.
Israel, the instructor, makes the most seemingly annoying forced process surprisingly fun and active so it goes so fast, while receiving a full education on the rules, ensuring we comply with safety procedures, and understand the depth of what holding a license means. I could have easily gotten my license years ago in DC but lazily waited and ended up having to do driving school since MD requires it 😐. After this process, I can now appreciate the reasoning behind it, even though it feels unnecessary (obviously its needed everywhere considering all the accidents and poor drivers), truly say I'm glad this was forced and found Americas Driving school. Israel is truly what makes the process better and he is very accommodating when it comes to scheduling for practice. I am a seasoned driver but was extremely nervous about the 2 point turn. Israel taught me that so well and gave me tips that helped me be confident with that and parallel parking because I used to suck or avoid it as much as I could. Oh and I passed the first time! Thanks Israel!

Hello I do not recommend this driving school The learning classes was cool but the behind the wheel was a mess. The teacher is impatient, and yell a lot. I was so frustrated.
I absolutely Loved my experience with Drivers Edu. The instructor was patient,funny, insightful and extremely knowledgeable!! She made me feel as if I was studying with my own favorite Auntie!!! I also opted to do my on the road test at this location. The cars were clean and smelled fresh..my instructor was patient and relaxed. She also showed confidence in me which in turn helped me relax nerves 😊 . I would recommend this driving scool to any rookie or experienced driver of any age who is seeking a Drivers License!!! I'm happy to see that this place is still open. I actually went to driving school here 18 years ago in 2006. I remember the lady who taught the classroom portion made the class interesting, she was funny, and best of all, she gave a lot of examples that related to what we would see on the road and what to be careful of. I completed the classroom portion at Drivers Edu right before taking my written test and passed on the first try because they really prepared me for everything on the test. I also passed the driving test on the first try. I hope they are still keeping up the same high level of standards.
I really appreciate how the instructor took her time to Take me out on the street took me in different areas when it was time for me to come back. I drove around the parking lot several times. She had me pulled between the 4 cones and she was impressed. I really do appreciate my instructor she's a good instructor and she's a good instructor when it comes to driving, I will send anybody to that driving school anytime. The instructor had a lot of patience and was very pleasant and kind.

I completely recommend this school to anyone that wants to drive and maybe has been hesitant or has had a bad experience trying to learn before. Mr. Jean the instructor is a very patient and fair teacher, i felt at ease with him and was very knowledgeable. He pushes you to do your best and keeps you accountable. great great experience with Jean who strives to educate you to a safe and risk free driving. I had a car accident 15 years ago and the idea of going back into a car was impossible. It took me some time to gain some confidence behind the wheel but I did it, really thanks to Jean. jean is extremely calm, which is absolutely great when you are anxious and afraid of the road. He adapts to your schedule (I had two back to back pregnancies and he was patient enough with me) and in my case, he was always picking me up to give me some time to drive in my neighborhood. He is extremely respectful and I ad great pleasure driving with him. Last, before the exam, he was fully dedicated to me to make sure I succeed the test. I was anxious with the parallel parking, so we parallel parked until the last minute of the exam. I cannot be more thankful to him and grateful to have found APN. I recommend APN to every one who feels uncomfortable driving and wants refreshing classes, to new students, and every parent who want their children to be a safe driver.

I just got my license without any hiccups after that cool instructor coached me with the best driving practices ever. My training sessions were on Sunday's - not available in most driving schools; they give you pick-ups and drop-offs when coaching too.
I had a good experience in pass+driving I have struggled backup parking but the instructor show me an easiest way also the front parking in class the instructors make sure every body understands and everybody in class have opportunities to ask overall this is the best driving school I recommend it to any one who like to take there driving class

Great driving school! I had a lot of anxiety regarding driving and the Instructors I had, Olywotosin and Teresa we very patient and provided excellent tips to pass my driving examination. The instruction was very detailed and provided great context. This school is not just great for younger drivers, but it is also great for older drivers as well. If you want to ensure you pass the road test, I would recommend coming to this school.
If I could give a zero star I would. The secretary was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. She had an attitude when delivering very important information to you. The instructor was very unprofessional as well. Y'all DO NOT GO HERE. It may be cheap but it is not worth it.
