It was simple to set up my profile, easy to follow, and I feel like I was able to retain the information presented to me. The name of the this driving school really suits it! I took my son for his driving test and it was such an easy and quick process. The customer service was excellent, they were very pleasant and knowledgeable. The driving instructor made my son feel at ease during his test. Highly recommend them! It was very worth the price to not have to sit in a DMV office all day.

I made the appointment for driver test the day before with them , and when I shows up they said that they don’t have access to the system because the government for 3 weeks .. instead to send me a notification , they just waste my time and my money (uber ) .. so unprofessional , I don’t recommend that company

Ab auto driving was just what I needed, for my driving lesson. I was blessed to be assigned with Federico Teran. He was the best instructor. His patience, mannerisms, punctuality and his willingness and commitment and most of all professionalism. He went above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and confident hit the road. Of If I have to do this over again it would be no other instructor but Federico.

I came here to take my driving exam and had an amazing experience! The customer service was excellent, and there was barely any wait time, much better than other places. Jeff, who proctored my test, was fantastic. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I also appreciated that they let you do a practice run and get comfortable with their cars beforehand. I highly recommend taking your exam here with Jeff (but all the staff were great)! I couldn’t have found a better place!

I called to ask simple questions but had an absolutely rude woman. Arrogance mistaken for confidence.
This Course was very easy to register for! I got into the accident 2 hours ago and I was already able to get everything all sorted out thanks to this.
When I called, I was impressed with the speed of a human answer on the line. I asked all questions about this ticket point remedial venture, and I was given clear instructions. I called again and got another individual just as clear. This course might be a dollar more than others in the end, but its on the list of approved academies, and in the end it's cheaper than others because the report is printed out immediately, while others charge a lot more for emailing it, and it doesnt arrive as fast.
It was quick and easy to sign up. The exam was easy to understand

I don't know where they found the lady that answers the phone but she needs a lesson or two on customer service. I called for information and she sounded very annoyed from the get go and all of a sudden she just hung up the phone. They need to monitor calls.

Fui por el curso de alcohol y droga. 2-Me ofrecieron un curso para el examen teórico , el examen y la clase de alcohol y droga. Del código nuevo. Very easy to sign up. Fees are open and not hidden like another site I tried.
My instructor Larry Waters was very informative and gave us a lot of knowledge and clarification of the laws and the rights and wrongs of our action. At the same time he kept the class fun and alert. He did a great job in all areas of the course. Though I hope no one has to be in that situation but if they do I highly recommend his class.

Tania driving school really did it for me, I couldn’t do a three point turn to save my life and I was terrible at parking. After attending Tania’s driving school the instructors really helped me perfect my driving and I am forever thankful for their stress free professional approach to helping me out with my horrible driving.

La profesora es una mujer agresiva, con poca educación. Recibí un fuerte insulto por parte de ella. Me trató de bruto y me echó del lugar. No recomiendo esta escuela a nadie. A esa mujer le falta don de gentes.
La manager es lo peor que me he topado es lo menos profesional que puedes encontrar… a parte de tratar a su personal y a su propia mamá como que si fueran lo peor de esta vida, el trato hacía el cliente igualmente fue lo peor… hay lugares donde uno puede pagar mucho menos por obtener el mismo servicio y con atención muy profesional… pero este lugar nunca lo recomendaría… no se le puede llenar la bolsa a alguien tan poco profesional y con 0 conocimiento de customer Service
En mi opinión no recomiendo este lugar. Les comento mi experiencia, tuve que hacer una espera de casi una hora, porque la dueña no se encontraba, resaltando que el día anterior yo me comuniqué con ella para dejarle saber que iba a ir para realizar el examen teórico de manejo….para no alargar tanto el tema, la propia dueña Lianetta Perello, aparece a la hora por vía telefónica, su forma de expresarse fue tan poco profesional, grosero, que realmente no les pudiera plasmar todo lo que esa señora me dijo por teléfono ( Desde ¡Qué no entiende esa chiquita!, hasta yo abro y cierro mi negocio cuando me de la gana) palabras textuales de ella. Literal ella no sabe tratar con un público, nadie se merece ser tratado como ella me trató a mí y es una lástima la verdad. Debemos tener un poco más de educación y conciencia y si no estás apta para trabajar con un público, mejor cambia de oficio.

