SPCDL was a great way for me to get my Class B with Tank Endorsement. On line pre-work was very convenient. Instructors were amazing. Two solid days of driving experience was outstanding. Instructors were with you all along the way and one on one. They make sure you are abundantly prepared for DMV pre-inspections, cone courses and driving test. I passed on first attempt. Today 10/03/2022 I finally got my class A license! If you’re looking to get your class and come across this review take the leap of faith and invest in yourself. In my 4 months of training, Alan, Andy, and Kevin went above and beyond to make sure I had the proper tools, mentorship, and resources to successfully pass my test. Aside from that you will get the best hands on training around with that feeling of home once you get to the yard. This school is family owned, don’t waste your time at big corporation schools that won’t give you the same treatment. Thanks Andy, Allen, and Kevin and not to leave out Rebecca and Genesis for their kind attitude, hard work, and transparency in the office you guys are very appreciated best of luck!
This is a Great School especially for the price,I had Awesome experience and made new friends, they had a lot of patience with me. it's great to see that little extra effort in people especially the instructors, Kevin those steps you gave me were key! "trust in the steps" I 100% recommend this school if you're looking to get your CDL license fast, but that depends on your effort, you won't regret it!
Extremely good school! It is a smaller school so you will get a lot of hands on time and also unlimited number of hours as long as the sun is up. Andy and Kevin are extremely knowledgeable and patient when helping you learn a new maneuver or a new pre trip inspection section. Awesome school can not recommend this school enough, they will teach you everything you need to pass you don’t need to know practically anything just get your permit or they can help you get your permit. You are also able to go at your own pace and do not have to worry about being at the same level as everyone else, you can take your time and move up as long as you feel ready especially for the driving portion because it can be a little scary, but you learn to be pretty comfortable behind the wheel. They only use manual transmission trucks so that you will not have any restrictions on your license, you do not need to know how to drive a manual truck you will learn all the skills you need there as long as your are persistent and put in the hours you can go from knowing nothing to passing your cdl test in about 4 to 6 weeks. I can not even drive a manual car and now I'm certified to drive a manual semi truck. This place is awesome you will not regret it I promise. Thanks again to the awesome instructors Andy and Kevin who helped me through every step of the way when I doubted myself.
Best Trucking School In California. Instructors help you learn what you need and more. The staff helps you with everything you need paperwork wise. They’re honest and don’t try to take advantage like some schools, and they get you ready to pass at your own pace. Overall great place and would recommend to anyone over any other school.
Commercial driver license of California is a great school to go to. They welcome you with open arms. They provided you with all the information required to pass the test and are always open to answer any questions you may have. My experience at this school was spectacular.

I took my behind-the-wheel training here with the instructor named Anthony, and he prepared me for my driving test far more than I ever expected. He was very patient, punctual, and professional. As a plus, Anthony also speaks Spanish. Training times can be flexible and you can finish everything really quickly if you yourself are not too busy. Overall, this place is wonderful. Would definitely recommend.
This morning at intersection of college Ave and University pkwy the instructor driving alone ran the red light slamming on his breaks and stopping in the middle of the intersection only a few feet from T-boning another car. The light had been red for at least 5-10 seconds before he approached the intersection. Don’t trust your kids life with this guy. If this is how careless he drives imagine what he’s teaching his students
I strongly DONT recommended the behind the wheel driving with the instructor , the man has very little patience he will yell and raise his voice if you don't do as he says , he hates repeating himself , honestly puts you under a lot of pressure. Really bad it sucked ! I had to leave after two classes because he makes you feel like your to stupid to understand . Don't know if there is more than one instructor but when asked to change instructors , there was no one available .don't go here just for the reason of the behind the wheel driving , really bad experience.
AB Driving school gave me a really good service. The driving instructor was really patient regarding to any questions I had. The instructor was also able to clarify any confusion I had regarding to driving. Also we were able to go over lane changing, parking, reverse, three-point turns, freeway, u-turns, and many more. AB Driving school was really a great help for me I was able to take my permit test and pass without any complications. As long as you pay attention in class and take notes you will have a great amount of knowledge regarding to driving. I really do recommend signing up for AB Driving school not only is it helpful but it will most definitely not be a waste of money.

