I had an opportunity to train with them. They are very patient with their student drivers. Flexible lesson times and very welcoming people. Their environment is clean and refreshments served just incase you need something to ease the tension at first. This driving school was overall a great experience. I was able to follow along with their teaching style and i really felt connected to the instructors. They really wanted the best and worked with students. My only concern was that oftentimes content was skipped, or crammed. Chapters were skipped or given as homework which was a bit difficult but doable. Edit to add: system glitches and random rescheduling regardless of whether it was planned is common place. This problem has been plaguing my attempt to complete my necessary 6 hours of in person driving.
Tara was SO awesome while teaching. She taught the things in a way that most teachers could never dream of. I walked away from this school with apt lessons and useful knowledge of what to do in certain situation. 5/5 would 100% recommend
My instructor was amazing and did everything he could to make the driving skills test less daunting, while still staying professional. He was friendly, gave clear instructions, clarified when asked, and was very encouraging. I would definitely recommend this place for your test.

CDX is amazing! Tara and team were so supportive and easy to work with. I had a LOT of anxiety at the beginning, but by the end of my lessons I was confident and ready to pass the driving test. This is the place to be for anxious drivers, and as someone with ADHD/ASD who struggled with learning to drive when I was younger, I felt supported and understood here. Tara pushed me the right amount to get me out of my comfort zone, and now I’m finally a licensed driver.

Personally I enjoyed this class. The teacher is patient, the classes are easy, and everything is well thought out! :) The pay is also reasonable and driving is safe and easy as well!

i just took my drivers exam here and passed! terry is such an amazing instructor. i was nervous before getting in the vehicle and terry immediately calmed my nerves. the directions he gave were clear and he gave amazing tips while on the road during the exam. when it came to discussing what points i missed, terry explained them perfectly and told me how to prevent the mistakes happening again. 11 out of 10 experience!

The best motorcycle riding school around! All the employees are super professional, polite, and knowledgeable about everything. My instructor for the motorcycle safety course, Jim, was the absolute best teacher and helped so much with a beginner like myself. If you're considering getting your permit/endorsement: I definitely recommend coming here 👍
Knowledge test and drive test wise, this school is definitely the best! Their knowledge test was very comprehensive and easy even though most of the questions didn't came up on what I studied online. As per the drive test, I had to retake the test twice here- first was with Gary, while my 2nd attempt was with the other guy. Overall, they were both lax, professional, and patient so if ya'll are looking for a driving school that will make you feel at ease so you can pass the test, this is definitely it! 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
Had my driving test the other day with Gary. What an absolute gentelman he is. Many people get nervous, even experienced drivers and he made sure that everything was smooth. He wasn't strict beyond necessity. I passed on my first attempt. the school itself is very available and the rest of the staf are very polite and nice. My daughter just completed her classes and tests at 911 Tacoma. I have to give a special shout out to the front desk staff-they are so professional, knowledgeable and kind on the phone and in person. Overall good experiences with this company, I feel my child is well prepared for driving life. Thank you 911!
My examiner was Shannon. Very patient and sweet lady. Failed my first one but passed the second. She was very clear on the instructions and reviews what you missed or is lacking. definitely would recommend
911 driving school was absolutley positive i was late for the drive test and unfortunatley simce i dependon others to drive me i was late and had to repay and co e back i was informed of the importance of being on time and the repercussions there in so my instructor was patient understanding spoke clealrly calmly and professionally . I studied listened to directions did my best and passed . i have been to a driving school where i hada bad exp. This place was all stars im so thankful . Listen to direction do what is asked and you will love this place too . I apologize fr forgetting my instrutors name she was perfect in her duty in my opinion i would take my family tere i teust this school andam satisfied evan if i failed wich i almost did i still would give a positive review they did everything right. Did the online driving course! Great experience and had absolutely no issues with doing it online. Very grateful to have been able to do this course online. Very nice instructor! Through my drives I met some staff that were also very helpful and nice! 😊
My older son went to a different driving school and had a horrible experience. 911 has been amazing for my younger son. Highly skilled instructors that relate well to the students. They are appropriately firm while empowering them with skills rather than fear that causes anxiety. Highly recommend them

Tonya which is she said she is the owner is not that accomodating as she is! especially if she will not gain something from u! We called their office to make an appt for driving lesson and ask to pay right away by fon! But something came up so we have to cancel our appt and since she is very busyand no time and day to give us, we cancelled our slot, but when we are asking for our money back, her dad AJ which Tonya said it her receptionist, that we can come on Friday and she will give us the check, but after waiting for two hours Tanya said we have to wait for 6weeks for our refund LOL! FUNNY COSTUMER SERVICE IS SO POOR!!! BUT THANKS TO MR. AJ he is so nice, kind and accomodating unlike Tanya

I put both my kids in this and they both did well
0/10. Although the majority of the personnel is courteous, the red-haired front desk employee is extremely disrespectful. She keeps saying rude things like, "did you not study." Also the failure of a test by a student in my class was also declared in front of the entire class, which I found unprofessional and disrespectful as that was quite embarrassing for the student. I would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND going to this drivers Ed.

Всем русскоязычным привет! Отучилась в этой школе в январе-марте 2020, сейчас свободно вожу машину, сдала с первого раза. Лично у меня был страх езды, особенно на шоссе 5, но после уроков вождения, страх пропал. Хотя у меня не очень хороший английский, теория и вождение дались мне без проблем. Класс состоял из 8 человек, в основном подростки. Хорошее расположение школы - недалеко от центра города, всегда можно доехать на общественном транспорте.

We had an appointment for my son. To get his license on Feb 24 at 9 am. We showed up; nobody was there. We called, no answer. I know things can happen but it’s now March 1 and the lady that scheduled us hasn’t even bothered to reach out and apologize. Unprofessional!
This place is a scam and a sham. I paid in full a year ago for my stepdaughter to attend classes. This price was to include the fees for the written, as well as the drive. For various reasons, she was unable to to take the drive test to complete her license requirements. Flash forward to a few months back and in order to renew her permit for driving practice, the DOL required her to pass the knowledge test. We were informed by superior driving school that they would forward her knowledge test results that she passed and get her permit. This actually worked and we renewed her permit. Flash forward to now. Superior Driving School no longer does drive tests, so we lose that value automatically. Now we've gone to a company down the road to do the drive test and were informed that the DOL has no record of her written exam. We were told that is what it took to get her new driving permit! So Superior lied. They never sent it. They sent some kind of waiver, but never told us. So the other driving school told her she had to do the written exam again before the drive test -- at cost. So we asked Superior if we could at least take the written test for free and they refused. So now we had to pay the other company for two things that superior originally offered in their package. So in summation, Superior Driving School doesn't honor its deals. They incorrectly inform you that they sent info to the DOL and when you realise they were bullshitting you, they won't even offer anything in return. You know. The stuff you already paid for. So I paid $700.00 for a couple days of lousy classes and lousy drives, and never even got the items done that we are all paying for. The tests for the damn license.