So I went to the school and unfortunately the staff/ employee never told me and gave me the different options of the courses. All I was informed by George and other staff that there was only fast pace course and regular course. That’s it! When I asked about my hours all I was told it was up to me. I was there from May 26- June 21st. Everyday open till close. All they put that I did was 22 hours which is false information. I was also not informed that with the regular course I wouldn’t get a certificate which every job requires it. When I asked about it all this they said that’s an additional pay for the hours and certificate which is a scam. Because you’re learning the same thing just paying regular course which hours should be counted. There’s no difference. They just want more money. Make sure you ask and tell them you want hours and certificate and they will charge you $6,000. When you ask what’s the different which regular course and course to get the hours counted and certificate there is no difference. Just paying extra for no reason. I found out after the fact I never got a certificate when i asked for one and my hours to be fixed. The fact I wasn’t informed of other options just shows they just want to take money. Ive been trying to get hold of martha and I’m still waiting for a call back and this situation. And sandra was highly rude when im already an upset student/ customer. Granted i passed but hours were wrong no certificate as well. And george did not give me the additional information as I’m repeating this issue. Again up to you with hours and only option was fast and regular nothing else. Ridiculous. Granted don’t want to give certificate at least correct my hours cause i did more then 22 hours. Monday - Friday every day and in the rain soaked. Thats robbing my time and money. And im the type of person that asked frequent questions. And make sure things are done correctly. I paid the promo and now they want more in Order for me to have my hours corrected. I’m not problematic but I’m already extremely furious about this. I never leave a review. I let things be. The owner or upper management should take this into consideration. Don’t get scammed. Cause this isn’t right my time and money was taking advantage and waste of time. I got screwed. Again ridiculous 22 hours.
Sergio and Jasiel are great road test instructors. They are patient and explain clearly how to properly maneuver a bus on the road. Alex is also patient and great at teaching parking and Cooper too. Michael is the best pre-trip inspection instructor. He explains each item on the checklist so that you understand what it is and what it does and organizes it in a manner that reduces the chances of forgetting something. This team really care and go above and beyond both in English and Spanish. Thank you!!😘

Exelent School, great staff, price is exelent and schedule is really easy. I went to Opa locka before, made a full payment and it was a big Scam; Adam is a dishonest person. My credit card refounded 100% of what I paid to the school in Opa Locka. Then I came to this school, Juan helped me a lot and did a great job explaining everything and every time I come to classes he always ask me how am I feeling? All instructors that I have met so far were great too and will take their time to explain and answer any question you have in a big group or 1 on 1, exelent place, well recomend. Thanks Juan and the rest of the staff.

Отдельное спасибо преподавателю Pre-trip inspection - Дине. Она хоть и рассказывает больше чем нужно, но ты уходишь со школы не с зазубренным стихом, а с четким пониманием что ты говоришь. Очень советую идти именно к ней.

I just finished the course I got to say it was a nice experience. Both instructors were awesome! And friendly. They were able to teach students that have never riden before and people with experience. They both are committed to getting you on the road by helping you with hands on skills and knowledge test. Bad experience, they charge 180 dollars just for a 4 hour traffic course and practice exam. People do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where they won’t exploit you for your money. And they recommend you to people they know for the driving test charging an extra 180 dollars. This place is scamming people. Enter at your own risk. I tried to find out the price of the tuition by phone. the girl has persistently explained to me that it is necessary to assign an appointment as they have an individual approach. then we came to the office we only needed to know the price of the tuition and that's all. Front desk manager showed a price list, but we hurry up and didn't find a time to talk with representative.
All of the instructors were really patient and helpful and always pointed out on what I need to change so I can improve my skills and all of the employees were clear of what I’m am doing and give me all of my instructions clearly

I recently moved to Miami from India. Kattya my driving instructor taught me car driving with a lot of patience. She has a great sense of humour and very good communication skills. I have a baby and she was very flexible with last min cancellations and adhoc driving sessions. She was thorough with feedback and filled with positivity. I used to look forward to my driving sessions with her. Thanks to Kattya, I now have confidence on my driving skills. Her brother Carlos made sure he gave me sessions to prep me for the computer based exam. All in all, a very good experience indeed.

Tenía cita para examen práctico de manejo, y si no llamo, no avisan que no van a hacer la cita por tema de papeles y permisos de ellos. Pésimo servicio al cliente. Me hicieron perder el tiempo.

Today, my daughter (Jennifer Hernandez)took her driving test, she had a great experience with Nieves, Jennifer was anxious and nervous about the driving test and Nieves made her feel at ease and confident. I first met Nieves two months ago when I went to take the written test for my permit. Before the test, she gave a clear and helpful class that made everything feel so easy and I finished the questions in just 18 minutes, I felt prepared and confident! And today, I came back to do my actual driving exam with her too :) She gave clear, direct instructions and had a good positive energy, and made the whole process smooth and stress free. The car was great too, I was familiar with the area and she just made me feel at ease the whole time. After passing, she even helped guide me on where to go get my license the quickest and I was able to get it right away, same day. She’s incredibly professional, straightforward, and truly cares about helping people. I’m so grateful someone else recommended her to me, and I’d 100% recommend her to anyone getting ready for their license as well :)

Si pudiera dejar la estrella vacía definitivamente lo hiciera pague 150 dólares por un examen práctico en el cual vino una persona poco profesional,grosero y sin responsabilidad ninguna fue la peor porquería a la que fui, mientras hacía el examen sólo estuvieron en el teléfono y encima me reprobaron con base a mentiras no vallan a este lugar su personal no le interesan sus clientes
Una excelente escuela de manejo, para aprender sobre las leyes del tránsito de la florida. Hacen el curso de alcohol y droga, examen teorico y también examen práctico. Excelente trato y precio.

I enjoyed the experience of getting my drivers license. A big factor was how prepared the school got me to face the actual driver test. Natasha was quite easy to communicate through the entire process. And William, got me well prepared to drive. Overall, in my experience was a good place to learn how to just drive.

if you’re getting your driver’s license for the first time I highly recommend coming here. they went up and beyond and did everything it took for me to get my license. I passed my exam and driving test the same day. I would definitely recommend them to people who are getting their driver license for the first time.
