I would highly recommend MTC to anyone interested in acquiring their CDL. As someone who came from a large city and had little driving experience, I was worried about my ability to drive a truck. However, all the instructors were very patient and helpful which made me more comfortable/confident behind the wheel. Leon and Gary helped me tremendously and I’m extremely grateful for the experience.

I had a very positive experience at MTC Truck Driving School, where I earned my Class A CDL license. This program is truly a self-driven journey—what you put in is exactly what you’ll get out. The Director, Wayne, genuinely wants to see his students succeed and goes above and beyond to help them reach the finish line. On the yard, Gary and Leon show a lot of patience and are always willing to help, especially when they see you're putting in the effort yourself. My recommendation to anyone considering MTC: focus, trust your process, and stay the course. If you're committed, the support is there to help you succeed.
I loved my experience at MTC Truck Driver Training. I received my CDL in May 2024 and now I have a new career as an OTR driver and I love it. Wayne is an exceptional trainer and has tons of Experience in OTR he has a lot of real life dos and don'ts. I received a lot of hands on yard training and am very grateful I chose MTC. The course is accelerated and can be completed in 4-5 weeks but if it takes longer that's ok Wayne and his awesome instructors help students succeed. Everyone learns at a different pace and that's ok. A lot of the time they have suggestions and helpful info about various funding opportunities. Overall school was a great experience at MTC Driver Training Tulsa on Mingo.
I give 3 stars because of the instructors. They do the best they can, but this school didn't have enough instructors or trucks for the amount of students there. And I didn't get much time behind the wheel, which is why I switched to another school. I think the higher ups at Driver Resource Center should invest more in this school if they want better drivers. There shouldn't be 10 or 15 students assigned to one instructor and truck.

Was a great experience.much better than the DMV. You call set an appointment show up and do your thing and your out in 30mins. The instructor was very nice and easy to work with.i highly recommend this place
We, my family & I had a GREAT experience withTulsa Driving School. They were very helpful on what improvements need to be made . The staff was very friendly & assisted us with all of our questions & needs in a timely fashion.I'd recommend anyone, new or a driver whose is getting a renewal. It was worth the time & money!!
Highly recommend. The class is condensed into two days so your child can just get it over with. I would recommend taking the class a week or two before the learner's permit test. My daughter was also able to take her driving test for her license with the instructor so we didn't have to deal with the DMV for that.
Awesome experience with the driving school took my road test very simple and easy driving instructor was very kind and had great conversation. A little hangup with the dps system, but hopefully it works out for me u all can do this study stay focus in your dreams will come true

Absolutely horrendous. I scheduled a prep test and drive test May 28th and scheduled it for June 20 for $95. I called May 29th to cancel because we found somewhere we could get it done earlier. When I called, at first they said there would be a 25% cancellation fee but then they called me and said they would not be refunding me any of the $95. I just scheduled it. That is absolutely CRIMINAL. I literally just handed them $95 for nothing. It does NOT say anything about refunds on the website. This is completely ridiculous. I had it scheduled for ONE DAY and it the appointment for another month.
Me and my husband needed driving assistance as we are new here in USA. When I first came to ask assistance from Oklahoma driving school, Bill was patient enough to explain the procedures to me. Charles was my driving instructor and he was great - very calm and explained to me how the drive tests were conducted. I passed the test with one take. My husband’s experience was different at first as we were not exactly happy with how he was treated with his first drive instructor- he was told his english was not good and I was instructed to teach him instead! We were both students in the school to begin with. After that we called and asked for another instructor — he was reassigned to Robert Lane who was absolutely great. He treated my husband professionally and was calm and thorough with his instructions. My husband passed his drive test as well on first take. All in all, except for that first driving instructor assigned to my husband, it was a good experience and we have our thanks to the school for helping us get our driving licenses.
I had a great experience with Oklahoma Driving School. I took my test through them and they were kind enough to answer a bunch of questions by phone. Booking the test was simple and then the day of the test was smooth and easy. Highly recommend them.
My daughter had a great experience. We had completed an at-home course, but when it came time to take the driving test, it was going to be a long wait to get in. I called ODS and was able to get in as soon as the first day she was eligible. We also opted to get the "pre-test" 1-hour lesson. The instructor was amazing and she passed with no problems at all. I highly recommend them. If I were to do it over though - I'd call them at the beginning of the process and not have to piece it together.
Asistí a realizar mi prueba de manejo en sábado y el trato fue excelente, mi inglés no es muy fluido y me aterraba realizar el examen de manejo y no entender alguna indicación, pero en todo momento el instructor fue muy paciente y buscaba la forma de hacerme sentir tranquila y segura. En sí todo el personal es muy amable 😊 El costo del examen de manejo es de 40dls 😉

My kiddo came here for a driving lesson after taking 2 road tests at an other driving school in Tulsa. After his 2 horrible experiences elsewhere he lost confidence in driving and really didn’t want to drive anymore. Chris provided a 2 hour lesson and my son’s confidence returned. Chris was awesome! Chris also rode with him on the pretest and he was patient and provided great advice. Mr. Mitchell was the tester and my son made a 99% on his road test! I couldn’t ask for better instructors. My son had a great experience and I recommend going here first before trying anywhere else. Wonderful place!!
Such a wonderful place for brand new drivers. the instructors are fun and engaging with the students. My daughter is shy and nervous, but they made her feel very comfortable and understood. I would highly recommend this school to my friends and family.

Definitely recommend! Paul is so nice and helpful! My son enjoyed talking his class.
Took one on one with Paul and one other. They were both very professional yet easy going and fun to drive with. They answered all my questions and were very patient with me. I would very much recommend their school!!
My son attended the drivers Ed class and has also has done driving with Paul. Paul has been super helpful with all questions regarding classes and on how to obtain the drivers permit. When Paul took my son driving he did a great job teaching my son how to drive. Paul also made my son feel very relaxed and they had great conversations. I would highly recommend Ingram driving school!
I requested Paul for one on one driving lessons on very short notice. He accommodated me in his busy schedule. He is a very good instructor with a humor. He understood where I was lacking and helped me to improve in those areas. He knows how to get you a driving license.

Trucks are beat to piss and broke down more then they are running, not enough instructors, not nearly enough drive time, constantly pushing you to test when your not ready. Dont recommend 160 at all
160 tulsa was great. Chris was very good and helpful in getting the info I needed to make knowledgeable decisions, to get started, and throughout. Lillibeth was a gem, always available and helpful. The trainers in the yard were top teir, (Scott, Casey, Tony, Abbey) they gave me all the tools I needed for one and done! Thank you all.

Good class under Mr Chris, had a smooth process and got my cdl license, yard instructors were great Tony, Scott, and Casey all done a great job teaching me what I needed to know to succeed. One and Done!
Scott and Chris are the saving grace’s of this school! Corporate better take care of them because without them the school wouldn’t get 5 stars from me. Scott takes the time to break down things and correct you when you are wrong and isn’t scared to tell you when you are wrong and will break things down to show you the correct way. He genuinely cares for his students! When I got there Scott was gone for a few days and trucks were broke. When he got back he made a great effort to get trucks in the shop as quickly as possible so they could get on the road. Scott I appreciate all the hard work and dedication you put in to all your students!
