Daniel proved to be an exceptional driving instructor for our teenage son. Despite having only 16 hours of driving experience before starting with Behind the Wheel, our son felt comfortable throughout the process thanks to Daniel's patient teaching style. What really stood out was Daniel's thorough communication after each 2-hour session. He took the time to provide detailed debriefs to me about what they had practiced, areas of improvement, and next steps. This helped us stay informed about our son's progress and helped us reinforce the lessons at home. His professional approach and dedication to building confident young drivers make Daniel an outstanding instructor.
Our daughter had a great experience with BTW for her in car lessons. They made it easy to sign up, schedule lessons and complete the training. Don was especially helpful in building her confidence and giving her some great advice.
My 16 year old son just finished his 8 hour behind the week course with BTW. We had a fantastic experience. I can say that he truly was taught how to drive during this experience. He started with very little experience in a car (just parking lots) and had the confidence to drive on a highway by the end. His driver was patient and calm and taught in a way that gave him the information and that he needed to be a good and confident driver. I feel like they did the "hard" part of this for us and now we are just giving him experience but without the stress of teaching him to drive. I have 2 younger kids and we will definitely go back.
Both of my sons took driving school through BTW. They both had a great experience! I felt they both were prepared for their test. My youngest son, Eli, did his in-car lessons with Jon and really enjoyed it. Jon was pleasant, knowledgeable, and built a lot of confidence in Eli. He also was the first one to take Eli on the highway. I appreciated his daily reports of how Eli did after each driving session. I have referred people to BTW often! Thanks! Keep up the great work! 🙌
My son Sean had Daniel as his instructor. Daniel was great getting Sean more comfortable with driving; Sean looked forward to his lessons with Daniel & we both feel Sean got a lot out of these sessions! 5 stars & will definitely use Behind the Wheel Drivers Ed for my other 2 teenagers!

Bick's was a great experience start to finish. We liked that they still offer in person classes since many have gone to the online option. We had an easy time scheduling our son's in car drive time perfectly in between a family vacation and his drivers test. We plan to continue to use Bick's for our other kids as they come of age.
I had a very nervous driver with about 15 hours of driving. She finished her in person classes and her in cars here at Bicks and came out so much more knowledgeable and comfortable behind the wheel. This process makes it way easier for she and I to get her 50hours in. Thank you!!
Instructors were knowledgeable and helped my new driver feel more comfortable behind the wheel. I liked that they offered in-person classes for the book part of driver's education. They made scheduling for in-car driving easy. Other driving schools had a 3 to 4 month wait for in-car. My son has everything finished within two months of getting his temps. Now, we can continue to practice everything he learned until his birthday. I highly recommend Bick's East!
My son had a fabulous experience with Bick’s behind the wheel. Scheduling was very easy, and Randy answered all my questions before we even got started. His driving instructor, Sydnee, made him feel very comfortable, and gave him both positive and constructive feedback in a respectful and helpful way. He looked forward to his behind the wheel drives! Nice class. They covered everything thing I needed for the test.
I passed my first time when I went to go take the test, unlike my friend who was at AAA driving school and kept failing because they didn't teach her maneuverability. So I'm very glad I chose bicks.

Tina is amazing. Went out of her way to schedule instruction hours as well as finding an instructor who could accommodate my son's schedule and needs. One phone call and less than an hour later he was scheduled for the following week(anybody going through this process knows driving hours are difficult to secure). Very helpful, very kind, very professional.
I was super impressed with Bick's driving school. I went for their adult classes. They were able to quickly schedule slots based on what times worked for me. They do pickup from your house if its within their pickup area. They were always on time and driving with them was a very good experience. I also used their service to go for the driving test. They picked me up an hour and a half earlier and we did practice runs. Warren was my instructor and he went well out of his way to give me tips and practice. The school also lets you book your classes all online so you don't have to go to the school. The instructors always wore masks and the car well kept and clean. All in all, bicks driving school was super helpful!
Highly recommend this school to anyone who wants to learn driving. I'm really thankful to my instructor William for patiently coaching me and making me ready for the test. I was really nervous but Will guided me perfectly. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. I booked Bick's car for my test and everything went smoothly. Very happy with my experience!

