I passed on my first attempt on behind the wheel test. My instructor is Mr. Singh, he’s a great mentor, with a lots of patience and a funny humour. He’ll be teaching you so many things, make it easy to understand. I only do 5 meetings with him, 1.5hrs each meeting, but you’ll learn a lot. I recommend this driving school for new drivers like me.

I started the school about 3 months ago and the school has been excellent because they work with my work schedule, I came in without knowing anything about truck driving. I went with the reviews and they didn't lie. The teachers and staff are excellent the place is huge and will give you plenty of time to drive and do all the things that are needed to pass your driving test. This was a long time dream for me to become a truck driver and I am very happy that I pick the best school. If you're looking to get truck driving training this is a place to go. Highly recommend Ron and Paul the manager for all the knowledge and giving me the push to make this happen and make my dreams come true. Thank you and God bless
I appreciate the space and time that A1 trucking school provided me with. Ron, Paul and Robert are all experienced instructors. This school provides the tools necessary to succeed. Make sure to bring your A- game and put in work. If you are willing to invest in yourself and get CDL liscence, then A1 is the school for you.
A1 trucking school helped me out a lot. Ron is very knowledgeable and helpful. My air breaks are dialed in after testing with Ron and Robert. My driving is more skilled after training with Robert on the road and in skills. Thanks to A-1 driving school. Paul helped me with all the paperwork and DMV scheduling making the process easy. I recommend A1 truck driving school for class B and class A truck driving in the Bay Area. They are located in Hayward California. If you put in the effort you with pass the test at dmv, from all the help the instructors provided during training.
A1 was very helpful and flexible even when I was having issues with my license and the DMV. They gave me proper time in the truck and were receptive to questions. Leading up to my test they gave me extra time to ensure I was ready. Would definitely recommend.
Teachers at this school are top notch. Everyone here is very patient and they do the most to help you learn and to pass. Quick and easy, you choose your DMV date as soon as you sign up and you go from there. Thank you to all my instructors and to Paul himself.

My daughter had a fantastic experience with Bay Area Driving School. To prep for her written exam, she took the self paced online course and then completed the behind the wheel training with Mrs. Erika. Mrs. Erika was very kind, personable, and knowledgeable. After every training, she would give helpful feedback so she would know what she needed to practice before her next training. Bay Area Driving School is a wonderful company and they did an excellent job teaching our son how to drive. One of the good truck school in California the location is the perfect for everyone who lives in Bay area and the team is so good. They give u everything what they have if u ask and keep learning. Never hesitate to ask any unknown thing like a question or a part of truck. Usually you will be ready for exam within 2 weeks but it depends on u. I passed the exam after 9days which means everything is depends on u how u learn. If u make a mistake while driving or inspection ask what and how to correct your mistakes.

I did not recommend this place at all. I didn't learn anything and I wasted my time and money and I failed my parking test at the allied dock due to lack of practice. They taught it to me 2 days before the test that was very bad, students teaching other students and poorly maintained trucks and I found another school where I was taught properly and I passed my test. think twice: save your time and money, there are places that don't just care about your money. Excellent school. I have successfully passed and now hold a Class A license. Shout out to the instructors Eric and Ruben if it wasn’t for them it wouldn’t be possible! If you looking for a place to get your class a/b , I highly recommend this school.

I had a great experience with A-Plaza Driving School! My instructor, Omar, was incredibly helpful and really prepared me well for my behind-the-wheel test. He was patient, clear in his instructions, and made sure I felt confident before the exam. Highly recommend this school for anyone looking to get their driving license!
Omar is a great instructor, I was very nervous before my test but in one hour he helped me cover the exact routes I may take on the test, and gave me many pointers on road rules. He was very calm and helped me with the entire process, up until I passed my test! I would wholeheartedly recommend A Plaza to anyone looking for driving lessons.

I have been going to school for 6 months. In the first weeks I came, I was trying to spare 5 days and 2 hours. After a few weeks, I realized that Atkar (Bobby) discriminated among the students. Then I stopped going because of the morale depressed. I started preparing myself. Whenever I try to ask Bobby a question, he avoids me saying that other busy students will be taking the exam without even paying attention for a minute. It's almost impossible to use the truck the entire time I've been there. If you are lucky, you wait in line to use 5 people at the beginning of a truck. you are lucky if you use maybe 10 or 15 minutes. There is definitely discrimination among students. I took the exam twice and failed. If I don't get past the last one, I'll have to start all over again. Do not be fooled by the reviews on Google. All fake comments. I witnessed it with my own eyes last week. He expelled a student who wanted to get his money back by swearing in front of 12 students. This is what he's always done. He is trying to intimidate by swearing and insulting!
Amazing Truck Driving School. The instructor was very patient and is determined to help his students in getting their CDL. He is always there and available 24/7 for your needs or any questions you may have. It will take you less time in getting your CDL if you come to this school rather than going to another one. Highly recommend and wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Atkar school is Scam! Dmv did not pass me because the gauge of the truck I went to the exam did not work. I failed the exam twice! I have the last right and there is no time to practice with the truck. I wait for hours, but Bobby puts people of his own race on the front row and is racist. I can't stand this discrimination anymore. I've been here for 3 months and it doesn't help at all. Definitely make no mistake and go to another school! Work area dust and mud! I'm literally trying to survive in the swamp!
Do not apply to this school. There are people who have been a student for 7 months and cannot get their driver's license. You give the money. But it leaves you on your own and teaches absolutely nothing. You learn to drive in a very dangerous environment where cars don't hold the old brakes of about 30-40 years. If you're lucky, find another school.

Fremont trucking school is a proper good one, it is. The instructors, they really know their stuff and are ever so helpful, you see. They give you a fair bit of driving practice, and you'll be well-sorted for your CDL, no bother at all. If you're looking to get into trucking around Fremont, this school's a solid bet, it is. Jolly good show!

The worst people i ever seen don’t waste your money and time on them they took $1000 from me on my first day i didn’t get approved for dmv for CDL so I asked them to take money out of my deposit for one day bit they refused to pay me my $1000 back now they don’t even answer my calls behave rude with me please don’t ever trust them ever there are many other schools better than this one i got scammed but you don’t have to do that mistake

I signed up for a class and they called me to tell me it was cancelled only 24 hours later because they only had 2 signups. When I told them I obviously want a refund, they charged me a $100 cancellation fee when they are the ones who cancelled. Avoid at all costs.
Decent experience for brand new riders. The staff is incompetent at your expense. I had to take it 3 times because of processing. Paid full price all 3 times. I still don't have the paper for the dmv in my possession. Leave it to them, It's meant for me to ride illegally. 🤷🏾♂️
If you don't have your motorcycle or friends who can teach you, it is a great place to start. Instructors are doing a great job, so $425 for two days riding on their bike with their coaching plus a helmet and the paper at the end is a good price. Some advises though: 1) the location is hard to find - don't believe google and apple maps - just go around the mall and look for a big empty part of the parking lot. 2) they provide a helmet, but they can ask to have something between it and your head - something like balaclava.
I have been riding motorcycles for 17 years and I got my license in another countries but going to this course was the best decision for me ! Indeed, spending 2 days with these 2 great instructors was a good refresher and guided me to avoid using my bad habits ! Online course is easy to navigate and understand. By joining this course, you’re ensure to start riding safely, you only need to follow the rules and advices provided by the instructors ! I told my wife to have this course as well !
