Jose did such an amazing job with our son. Our son was a little apprehensive when he first began, Jose taught him information, and most importantly why that information was necessary for his safety. This really helped our son become more confident driving!

I took lessons w/ Miriam and she is SO kind and patient! She also did a good job of challenging me to step out of my comfort zone. Highly recommend :) The only thing that was a bit frustrating, is that I sent my payment to Driving Diversity and it was hard to communicate w/ them if it went through or not. But overall, good experience!
Amazing school!! I signed my husband up because he was having a hard time reading and understanding what he was reading (he's more of a hands on learner) .. so they sent him practice exam questions to his phone before the first class and he got through them easily!! He went to his very first class on Dec 15th .. and the next day he passed his written test!!! We had to wait a bit to get his driving test scheduled but he passed that today as well! He now has his license! I'm so grateful that they reached out to me on a post I made on fb asking for places that help with this!! I will def recommend them to anyone I know 🙏🏻🙏🏻 thank you all so much for the help Jade and Jose are awesome ❤️
Jose, Jade, and Miriam were wonderful instructors. Our son's confidence soared after the first few weeks of class. The time and patience they had, combined with their knowledge, was so helpful. I HIGHLY recommend their program!

The instructors leave students outside alone when it is dark and stormy and transients circling. The communication is lacking and the drives are almost impossible to schedule. The classroom time is mostly breaks and students were instructed to lie to police if pulled over. Not worth the money. And poorly run.
Was able to schedule my test a week and a half out, got there early cause I was excited. Time efficient and was very professional with everything. One thing I did have a concern with is my instructor had me cross over a double yellow which is never permitted unless for a emergency situations. But overall I’d highly recommend this company if dmv isn’t an option
Trying to book a drive online feels less like scheduling and more like competing in the Hunger Games - may the fastest WiFi win. When I finally got my children scheduled for their fifth drive (and organized my entire weekend around it), the instructor, Lisa, didn't show up and didn't inform us that she wouldn't be there. Now my children are at risk of not completing the course in time. If you do not complete the course requirements in 150 days, they will fail you and you forfeit the money. You are also fined if you are late or don't show up to a driving appointment. It seems that the parents are held to much higher standards than the instructors. I do like that my children will theoretically come out having passed the drive test, if we can get it scheduled, but definitely worry that ODEC makes it intentionally difficult to navigate so that they can keep your money and not provide the service for which you pay. Chemeketa has a much more affordable program and I chose ODEC because their schedule was more aligned with mine. I regret my decision.
ODEC has gone downhill since COVID. Don't use them for your teen's driving training. Our other older kids had no problems with their course, but now (6 years later) it's a train wreck. The price has gone up quite a bit but the communication is terrible, the drive lessons are super hard to get, and your drive instructor will just randomly not show up without any notification.
Terrible service, they cancel your appointment at the last minute and don't let you know. I'll never come back.

Teacher is calm and helpful, available anytime, best prices, you don't need a car yourself. The driving/book work is the best option, the book work is definitely helpful and I recommend having you permit before starting lessons to get the full drive time you can.
Michael has been my grand daughters instructor for awhile now. She passed her test to get her learners permit. She gains more confidence after every driving lesson. He is very understanding to needed schedule changes. Great experience
I highly recommend Mike's services. He taught me how to drive the right way, and now I drive better than all of my friends. He also knows how to teach manual, which is a major plus.

We had a great experience. The gals in the office were fun, welcoming, and just so sweet. My daughter was super nervous and her drivers instructor was so great at explaining everything and allowing her to ask questions all the things. Love that they explain everything at the end too.

i made an appointment n canceled it the same day bc i wasn’t gonna be able to make it so i asked for a refund it’s been 4-5 days already but i got an email saying they refunded my money back but i changed my bank n they still charged me sooo i want my money back.
The location is fantastic! I was a bit nervous for my mom to take a test since she doesn’t speak English fluently, but the ladies at admin desk were so helpful and put her at ease. And guess what? She passed the test with flying colors!
After seeing some of the negative reviews, I was nervous to come here, but had a great experience! The test wasn’t too complicated, and it didn’t take long either (about 10-15 minutes). They also have a much shorter wait list than other places and offer convenient appointment times. Would definitely recommend NW Driver’s ED to anyone looking to get their license!