Not a happy customer! This company is not transparent about their services and what all that there actually doing with our kids in their classroom nor on the road. I was overcharged for the quality that we received! My daughter's level of drivers ed was not enough of the right type of driving in order to successfully pass her drivers test. My daughter can drive well going forward; I chose to enroll her in the in classroom classes so that she could really benefit from real life questions and situations on the road. I knew that I personally did not have the level of patients nor nerve that it takes in order to help with teaching my daughter without being a crazed parent. Also KMR does not have very accommodating hours of operation nor to parents work schedule. My daughter only had two days of maneuverability (backing up potion) and failed tremendously during the actual test not once, twice but three times. ! I had had too buy cones and take on doing a job myself that I paid $535.00 for NOT A HAPPY PARENT!!! I question what KMR actually does with our children on the road potion as well as in the classroom, not confident in my choice of drivers ed for my kid... My kid explained to me that she did not get enough of the actual driving that she needed none of this is speculation! It's just the facts!
i absolutely loved this place! i am recommending all of my friends to go here! the women was so incredibly nice and have such good tips on things to do and i feel so good about my driving test conning up! this is a family owned professional company that i love so much! definitely recommend going here!
If I could give this place no stars, I would. Zero professionalism, please avoid this place like the plague. They will take your money, give you poor service, and then refuse to give you a refund. They have probably had multiple refund requests, it is probably why it has become a non-negotiable. This company should not be in operation. Even though the school is opposite the BMV it has no reputation or customer service. I largely suspect that the positive reviews are fake. The negative reviews are accurate. I regret not taking their heed. This company is the worst I have ever experienced. All they do is scream/yell at you until you get right, that is not how you teach, and it will give anyone anxiety on the road. The instructor I had was called Al, if you do ignore this and go ahead, avoid him like the plague. Most of the time you spend won't even be on driving, you will be going to grocery stores so he can buy alcohol and gamble! He was late every single day or a no show! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! They are thieves! Buyer beware.
I didn’t have a good experience with this driving school. They make a lot of promises and tell you whatever you wanna hear until they receive your money then you see the real KMR driving school. My driving instructor was late and very lazy and showed up smelling like alcohol. They aren’t good instructors they only know one method yell at the person attempting to learn how to drive until you understand. If I could I would give them zero stars and two thumbs down. 0/10 would not recommend. I would suggest any other driving school on the planet before I recommend anybody give them another dollar !
Literally worth every penny.I recommend the program to any teenager trying to get their license within a timely manner. Driving instructor was very professional, respectful, and helpful. She Politely addressed errors that I repeatedly made throughout the in-car driving portion. With determination and practice I was able to narrow down my bad habits my parents intended me to focus on in a very short period of time!

I am an international student living all my life in the Middle East and knowing only the roads of the Arabian lands. After I came to the US in Cincinnati for masters, I wanted to learn driving again but this time the 🇺🇸 American style. This is a great institution. The staff is professional, courteous and caring. I took my lessons from Mr. NORMAN. He was a very professional gentleman. He is strict, firm, compassionate and caring. I needed that because as a newbie in town I needed to learn the disciplines of the roads in the US. He taught me for 8 hours and I passed my road exam on my first try. Try to trust his instructions and be obedient. He is very very experienced. You can learn a lot from him!
I could not be more happy. If I could give more stars I would. Do not listen to the negative comments! they are amazing here! Thank you again!
Chris, Ms.Brenda & Coach Kelly were all amazing to work with in getting my teenage daughter through driving school we couldn't of had a better experience after switching schools to Shropshire sons because the previous School (Buckle up) talked to my daughter like she was stupid Coach Kelly helped make her confident & comfortable behind the wheel which is more than appreciated I couldn't thank you guys enough I reccomend this place to anyone
We used Shropshire Sons Driving School for our daughter's in car lesson and can't be more happy with the experience. Coach Gary was good with her and prepared her for the test! 10/10 highly recommend!
My son did his in-car training with Bob Shropshire & Sons. I found them to be very professional, with excellent instruction, and superb customer service. My son happened to be in their instruction car one day when Channel 9 did a story on Bob Shropshire & Sons. Chris Shropshire called me to make sure it was okay with me that they use my son's image in the news story. I was impressed by that. Also, when it came time for Luke to take his driving test at the BMV, we were missing one piece of critical paperwork. Brenda, from the downtown office, worked with me, and made calls to the state to resolve the issue. It was above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend Bob Shropshire and Sons!

