Roadmaster in fortworth was a great experience. I learned as much as a school could teach and had fun along the way. Mr. Charles is an excellent school manager and runs a tight ship. The instructors are all very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They're not gonna send you on your way without knowing what you're doing. 10/10 you should go here.
I came into Road Master not knowing what to expect and wasn’t sure if I was even going to make it because I didn’t know anything about trucks. From the classroom, to PTI, to maneuvers, I was taught everything I needed to know. It was a challenge of course but I fought through the discouragement and the thought of giving up and I didn’t. All the instructors had their own way of teaching but either way it was going to help you in the end. The instructor that taught me the most was Armando, I got to work with him majority of the time on the pad and he’s a highly exceptional instructor, very patient and really detailed. It’s extremely impossible to not get it when he teaches. He was one of the best. I thank everyone for the opportunity.

I had a great time learning here at road master drivers school. Everyone such as Paul, Armando, Shaina, Marcus, Mrs. Angie. And last but not least Mr. Will. All made sure and took time to make sure I was successful here. And, at the the end made it through and got my CDL.
This school was amazing, friendly and so much more. They really help you to get your cdl and understand everything before you graduate. And the instructors are so friendly, helpful and wonderful people.

Great school to learn the fundamentals. Its not easy course. You will be challenged. Just follow the instructor instructions & you will be ok. Also you will need to study during this course to pass. Remember its only 4 weeks so its accelerated so no time to mess around. Alot of information to learn so you cant afford to fall behind. Just keep a positive attitude & you will get through it!
Rushed through. Train yourself on air brakes and pretrip. I needed far more practice on a single aspect of the test. Was told to come and wait for hours on the range for a slim possibility of getting one attempt to practice. After three tries at testing I was dismissed. If you have a B or some yard trucking experience, don’t expect personalized help

I would take their reviews with a grain of salt considering everyone who has shared a positive review was compensated. I do not recommend C1 trucking school because I did not feel fully prepared to be a truck driver after attending their program. I was not taught how to use an ELD. We were taught how to back a truck simply to pass a test for the DMV, not backing skills that would be helpful in real driving scenarios. Lastly, we did not receive any time driving on the highway, considering most of the people who become commercial truck drivers will be driving on interstates and highways. We were not taught in depth how to couple a tractor + trailer. Their facilities were filthy. The house/office used at the driving range specifically had holes where you can tell mice had chewed through the walls, the floor did not feel stable, there was never any toilet paper in the single bathroom on the grounds, there was no hot water or soap to wash your hands. The classroom training felt pointless because all we did was take practice tests to prepare for the permit. I could have done this in the weeks before I started school here. The director is condescending and flashy. There isn’t much space to practice the pre-trip inspection for the outside of the truck because it is constantly being used to test students who are preparing to graduate. There weren’t enough parking spaces and when it rains, it was a nightmare to be at the driving range due to the mud holes that were everywhere. And don’t get me started on the disrespectful, lazy instructors, outdated, broken equipment and the numerous OSHA violations 💀
My experience with C1 was great! Starting with the classroom instructors Jeremy and Rick, the yard instructors like Lorie, Nisha, Ben, Don, Tommy, Wynn and more, to the admin staff like Mr Keith and Antonio and the ladies at the classroom office. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and most importantly friendly and fun. Thank you all for making my training so enjoyable.

My experience with Jordan was Great! Had my training on Sunday and by Thursday the following week, I was licensed class type “A”. Jordan was very knowledgeable and professional in what you would need to be successful to obtain your commercial license. The 1 on 1 training made it very easy for me to prepare for the actual test. Everything we practice was done at the DPS just as how it was practiced. I was happy I was able to find this school even though I live 70 miles out! Every mile was worth it. If your budget is tight but you still want your license and want good training, CDL LAST STEP is for you.
I just received my class A license in the mail. A year ago I didn’t even have my regular license so I wanted to come here and thank Jordan with Last Step CDL for making something I thought was impossible possible. Jordan made every step very easy and clear to understand. I’m almost 42 and the pre trip inspection is a lot information to memorize. I failed that part of the test twice then Jordan took time out of his day to bring me back to the training facility to go over every step of the pre trip again. Making sure I knew the correct wording to use and making sure i was comfortable with that part of the test before I took it again. He did everything he could except take the test for me. Very good experience. The in-person class helped make the information more interesting and easier to remember. The interactions between the instructor and attendees kept me engaged. Daun was great. I hope to never be in a situation to need to take the class again...BUT, if I do, this would be my first consideration.
Initially I dreaded going for 6hrs, but after going thru the class I am glad I went. The time went faster than I could imagine. I could not believe how much information I retained. Which must mean, I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. Our instructor was very good in making us feel very comfortable and more importantly I think his approach vas very effective in allowing us to realize the importance in what we were dealing with. Our lives! I personally enjoyed the class and am more aware of paying attention to what I’m doing. Thanks!!
Chris was a great teacher and guided our class very professionally and made it interesting and fun! I enjoyed the class. I took the class with my husband for insurance discounts so it wasn’t mandatory. However, even if it was, Chris made that class a learning experience for everyone. I definitely recommend Comedy Defensive Driving School as I already have to my coworkers.
Avoid at all cost! Choose hundreds of other courses out there...They do not send an email out that you have completed the course and wants 7.99$ to send that email. Every other defensive driving course does send an email with that statement.
I registered this course for my wife and it's been over 2 weeks and we are yet to get her certificate of completion. It would appear they deliberatly delay sending you the certificate to force you to purchase their downloadable certificate. Make sure to give yourself ample time to deal with this.

