Tampa Truck Driving School is the place to go when you’re in the point to get your CDL. From Miss Nikki (Phase 1) to Yard Manager Nick the experience was amazing. Muy pocas probabilidades de pasar el examen en esta escuela. Los profesores no son malos pero no concuerda el entrenamiento con las exigencias de los examinadores qué son demasiado estrictos sobre todo el mas anciano. Ese señor desaprueba por cosas mínimas como por pegarte una pulgada mas para uno de los lados en la prueba de parqueo o por medio psi de pérdida de aire en la prueba de liqueo. Todo esto para que pagues $400 dolares extras por repetir el examen. Si no quieres ver como tu dinero se va no vayas a esta escuela. Personas que desaprueban 4 o 5 veces por detallitos aun sabiendo todo lo que los profesores les enseñaron. Estas pagando una escuela para aprender en base a pasar la prueba del estado y si no apruebas aun haciendo las cosas bien es señal de ineficiencia

My experience with CFI was great! Was able to pass the test on the first try.Ms. Cheryl and Brad were accommodating. Worked with me with and my hectic schedule. If you are lucky enough to have Gerry as an instructor, then you are almost guaranteed to pass the first time. Thanks for the experience.

Will start off by saying all of the instructors are amazing , randy, papo,gerry,matt,kyree ! This school knows how to set you up for success for sure ! The best advice I can give to anyone considering this school is , each (instructor) will teach u something different ! I say that in regards to how they feel like teaching, I took something from everyone one of these instructors and applied it to my learning ability which made it even easier for me ! (Gerry and Matt) where my main instructors and are both great ! 10 stars to all of these guys ! The tricky maneuver is the last one # 4 and to me the easiest way to learn it is the way kyree teached it to me ! (Like u said I took something from everyone and made it easier for myself , my test was passed on my 1st shot ) if your serious about it the school might give u options to cover someone canceling, when that happened with me I jumped on every opportunity given ! Gage works the fron office amazing man ! Much love and respect goes out to all of the cfi family ! And I will definitely recommend everyone who is interested about a cdl to go to cfi !

My experience learning to drive has been pleasant. Felix is a great teacher. He's kind, patient, and is great if you have anxiety about learning to drive. 10/10 would recommend this driving school!
Highly recommend these guys! My driving instructor was so helpful. I came to WestRoad as an already experienced driver but they really helped prepare me properly for my road test and I passed first try! Jeanette was also the kindest woman and even reached out to me on her off day just to help schedule my test in a timely manner. 10/10!
10/10 highly recommend them. I had the pleasure of learning from instructors Mr. Coriano and Mr. Ruiz. They are all nice professional and patient and willing to help and give tips on how to be a better driver. Mr. Corian especially helped me to be not as nervous with his encouragement and suggestions when out in the road. Definitely will recommend anyone who wants to learn how to drive to work with them.
Felix was amazing! He always super nice when providing instructions and had patience. I totally recommend him and the west road safety school for any adult or child learning how to drive, and getting their license. My experience with Roadmaster was wonderful. Rafael and JD both made sure to go very in depth with information on how to drive a truck. Rafael is a great trainer and also worked with those personally including myself to help make sure we got everything that he explained. This is the best CDL school in my opinion because they don't just want you to graduate, they also want you to be safe! I also want to say Richard was great with keeping up with me in the beginning process.
Attending Roadmaster was one of the best decisions I’ve made. When I started, I didn’t know much about driving a truck, but the instructors were very patient, knowledgeable, and supportive from day one. They pushed me to do my best, even when I was nervous, and they made sure I was prepared not only to pass the CDL test—but also to be confident on the road. The hands-on training was excellent. We spent a lot of time in the trucks practicing pre-trip inspections, straight-line backing, alley docking, and road driving. Wao!!!! Is a small area but very convenient. I just got my CDL with them and the team of instructors is amazing. Very good customer service. You have to get up early to get a good place in the list to practice but it's worth it. The instructors give you confidence and make you feel very safe in what you are doing and learning. I actually didn't mind this class and test that much. It was enjoyable, certainly better than sitting in a regular classroom all day. The lighthearted tone and imagery makes things easy to remember. There's probably a rule or reason for it, but my only gripe is that I could read and learn the material a lot faster than the timer allowed, so I would just have to go do something else while they clock counted down so that I could progress to the next section.
Easy to read. No distracting typos or grammatical errors. I liked being able to pick up and stop at my pace without having to start lessons from the beginning. The price was lower than other schools. While some of the comedy was corny, and from 1990 or possibly before, it was still a good break in the monotony. Moreover, a lot of the content was a good reminder to those of us who have been driving 25+ years that we shouldn't get complacent, and reminded me of traffic situations/laws that I wasn't 100% sure about, or had forgotten entirely. At the end of the course they give you 2 free Improv tickets, but there are a lot of stipulations for who you can see and when, so I probably won't use them... but at least it was a nice gesture.
The course was an easy read with test questions at the end of each module and the final test at the end. The price was well worth it and the results are sent directly to the insurance company which is a big plus!! Will definitely use this site again when the need arises. Thank you Improv!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. They made it easy to get through material and the little comedy clips and jokes made it a happier prospect to sit through 3+ hours of material. Exam was very clear with questions. They also send your completed certificate for you. 10/10.

