Barry was a great instructor. Our son felt really confident by the time he took the test. His tester was thorough and kind. We did have to wait a while for the test— my son tested 40 minutes after his scheduled time. But otherwise a great experience.
Rogers is the best! 2 of our kids now have gotten their license through the school and both were great and easy experiences. Their staff is so friendly and supportive of 16-year-old’s and their anxious parents.
Second time using Roger’s for my teen driver. First 2 lessons with George. Lesson and test prep with Irene who did a fabulous job getting him ready for the road test so he passed first time! She really helped him to be cautiously confident and a good decision maker on the road. Thank you Irene!
The instructors were easy to work with and my son learned a lot from them. Jamol and Dan were great and worked very well with my son. Thank you for a positive experience at Rogers. I will recommend them.
Amazing staff! I was in a huge rush to pass my test because I have to move in a week, but everyone was so helpful! I could feel that they genuinely wanted me to pass. Originally I had one test prep class with Jamol and he was very helpful! I was very scared to drive on the course but he gave me a very helpful talk on how everyone starts off somewhere and gets better with practice. He helped my confidence a lot. I came back for the next couple days to proactive on the course and the instructor there helped me parallel park and go on the course for FREE in his own time. He was so sweet and the pointers he gave me were very helpful. I still felt inexperienced so we went to the front desk to ask for an additional test prep class right before my test. The lady at the front desk was so sweet and she managed to get me a class right before my test which is so hard to do! I genuinely don’t think I would have passed if it wasn’t for that class. The instructor that taught me for my second test prep class was Irene- she was also very sweet! She really helped calm my nerves and taught how to control my car. She was extremely helpful and super motivational! Overall everyone was so helpful and I could tell they really cared about there students. I highly recommend:)

STUDENTS BEWARE! While driving on the highway, I observed a car with a Cindy Cohen School of Driving decal speeding past at approximately 70+ MPH and driving very aggressively, despite the fact that the speed limit on I-79 and I-376 is only 55 MPH. It is regrettable that the instructors at this institution are imparting such poor driving habits to their students. I would be exceedingly cautious about either you or your child receiving driver education at this school. After this incident, we've decided to look at other schools in the area.
Cindy Cohen Driving School provides excellent instruction for new drivers. Their instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and professional, making learning to drive both safe and enjoyable. The program is well-structured, and they focus on building confidence and good driving habits. I highly recommend Cindy Cohen Driving School to anyone looking to learn how to drive with support and guidance.
Excellent experience with Cindy Cohen driving school! The instructors were helpful and kind and gave great feedback to my daughter. I wish I would have had all of my kids take lessons here and saved myself from the stress of teaching them! Highly recommend!
My experience was quite disappointing. Their website claims, “We instruct with a smile on our faces,” but that was far from reality. Throughout my lesson, the instructor was consistently rude—frequently yelling at me and creating unnecessary pressure, which left me feeling extremely anxious before the test. During the driving test, I followed almost everything I had been taught, yet I lost a significant number of points for relatively minor mistakes. This led to a failing result and a recommendation to take additional lessons. Charging $200 for a single driving test is excessive, especially without offering a second chance to students who perform reasonably well. Overall, I do not recommend this school, particularly for international drivers.
Just an incredible place. Cindy gave my adult daughter a 1 hour lesson before she took the driving test. My daughter couldn't say enough good things about the driving tricks that made both driving simpler and safer but also made passing the test simple. Cindy helped build up confidence, calmed some anxious nerves, eased testing anxiety all while providing excellent training. Of course she passed! Don't hesitate, use this driving school either for the full training or as a refresher for an experienced driver.

We had a great experience with Allegheny Driving School. Mike was the instructor for both of my daughters. Both were nervous about taking the course, but Mike made them both feel at ease. My kids are both different learners, and were at different levels of comfort with driving, and he was able to teach them both effectively. I feel so much more comfortable with my kids on the road, knowing that they completed this course. They were able to practice on the course and Mike had so many great tips and tricks for driving that I didn't even know :) Thank you, Mike!

I got my son lessons at Allegheny Driving School. Mike Gallagher was professional and knowledgeable. He gave my son a solid foundation in driving skills, and prepared him well for the test. He took the test in Mike’s car, which I’d highly recommend. He passed on the first attempt with no problems.

