Estela was my instructor. She is very kind and informative, I really appreciate her feedback. Came in and completed my driving test within a 30 minute time frame which was great and efficient. Will be bringing my sons back to this location so that they can get the proper training. Will recommend to anyone who's in need of getting a license, thank you!
Jared was incredibly informative and worked wonderfully with our teenager. From the very first lesson, I could see a noticeable improvement in our teen’s driving skills. By the time the driving test came around, he was confident, safe, and ready to take on the road. Jared is a fantastic teacher—his feedback was always helpful, constructive, and encouraging. We’re so grateful for his guidance and highly recommend him to anyone learning to drive!

Tuve muy mala experiencia con la señora Carmen, desde el primer momento fue muy grosera. Obviamente iba con muchos nervios y su actitud me hizo ponerme aún más nerviosa. Antes de empezar la prueba me dijo que pusiera mi teléfono en silencio, pero durante la prueba el teléfono de ella estuvo sonando Se que cometí muchos errores, pero en cuanto terminamos fuimos a la oficina y me dijo que debería de tomar clases de manejo y me empezó a regañar. También hizo un comentario fuera de lugar y me dijo: El hecho de que tengas un carro no significa que sepas manejar, su actitud fue horrible. Si tienes la oportunidad de tomar la prueba con alguien más, hazlo Pero no la tomes con ella.

Today I came for my test I was a little bit nervous but I knew I would do well! My instructor was Javier M today and he really gave me the confidence I needed to know I had it in the bag! I would 100% recommend Nova to any and everyone who needs help with driving skills. Thank you Nova.
I had an amazing experience with Nova driving school! I was given driving lessons with Jamie, who transformed my skills instantly! My instructor on the day of the road test was Javier M. and he ensured that I knew every step of it and what to focus on. He was reassuring and kind and overall made me feel ready. I recommend both as great instructors from Nova! Proud to say they both helped me get my driver’s license today!!

I usually don’t write reviews often at all but for CDL America I have to make an exception. CDL America is a top notch school and every single staff member here were incredible and they all helped me so much throughout my CDL journey. To anyone reading this thinking on getting their CDL, come to CDL America you won’t be dissapointed!
One of the best CDL schools you can go. First they provide you with the materials that you only needs and focus on it. Second the instructors and stuff are amazing, answering questions and providing help with anything you need to know. So if want to get your CDL in Illinois, I recommend to go for a visit and ask them questions.

Had a very good experience at this school. They make sure to teach you everything the right way. Never once have I felt rushed, they take their time to perfect every student. Best school in the area for sure!
If you’re looking for great training experiences , I highly recommend CDL America.They are very flexible with your schedule . Good hands on training course .I could only attend on Saturday ,so I spent my Saturday morning with them for most of the year . A good group of people . I’m glad I chose CDL America over the other option.HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ONE!

No volveré ahi, son personas arrogantes y poco cordiales, tratan a las personas que van a hacer examen con prepotencia como si fuéramos a pedirles algo por lo que estamos pagando. Mi experiencia fue muy mala desde la entrada, estaba buscando la oficina y se acercó una persona a decirme que si no tenía una cita no me atendería y luego que tendría que mover mi carro para que se parqueara un carro de la escuela y lo dijo de muy mal modo, después de eso estuve esperando para hacer cita y al ver la actitud de los que trabajan ahí mejor decidí irme Pésimo servicio

This is the best Drive Safe to work with!! They are so helpful and bent over backwards to get my son ready to drive. We ran into some snags with the DMV and they were so proactive getting everything fixed and communicating with me. They were so kind and wonderful through the whole process. Jason and. Traci are the absolute best people to work with!! I cannot recommend them enough!
We had the best experience. Jeff made my daughter feel very comfortable and confident behind the wheel. Ari at the front desk called and was able to have Claire come and rake her drive test earlier than her appointment time. They have the best customer service!!
Really great driving school! I had 5 different lessons here, and each one had different instructors. All of them helped me become a better and safer driver, and super nice on top of that. I would totally recommend this place for any student drivers!
I had a very good experience here! I did 1 hour of practice, and then my drivers test. My instructor Jerry (i hope thats correct im so sorry Jerry) was extremely helpful!! He made sure I knew what I was doing before the test itself and was very kind and patient with me. I would reccomend taking lessons or taking your test at this location :)
I thought it was a really cool class. Most instructors that I've had in the past would only focus on my driving techniques. But this instructor did driving techniques, but focused more on my mind (like what was mentally going on with me, and how to correct it. Which i appreciated.

I went there for my behind the wheel classes, my instructor was Mohammad. He was calm and explained everything perfectly and let me know what I needed to work on to pass the test. I highly recommend going to this school for driving classes.

Had nothing but good experience with Top Driver. Reliable service, good instructors and the customer service on phone is just amazing. They scheduled my son for classes and accommodated everything before our 9 month deadline ran out. Appreciate them a lot for that.
I haven't personally used them but I just saw one of the instructors driving and texting. Makes me reconsider using them when my son is old enough
I had a very positive experience initially, but came across a very frustrating experience recently. My son‘s driving lesson was scheduled and he was hardly three minutes late. The policy says he should be there within 10 minutes of the schedule time. The instructor was not in the office and we were waiting in the car. He walked around 10 minutes later and told us we are late!!! He asked the neighboring business about the time we came And that person did say you are on time. He went on to mock my son that his clock did not work Correctly. He gave the toll-free number to reschedule the class and there are no classes for next one month. The customer support doesn’t Work during the time the lesson is scheduled and it is impossible to reach customer support. Top driver should not have such unethical instructors who lie and mock at students. Update 13.Mar.2025: There was no fee taken out. I am yet to get any call from your regional office though I was told someone will call me within 5 days. My son got a reschedule last weekend . But no one called me yet to answer on the impolite behavior and about the poor customer support service.
Love it here! The instructors are AMAZING!!! Epically Ed Jones! I did most of my drives with Ed and you develop a special bond with your instructor!

Abraham is a great instructor- very patient and soft spoken . My overall experience was great and smooth with him. I totally recommend Abraham.

Thanks a lot for the quick drive test! Your instructor is wonderful!
Slow, inefficient, rude.... plenty of rude employees to go around. People wait for over 30 minutes before acknowledgement. Then wait 20 more. While you have at least 5 employees eating, texting, acting busy. Having an appointment dose help you out by like 20. But you still have to sit and wait and be stared at. When approached it feels as if you bothered them. And talked to aggressively and forced to move quickly, because they are lazy and late.
