Fantastic driving school for teenagers. Amer and his team are great to work with. My teenage son loved the experience and passed his test on the first try. I highly recommend them. The best in the area hands down.

I couldn't be more happy with deciding to have a class before my driving test. I have been driving around the world for more than 15 years, but doing the BTW test at CA is something different, you need to perform things that usually a drivers don't do, and re learn that is quite hard. Kevin, the instructor, was patient and practiced with me giving me precise feedback and confidence. Test day I was relaxed because the 2 hour class we had and did it great, just 2 errors. Paid back trusting professionals that know. Thanks Kevin!

My son first took the online class with the S Safety First Driving School. He was able to set up the course without my assistance except for my credit card:) I am not sure if everyone is aware that the written test has become more difficult since the end Covid per one of the DMV employees. To my surprise, my son passed the first time. He also took the behind the wheel lessons at Safety First Driving School. He had to take only three lessons. The first time, the instructor drove him in of their school equipped car. The last two lessons were with my son’s car. Wait for it, he also passed the behind the wheel test the first time. We are very pleased with the effectiveness of their lessons. Thank you 🙏

I can't say enough about Safety First Driving School! Dee, who books your appointments, is sooooo wonderful, thorough and such a joy to speak with. I just signed my 2nd child up. My first son had Carla as his driving instructor and she was amazing!!! She went above and beyond to make sure my son was ready for his driving test. And yes... he passed..... :) I would 100% recommend Safety First Driving School!!!

My wife, who is always nervous about driving a car and taking any exams passed her test today :-) . All the instructors we interacted with were friendly, spent time to understand their student's capabilities and customize their lessons to student's ability. I would highly recommend this school.

I was fully satisfied this this experience. Mike works really well with kids. We is very flexible and responsive. I have used 3 different driving schools over the years and this is by far the best.

At first I was very nervous ,but Mike patiently helped me and encouraged me ,and got my license for my first try. Thank you Mike.

I paid and signed up for the 6 hour course for my daughter on May 1st. As of August 2nd, Mike has failed to give my daughter the lessons she needed to get her licensee. She has had 4 one hour lessons, each almost a month a part, and Mike left after showing up for another lesson this weekend because of his Cat! He advertises his 6 hr course as the following * The Elite Driver training System * Curb Parking & lane positioning * The 10 Blind Spots * 180-200 Right & Left turns * Lane Change moderate traffic * Straight line Backing * Parking lot, Parking * Correct following distance * Correct stopping distance * 10-20 second scanning * Timing traffic lights * U turns w/ green arowws * Freeway merg light - moderate traffic * Freeway exiting * Smart lane positioning * When to signal * How to look back correctly * Safety equipment check * Mock drive test. My daughter just drove around the neighborhood with him, no freeway training, and none of the information above was covered. My daughter still has trouble staying in lanes and is not prepared for her test. Mike neglected to schedule her drivers test in advance even after sending him her permit no less than 5 times. First one sent on May 8th, then every time my daughter texted him, she had to resend it. Her permit expires in 2 days so she will not be getting her license soon. We hired Mike because we needed a professional 3rd party to teach our daughter how to drive. Both my wife and I tried with her but we made her too nervous. Mike took our money and did not fulfill his agreement. After contacting him, he said he had been trying to schedule but he could not. Sorry but he had from May 8th to today to schedule a date and he never did. He has offered to refund the last two sessions, however I will be seeking a full refund. Do not let this guy teach you to drive!

Mike’s calm demeanor made me feel confident in my driving skills and ready for my test. I passed on my first attempt with only two points lost. I have a license from my home country of Canada, so I do have lots of driving experience, but even so, Mike gave me some good tips to improve my driving. He is extremely knowledgeable on the rules and regulations specific to the California test, and we practiced all the skills that would assessed on my test day in detail. Thank you Mike!

I had a great time learning how to drive from Mike. He taught me everything I needed to know for the license exam, and I was able to pass without making any mistakes. This is my second child to attend the Safeway Driving School. It is the best in the area. The office is responsive and knowledgable about what the process is for getting your child's license. Donna, in the office is amazing! Love her as she is kind hearted, patient and always willing to help. My kids have enjoyed every lesson on the road and feel safe behind the cars provided. Would recommend to anyone looking for a driving school

My daughter started with coastline and our best decision was to switch to Safeway. The owner and his team really care, they find solutions to accommodate your needs and concerns, they are available and Ahmad, her driving instructor, is a true professional. She got her license with flying colors and she is a responsible driver. Thank you !

Read their cancellation policy for late fee charge. If your kid gets sick and cancel they still charge for $50 - you don't get sick w 48 hrs notice. Also, TO office don't offer weekend lesson even the website state that 7 days a week lesson. I bought for my 2 teens and now I have to drive to all the way to Simi Valley for their lesson because I can't get them lesson on Saturday - with my full time working and their busy high school schedule, how is that possible? I should've look somewhere else.