Mike, at Allegheny Driving School, was wonderful when working with my son and providing him driving lessons. He was always professional and punctual with all appointments and lessons. Mike was always readily available to communicate and responded to any questions I had. He even provides the driving car and will go to the driving road test if you prefer. My son ended up passing his driving test and getting his license on the first try! I highly recommend Allegheny Driving School!

I can’t thank “Brad’s Driving School”enough! When I started, I had zero confidence behind the wheel. I was nervous, driving off the road, and honestly didn’t even know how to turn the steering wheel properly. Brad was incredibly patient and encouraging every step of the way. He broke everything down clearly and never made me feel bad for my mistakes. With his help, I went from terrified to confident and I just got my license! 🥳 If you’re nervous about learning to drive, this is absolutely the place to go.

Brad is an amazing instructor! He instantly helped me feel comfortable and confident about driving. He is also interested in genuinely helping out his students. I was on a tight schedule and he made sure that I got my license on time. I cannot recommend him enough!
We are so happy we chose Brad's Driving School! I knew from the first time talking with him he was going to make my daughter feel at ease. Very nice guy, he worked around my schedule and was easy to get ahold of. When it was time for her to take her test, he took care of everything including scheduling and making sure all necessary forms were available. Highly highly recommend Brad's Driving School, especially if you are an international student who has driven before and are looking to get a US license. I had a very pleasant experience interacting with him, right from inquiring about his services till him dropping me off post the test. The pre-test refresher lesson was thorough and well-paced, and I was able to give my test without being nervous. I am pleased to have got my license through Brad's guidance, without worrying about any of the logistics involved in the process!

This course has definitely made me a safer driver. During the time spent going through the chapters, I learned more about defensive driving than what I’ve learned throughout my overall experience on the road as a driver. The structure of the course keeps you engaged and wanting for more.
Focus on the program information which will make a difference, I started to consider many points in my daily driving specially that 1/Don't let other drivers decide your actions, 2/Driving in different weather conditions, 3/Speed limit and stopping speed, 4/finally safety and how your every day is a bless don't lose it by reckless driving or road rage. Thank you and appreciate these kind reminders that really can make a difference in saving lives.
Well organized topics and presentations. Although I have been driving for 55 years this course highlighted some new driving habits and refreshed some habits that had gone lax. I find myself more alert in some areas - making me a safer driver.
It was an awesome experience that I got to know more on driving safely.
Awful. Signed up 3 years ago in NY and pre-paid for 3 years in advance. Then we moved to Florida and contacted them to find out if I could use the program. They said yes and I spent about 7 hours to complete the course which I passed. Then two weeks later they told me it wasn’t valid because I wasn’t in NY You can’t make this up.

We asked for a lesson for our child who already had a good deal of driving practice. We wanted them to practice parallel parking and review the actual road test. Instead, despite me telling the instructor this, they drove our child around for the entire time and had him practice turning. Which he was fine with. So the lesson was an expensive way to get no new instruction or skills. In contrast, Cindy Cohen driving school listened to us and our child had a great experience with them.
I tried to get in contact with them 4 months ago no one answered or returned phone calls. That's on them then they won't get my business then.
I loved the instructor I had he was very nice and patient with me! Also, I passed my driving exam on the first try after taking these classes!
I'm not sure where the bad reviews are coming from, but I got my license after having lessons from easy method and I had a great experience with my instructor, she was very patient and I learned a lot going out on lessons, she also took me to the Penn Hills parallel parking/drivers course and we practiced parallel parking multiple times. I was able to pass my drivers test and have been driving ever since.

I signed up with Kennedy for both classroom and driving instruction. The classroom teaching was a joke, more comparable to an anti-drug course than anything to do with driving. When it came time for driving the instructor would never get back to me to schedule a time and I had to get a refund for that half of the program, while the other half was wasted on useless classroom learning. Don't waste your money with them
I registered with 3 to 4 months left in my senior high school year and I was able to pass the drivers test within that time frame. The instructors were kind and helpful. I had no problems with them at all.
Find somewhere else. After leaving multiple messages, days later I finally receive a call back and they tell you to call CCAC to sign up. After leaving 2 messages and an e-mail, I finally received a call back only to be told to call another phone # to register. I call that number only to be told you can't sign up for the Drivers Education class at this time. You have to wait for Spring.

Although I didn't take the in-class theory, and instead did the online theory, the instruction provided by the instructors really helped me out and they worked with me to get my license right in time! Only issue I had was getting started with them. Once we got started with our driving lessons, it was a great opportunity and well worth it!