It’s been a year ago that I got my license here and I am very thankful I went to this school. the driving instructor is very patient and understanding, worth the price. highly recommended 10/10
Courage helped me go from knowing nothing about a semi truck, to giving me the COURAGE and knowledge I needed to know to properly operate one. This was my first experience operating a semi truck. After passing the written test, I went straight to this school and within 2 weeks, I was able to pass the automatic drivers test. Then, I returned to learn how to use a stick shift and within 1 month I passed my manual drivers test. The instructors Willie, Pablo and Margarito made learning to drive a semi truck easy and efficient. I want to thank them for being patient and easy going with me. I am satisfied with my experience here at Courage and I highly recommend this school to anyone who wants to get their Class A drivers license. Thank you again and God bless.
Got my CDL Class A license training with Courage! Willy and Pablo are awesome instructors and an amazing team. Professional training to learn everything the right way at your own pace. One on one training with these guys make it a lot easier to learn. Pablo will show and teach you everything from maneuvers to how to go about passing your pre trip and air brake inspections, and getting in the truck with Willy is a great way to gain experience and learn first hand on the road. My experience at Courage CDL was nothing but the best. These guys are the business. Willie, Pablo and Margerito all care about you passing and learning the right way. Take it from somebody who started knowing nothing nothing about trucks to passing my first try. From day 1 I was put into the truck and 2 hour sessions each. It’s 1 on 1 training so other schools cannot compare. They also give you unlimited hours and unlimited tries, these guys WILL make sure you pass. It’s literally you and the truck, and the instructors are there to help so use them. Here you get what you put in, you move at your own pace. I went from 0 to 100 all in 2 months. And the best part is they work around your schedule 7am-5pm Mon- Sat. I highly recommend this school to anyone looking to get their CDL.
I spent months looking for the right CDL school, making phone calls requesting quotes and information, and Willie was the most straight forward and informative person I’d talked to. He invited me to come down to the yard where I talked to Pablo and the next day I was signed up. Every day you get a 2 hour session alone with the truck, Pablo was an excellent instructor in all of the backing maneuvers, and pre trip inspections, extremely patient and also encouraging. Margarito was my road instructor and had me driving the manual truck after my first couple of sessions out with him. When I was ready they made an appointment for me at the DMV and I passed my first try! I would absolutely recommend this school to anyone looking to get their class A license. You really can’t beat the unlimited training, the one on one time with the trucks, and the level of enthusiasm and care the instructors bring in every day.

Lunas Trucking School is great. JR is a great instructor and very patient. I struggled a lot with shifting gears and learning double clutching. Jr taught me methods of how to shift properly and never grind or lose gears. Brandon is great at manuvers he is a little unpatient at times but he taught me very helpful tricks to learn them. I'd recommend this place to anyone wanted a CDL class A license.

Huge thank you to Universal trucking! Had such a great experience! Veronica and Patricia were very helpful and very knowledgeable. I first spoke with Veronica, she went above and beyond to answer every question/concern I had about hours, pricing, how classes work and what to expect, and just about everything else I asked. She explained everything in detail to assure I was satisfied. No matter how small or big the question was Veronica was very thorough. Could really tell she loves what she does and the reason I signed up. I called other schools when I first started my search and they were rude, rushing me off the phone and getting annoyed when I asked questions and just wanted to text/email me the info. Pricing is very competitive and the fact that you get 36 hours of 1on1 training with an instructor is unbeatable! All the info, tools and videos they provide made the DMV test easy to pass! My instructor Erik was great as well. He really knows how to makes things simple and easy to remember. Was there every step of the way. Made it all a stress free and easy learning experience. The man really knows his stuff. Made me enjoy coming to class. Couldn’t have done it without him! Veronica, Patricia, and Erik Thank you again really appreciate all of you!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND UNIVERSAL TRUCKING SCHOOL!! FIRST TIME PASS STUDENT. Patricia & Veronica have been extremely nice & very professional answering any questions I had. Help me from step 1 to step done. I began on Dec 4th, 2023. In the span of 3.5 weeks I was able to learn so much from this amazing team. Thanks to Patricia, Erick, and Veronica. Patricia and Veronica were able to help me set up my schedule and were truly helpful. Special thanks to my instructor Erick, for being very patient and understanding and allowing me to pass my DMV exam on the first try.

160 was a great experience! The training was in depth and flexible, they have a good rotation between each training exercise and also give you road time everyday. All of the instructors are very knowledgeable, just give them your attention and you will get that CDL! Shout out to Jojo thanks for all the tips!
I went to 160 Driving academy in San Bernardino and had a great experience. The first person I spoke to was Paul he got me registered and got me on track to start the schooling and booked my Dmv appointment when it was time to book it. Ed in the classroom was Awesome! he was really knowledgeable and made the classroom a fun and entertaining experience. When I was at the yard the instructors, Daniel, Ruben, Jojo, Jonnae, Chris, Matt and Luis were all great they give you the knowledge and tools on how to pass your drive test. Arlene in the office called me two weeks before my test and set me up with days I can go to the yard to insure I was ready for my test. Then when you graduate the app they have for the school is super helpful and helps you find a job (if needed) thank you to the complete staff at 160 San Bernardino
To anyone new joining, thinking you’ll have a license in about a month your wrong. From my experience it all depends on you and how fast you learn, I took my time and at the end I was able to pass and get my CDL. I can understand someone coming into this school with zero experience might be a little harder for them to achieve that. I was very lucky I had truck driver friends and family that help me outside of school otherwise I probably would be writing a bad review but I pass and that was my goal also I didn’t pay out my pocket I had a sponsor lol so I can’t complain it did take me three try’s to get it but it was worth the struggle. The instructor are real cool people though they do their job I’m overall happy with that, the downside is there’s a lot of students and just like everyone you gotta wait your turn and the day drags because you wait till you go again and that’s your time being wasted.
