I had a great experience at Drive509 Spokane CDL School. All staff and instructors were very professional, friendly. Most importantly, all instructors were extremely patient no matter how long and how many times it took for me to get better at my driving-practice and other learning maneuver practices no pressure was there at all. Their mean focus and goal was my success at the time of my final tasting. I thank them all very much for all the effort they had put in me and all the other students. The result of all that effort I sussesfuly passed my final state exam.
Drive 509 is an awesome experience. Jason and Angie have created an amazing company with professional employees that care. Joe was very helpful with theory and skills. Cheryl, and Chad were precise and helpful in the yard. Dewy, Rich, Bill, Larry are some of the finest drive teachers out there. I highly recommend this school if you are going to get your cdl in Washington or elsewhere. I just completed my state exam today and passed thanks to this school and the great teachers I mentioned above.
Completed the 4 week class for a Class A CDL. Passed my test today, can't recommend enough! Variety of driving instructors and variety of trucks is awesome. You learn a lot from each instructor and their own personal experience. Yard instructors are awesome, and the office staff made every step of the way as easy as possible.
Great CDL school. Office staff are nice and helpful. Instructors are very experienced. They will not only teach you how to pass the CDL exam, but will teach you to actually be a professional driver. Recommend this school to everyone who actually wants to learn to be a professional driver and not just get a CDL
Drive 509 is an awesome CDL school. They gave me all the tools and resources to be able to confidently pass my Washington state skills exam and make me an employable CDL driver. The instructors were encouraging and helpful throughout all my training. In four short weeks I went from zero knowledge to backing trucks into tight spaces and driving down the freeway. I honestly cant say enough. Drive 509 is the best CDL school in the PNW, and I encourage anybody looking to get their CDL to go take a tour with the awesome office staff and sign up for class! Extra special thanks to all my Instructors Joe, Cheryl, Chad, Bill, Rich T, Rich M, Larry, Duey & Mac, its truly amazing how much knowledge you gave me in just 4 short weeks!

I recently graduated from the Spokane CDL School and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The training took place on trucks with a manual transmission. The instructors are professionals, knowledgeable and patient. The curriculum was comprehensive and covered everything from safety protocols to maneuvering techniques. I am grateful to the school for professionally preparing me to work as a professional truck driver. I recommend it to everyone.
Had a wonderful learning experience here. My 1st call to the customer rep started out very professional. I was joyfully surprised when my next connection was to Howard, the Manager himself. Shared my story with him & he immediately fitted me in for an apptmt. I started the following week. I m not a morning person & being at sch by 6:30am after a night job smh. But Howard had the cure for that. I enjoyed the early morn “guess who the singer” informal activity. Kudos to our Instructors in no particular order: Patrick- quiet & effective teaching me how to back. His technique in backing worked for me. Kim- stern because he wants you to get it right, teaching me how to make my turns & keep off my curves. Alex- has a nurturing personality, I was not nervous applying the how not to roll back method. The different Instructors & different personalities worked for me. Take the knowledge & apply it. Needless to say I passed. Shout out to my Examiner also. I made myself, my sch & my Examiner proud. I wholeheartedly recommend Spokane CDL School.
My time with Spokane CDL was short due to circumstances as I previously had a CDL. I had a four day refresher course to familiarize myself with the pre-trip inspection and shifting manual transmission truck. In that short time, Howard and his staff were very respectful, kind and they accommodated my needs completely and then some. Howard especially is a great instructor and should be recognized for this. I would highly recommend Spokane CDL to anyone interested in the transportation industry.

I had a great experience with Interface Driving School! Booking an appointment was super easy and hassle-free. Jake was my instructor during the skills exam. He's professional, calm, and very supportive throughout the whole process. He really helped ease my nerves and made the test go smoothly. Highly recommend this school to anyone preparing for their license. All props to Jake and the team!

I’m a total beginner and started learning from zero with Jack. He’s super nice and friendly, honestly one of the best teachers I’ve ever met! Even though English isn’t my first language, he explained things so clearly that I had no problem understanding. I picked things up really fast and passed the test after just a few lessons. Highly recommend Jack if you’re looking for a great instructor.
Jake was not only very chill and calm and fun and nice in demeanor, but also insightful and helpful when understanding the scores and the reasonings behind them and explained in ways the possible real world implications and consequences (such as not looking behind your shoulder in the era of prevalent Lime scooters). While drive testing is serious and can be nerve-racking, Jake made the experience as smooth and calm as possible.

