Im not going to lie the yard is cold. I did not initially like being here, and I felt like it was a lot of money spent for the time you get with the instructors. But at the end of the day, I was one and done. I passed my CDL test on the first try without any points, and no pull ups on skills. If you are determined, and dedicated to getting your CDL, Charles, Gene, Jay, Frank, Zach, Ms Bony, Gary, and Rob will do everything in their power to make sure you pass the test so you can better yourself and start a career. I am grateful for my time at 160 driving academy. They know what they are talking about. You will have plenty of time to learn. Thanks guys I really appreciate it. I learned a lot out there in the freezing cold.

They will not give prices over the phone. They make up prices per household and the most that household can afford. Every other place I call has a price. If this isn't the case why cant you tell me the price over the phone? Why? Scammy feel

My experience at 160 driving academy was great every one, from the front office scott/April./ The class instructor Josh was amazing. At the yard. Charles/ Gene/zack/ Jason/ Frank/ Boni/ Gary/ we're all amazing , thank you for the time & effort you guys put in training us. REMEMBER YOU CAN DO IT NEVER GIVE UP!!! Sorry I forgot about Dan,a instructor at the yard if there was any one else I forgot I truly apologize you all were amazing THANK YOU ALL💯💯💯

Best driving school! The instructors are cool ,friendly & will teach/help everything you need to know to get your CDL!! I recommend joining 160 Driving Academy.

I passed my CDL A Automatic test first try. I will say Paying 5k out of pocket is not worth it. When I went to 160 they only had 2 garbage international trucks with 15+ students. They had us freezing our butts off outside in the winter in negative temperatures. They also don’t give everyone enough drive time. It really depends on the student to be able to absorb information quickly and to be able to immediately comprehend how a truck/trailer maneuvers. They put a lot of stress on people in a very short time frame. Not everyone is able to learn like that. Some of the guys were decent teachers but Some were slightly racist and sexist to some of the woman in class. BE WARNED. The entire trucking industry is sketchy. These companies try to prey on people that have no life. People they can force to stay OTR and underpay. I don’t see these schools as any different. Each student is just another 5k. If you can get it covered by a grant then do that but if I could go back I definitely wouldn’t have wasted my time and money.

I have dealt with a few driving schools in the area and they are by far the best. Easy communication and actually seem to like what they are doing