Hands down the best instructors and examiners I've had. I have to give a BIG THANKS to James (the lead instructor), as well as the other instructors at the school for teaching me everything I need to know to be safe and successful on the road. The main focus is learning the information to obtain your CDL, but they also made it a happy and fun environment, with all the stories and jokes they had. Also can't forget about the examiner Dan O. I was SO nervous to go and take my test, but he really helped me calm down and made me feel really comfortable. If you want to get your CDL, this school is by far the best school to get it from.
training class on the yard was over crowded ended up having to switch after 8 weeks of trying. spent 8 hours a day to get maybe an 45 mins behind the wheel. edit ended up having to go somewhere else as they count the time your onsite not the time you spend training careful if the class looks full skip it and save your hours.

El resultado del alcohol y droga no te lo dan el mismo día yo realicé el teórico un sábado y me mandaron a recoger alcohol y droga el lunes luego del medio día fui a las 2:40 pm y ya habían cerrado desde las 2:30 pm ,volví al día siguiente a las 9 am y me dijeron que no me lo podían dar porque era solo luego del medio día no entiendo algo que es solamente darte un papel y no quisieron dármelo solo tiene q ser luego del medio día ojo para que no le pasen lo mismo que a mi y no pierdan una mañana de trabajo por gusto aparte que no tienen una buena educación ni trato 👎👎👎

Possibly SCAM! We booked and confirmed a six hour class with instructor, and paid online (400$). The driver never showed up, the hotline never picked up, their office in Tampa does not exist! We opened an online complaint, emails were answered days later, not taking us serious and pointing to the billing department, then back to the customer support department. Result: we are still waiting for our money. Do not book with these guys, it seems to be a scam!
I wish I could leave negative stars.They told me I was going to get a refund because I decided to change my driving school.They told me that I am able to do that without no problems.As soon as I call them to do it, they say, i'm uneligible and make up reasons saying why they can't give me my money back and keep me on hold for thirty minutes.Horrible driving school, they just rob you.Don't go here.I'm gonna leave another comment.Check back for part two.So I can leave you a guy who actually cares.And can teach you how to drive without robbing.You
Imaan was a great instructor, quickly gauged my driving level. He gave me confidence driving in the right hand side of the road and ran me through the test. Would recommend him to anyone.

Absolutely GREAT! We hired this company to help with our 16 year old. The website is not the best but just call them and everything becomes very clear. Easy to set up appointments. Always on time. Excellent instruction from Craig !! Highly recommend them as a very professional and quality company. I don't believe that they have a "brick and mortar" location. But it doesn't matter because they come to you! Once you call they will explain how it works... Set up your appointments and then take payment. As long as you don't miss an appointment you would not have an issue. We were comfortable sending our 16 year old out with the instructor. And he taught her very very well !

I had a great learning experience with this school. The office was very professional and made the scheduling and application process seamless. All of my questions were answered and phone calls/emails returned.The hours were very convenient and flexible. Jorge was a wonderful instructor. He was always prompt, patient and helpful. He took me to the DMV and I passed the road exam first try. Jorge made sure I was completely prepared.I highly recommend this school.

Recently got my driving license after taking classes from TB Traffic school, and it was awesome. Instructors were calm and friendly, breaking down road rules in a way that made sense. The cars were well maintained and generally had a good learning vibe. The lesson schedule was flexible, and Gary, my instructor, went out of his way to accommodate my job schedule. I'd totally recommend it!

I understand that this "isnt the site" to complain about the TSA precheck and IDme people but youre letting them rent out a space in your office at this location so with that being said this is where my complaint will go! Sorry in advance to the traffic school people. But those TSA/IDme people do need to be investigated IMMEDIATELY!! I went there to get my Twic Card and couldn't get it because APPARENTLY THE STATE OF FLORIDA didn't receive the notification about an absent parent not being on the birth certificate!!! I had a twic card before and my absent fathers name was never an issue til now. I just went to vital statistics office TODAY and they assured me the same birth certificate i ALREADY HAD WHEN I WENT To MY APPOINTMENT APRIL 6 was the CORRECT FORMAT!! Now idk if the OWNER is doing this to get more money from us but i definitely feel discriminated against. All of sudden... this new rule applies. Scam all of over it SCRATCH A LIE AND FIND A THIEF! I suggest if you dont want these reviews on here for shady practices you tell them to go elsewhere or have their own site. If zero was the LOWEST RATE I COULD GIVE IT WOULDNT BE LOW ENOUGH... Something off about these ppl. Again sorry to the traffic school.

The instructor that they have there is extremely rude and nasty towards people. He does not need to be there to instruct anyone because of how rude he is. It makes the teaching experience very uncomfortable. The people in office though are extremely nice and were very helpful, they just need a better instructor because the one that they have now IS NOT IT!

All of my family members go to this school, lowest rates, very patient, and guarantees a license in 5 lessons, and even if you fail he goes with you for your insurance. He’s very experienced and has been working for 40 years. Won’t disappoint

AKA DUI Counterattack Operations: this operation is by the rules; their own rules. Be sure to read everything that he provided to you and miss nothing. Call center help hours are early. They do not answer the phones after 2pm. Evaluations: please be sure to go into these sessions knowing that evaluator is there to provide the system with your answers. The system will then provide a result: required treatment or recommended treatment. Know that if you answer the questions wholeheartedly you WILL be required to attend additional treatment; that comes with a cost. DUI class: excellent instructor; Mr Ivey. He makes the class interesting and worth hear the information. Overall: if you’re here know that you will take with you new knowledge. What you do with it is up to you.