Fantastic driving school. From the front desk to the instructors, you can tell they care and are invested in helping people succeed and become safe drivers. Enrolling in a class on the website is easy and being able to access the schedule from the student portal is helpful. As a busy working Mom, I really appreciate that they stick to scheduled appointment times. At 911 Driving School you don't have to worry about having an appointment only to have to wait because the people before you couldn't manage to arrive on time (I wish doctors' offices could run as efficiently). I highly recommend this school! Thank you for teaching my son in a way that was safe and enjoyable. God bless.
Did a bundle with a forty minute drive and the driving test at the end with instructor and examiner Mike, and he was super helpful! Both gave me lots of tips and corrected my issues I was having, and prepped me well for the actual test! I passed with an overall score of 90!

My daughter had Mr. Mauel as her instructor. He was fantastic and my daughter was very confident after completing the course. I also signed her up for the skid monster and she loved it! I highly recommend Mr. Mauel if you're looking for a great instructor!
Mr Mauels teaching was the Best experience I’ve had. Keeps it up beat. Makes it very hands on with little trucks and makes it to where it is not boring at all. He treats his students like adults. And he Uses flash cards to help study for the knowledge tests which are very helpful. I don’t think I would have passed without them or without how detailed his teaching is.
My driver’s ed class here was a decision I initially regretted. I was reluctant to pay the price tag but seeing how I went from scared crapless of driving to feeling confident and actually enjoying driving. The learning and curriculum is fast paced, efficient, and mostly entertaining. Mr Maul is a colorful character who knows how to not only educate but also hold people’s attention as to make the learning process easier. I would recommend this class highly!
You will never regret going to B and B. It is a very hands on course. Mr. Maul is a very fun person who is a instructor there. He may be strickt on us but he treats us like adults and helps us out. He was in the US Navy that is why along with we are accountable for our own actions. Enjoy.
Mr. Mauel is such a fun and outgoing teacher! He kept me awake during the classes and made sure that he answered all of our questions so we weren’t confused. If I didn’t have him I don’t think I would’ve passed all my test on the first try:)

Mr. Williams refused to allow my daughter to take the written test because he could not locate our payment. We had indeed made payment, as my daughter told him and I explained over the phone. Nevertheless, he insisted my daughter leave. It was dark outside and my daughter did not have a ride. She had to walk in the dark to a coffee house to wait for us to pick her up. This guy is lucky I didn’t come down myself to express my displeasure since my daughter was worried it would impact her ability to get her license. The company subsequently located our payment due to a clerical error on their part but no apology was offered. Mr. Williams is just a bully, plain and simple.
My driving instructor had the best relaxed attitude. His easy-going manner took all the stress away from what I thought would be a tense driving test.
My drive instructors were Mr. Maynard and Mr. Mauel. They were both very good at their jobs and were able to teach professionally while still being friendly and supportive. I am very satisfied with B&B Drivers Ed.
Creepiest, laziest, most inappropriate guy we've ever experienced at a business. If you go here, you've been warned. I can't believe he still has a job there. We will be filing an official complaint with the bbb.
My brother organized everything and scheduled a driving test appointment at this location many weeks in advance. Upon arrival for the exam, he is charged the far overpriced $55 fee for the test. In the parking lot, the examiner stopped the test because the back top taillight canopy of the family truck was out (the light on the back of the truck's cabin was still fully functional). This light went out a couple weeks before after being worked on by a collision mechanic service who released the car stating that it was still street legal without the top taillight functioning. The test was stopped without leaving the driveway and my brother was still charged the full amount. These professionals and multiple well experienced drivers had no idea that a malfunctioning top taillight would cause a car to not be street legal anymore. According to the Washington State Legislature the top tail light must be functional, and B and B driving school blamed my brother accusing a lack of legal knowledge. Further, not once while driving this car all around the Spokane and Spokane valley area, has it been pulled over, so it would appear that law enforcement around this area also do not fully know this law. It makes sense not being able to drive a claimed "street illegal" car, however there was no need to blame a young driver and to have such disrespectful customer service who talked to us not with us and refused to work through the misunderstanding. There are better driving schools and driving test areas in Spokane, ones that will respect you and the money you spend there.