Professionally run and well managed company.
I received training at the Driver Ed Academy and passed the driver test successfully. I was trained by an instructor named David. I think he taught us how to drive properly as prescribed by law. The fact that he is little quiet and focus on driver's safety may be a disadvantage for social people, but for shame Asians, it is an advantage. Conselor Julie is very friendly. Since I'm not good at English, I wanted to transfer various information in writing, but she readily accepted my request without telling me various things about the rules. Due to personal reasons, I needed Julie's help even after paying all the bills, and even then, she responded very kindly. Driver Ed academy is a very responsible company.

I trained with TJ and took 8 classes, TJ was absolutely amazing the entire time! He was extremely professional, made you feel like family and widely helpful, when we we’re driving he made feel really comfortable. I came in the door with zero experience driving on the street, terrified and nervous that I’d be with someone who’s not gonna talk and just have a stern no nonsense face but he was the complete opposite. He cracked jokes and gets you talking to where you’re mind isn’t focused on being nervous and you’re just driving no pressure. I passed my driving test on my first try and would 100% recommend this driving school. If the other instructors are anything like TJ then this place is awesome because he was absolutely great!!
I’ve regretted few things in my life more than signing my daughter up for virtual driver’s ed through Stanley’s. After we signed her up to start the two-week course in June, we discovered that her varsity basketball team camp would be on the 5th & 6th sessions during her course. She couldn’t miss camp, and Stanley’s was gracious enough to reschedule those days. We had to wait an entire month to make up those sessions and take the test, but we were okay with that because this was our conflict, not theirs. On the first makeup session, we had tech issues. But guess what!? No one is available to help, despite there being a message saying to call this number with tech issues, until well after 10 am. The virtual class starts at 9. My husband and daughter went to the office to try and avoid missing this session, and we were told it looked to them like she was logged in and everything should prob be okay, but either way, we’d hear back from them before test day. Well we never did hear back and assumed that meant all was well, until it was time to take the test and the option to do so was not available for my daughter. I called multiple times that same day, the next day (Friday) and FINALLY got in touch with someone on Monday. Now she has to wait another three weeks to take ONE course and can’t take the test until six days after that. Well past her 16th birthday. Now we are months behind on scheduling in-car training, let alone even scheduling her drivers test. I have been never been more frustrated in my life. Considering the amount of money they take from each student, you would think they could afford to pay enough people to support the classes they have, but that clearly is not the case. Getting ahold of someone is like an Olympic event. I will never recommend Stanley’s to anyone, but if you do decide to use them, do NOT do virtual. You’ll be on an island entirely alone with no support whatsoever.

Stanley's was amazing! I just went through their 24 hour driving school and it was informative and not boring at all. I was very happy with the good service and their upbeat attitude. I would definitely pass them on to any of my friends and family.
I am so pleased with the Stanley’s driving school. I have two boys that have used Stanley’s and my first son went through the progam 10 years ago and it was awesome them and awesome now!!! TJ is the greatest and has phenomenal customer service and Ben my sons driving instructor was outstanding!!!! I wish There were 10 stars because they are that good!!!! Thank you for another great experience!

My son finished his in car with AAAA INTERNATIONAL DRIVING and the experience from start to finish was great. My son was happy with his in car instructor Daniel and I was happy with the ease of scheduling and the quality of customer care. They really made this a pleasant experience. Thank you AAAA INTERNATIONAL DRIVING!
My wife is taking adult driving lessons with this company, the instructor is great, and they will schedule any day of the week which is awesome considering I work and can't get her to the place on weekdays. The problems are that we live about 30 min from 2 of their locations and they say it is to far for them to come get her, so we can't do any week day lessons which is dragging the process out, and apparently there is only one person in the entire company that can schedule appointments, and that person doesn't work every day.
We had a great experience using this company for my son's driver's ed. The instructor (Vernon) was excellent and my son is well prepared to drive on his own. Easy to book - although all done via phone, not online. Highly recommend.
My first two lessons were with Brian, then the last two were with Arturo. They were both great and explained things in a very helpful way, and when they would correct me, they would be kind about it and make it a lesson rather than a lecture. Though I only had experience with two instructors, my experience was great, and even though learning might have been stressful at times, the instructors made it very fun.