Definitely recommend this place for a driver's test! Both of my kids took their driver’s test here and we had a wonderful relaxed experience. We were recommended to come here 4 years ago when we originally were waiting in line at the DMV. We left and made and appt here and of course it was WAY better than the DMV. Joni is so sweet and informative! It’s more expensive than the DMV drive test but worth every bit of it!! They offer defensive driving too so I will be using them for this if I ever need to. 😀
Great place to do a driving test. As an adult driver it was a good test and the driving instructor made me feel at ease. If your trying to make a choice and this is on the list I would absolutely pick this spot to take the test and I will refer anybody I know that needs to take the test to this location for sure.
We used First Class Driver for my daughter's driving test. The process could not have been easier. Joni and Bernard were professional, efficient and very thorough. They helped us navigate the DPS during this crazy COVID time and helped us send all the paperwork to Austin, TX so that she can get her license. I would highly recommend to all!
The office personnel at the Ft. Worth- Bryant Irvin location is amazing. They are the only reason for the 5 stars. With that said since they changes to Coastline you can no longer reach the office. The People in the call center are clueless and rude.
I just wanted to say that I loved my experience in this school and both the owners. Just to back up a little bit, I have been stationed overseas and I wasn’t able to get my license. I came home to visit and my siblings recommended this school. My family stays about 3 hours away and any nearby schools I called refused to help. I called this school and I was able to schedule a lesson. After my initial lesson, I was able to improve. scheduled another lesson and test. I passed! I can’t be thankful enough for the both of them and their staff is really nice. The prices are reasonable and the test is legit. I recommend going to this school for any new drivers whether they have had experience driving or are new to the road. Thank you to both owners and to their staff for flexibility and a great experience.

I personally did their Drive and Observe/Behind the Wheel course, and the instructors are very kind, patient, and helpful! My brothers have attended/are attending this school as well for the full Teen’s Course package. I also took my road test here and my family is thoroughly impressed with their online portal submission. Saved us the hassle of going to the DPS after the road test! We love the service we continue to get, the staff are wonderful! Would highly recommend coming here for Driver’s Ed!
This school is absolutely amazing to work with as from the first drive with the instructor, you know the driving route so you can practice it. The classes are entertaining and very educational, proving future drivers a great base line of knowledge. Will recommend to everyone wanting to drive.
We are currently having issues getting my daughter's driving portion completed. Whoever is answering the phones is not willing to work with me. My daughter's test is in January and needs to have this completed this place is starting to smell more like a scam. I paid in full from the beginning. Classes are being posted at 12 or 1 AM when normal people who work are asleep. It's frustrating because the Facility sent out an email saying if you need help getting scheduled please call and when you call you get absolutely 0 help and get referred to the website. I cannot take my daughter out of school to come out here and drive anywhere from 1 PM to 3 PM.
We had an extraordinary experience with my daughter's road test. We did an online parent-taught drivers course, then scheduled a road test with Community Driving School when I learned the Texas Driver License office website for scheduling tests was almost impossible to work with. (Not to mention they could only schedule three months away!) We experienced a problem with not being fully prepared for the test, but the good people at Community Driving School were extremely patient and accommodating giving us the needed time to get it all together, and reschedule very quickly so we wouldn't have a long wait. They went above and beyond in service! The only drawback was that the road test was pricey, but considering all they did for my daughter and I, in the end it was worth it. After the test, we took the paperwork in a sealed envelope to the Driver License office, where she had her photo taken, and they issued her Driver License...it was easy!
Could not be happier with their services. Made it easy to sign-up, schedule classes, and driving instructors are great! Would recommend to anyone. Plus staff was incredibly helpful with scheduling issues and all my questions.

Horrible experience. My daughter went in for her driving test. Before testing, the instructor told her that mostly all parent instructed students did not pass. So, this was the cherry on top for an already nervous teenager. Then, during the test he proceeded to say that the bad driving of a parent taught student is the reflection of the parents bad driving. The instructor continued to state that this is the reason why we as parents, should let professionals, like him, teach them. I will never visit Austin Driving School again for sure.
My grandson went here to complete his driver's license course by taking his road test at the school. The instructors and the office staff were professional and friendly. I would recommend this training school for anyone learning to drive.

My 16 year old daughter has been going to this driving school and complained about the employees being rude. But once she started the driving portion it went drastically downhill. 2 different male instructors have both put their hands on my daughter in an aggressive way. The most recent being on Saturday july 22nd. The instructor slapped my daughters hands/arm while she was driving and risked creating an accident in what he calls "an attempt to get her attention". He has her so upset and fearful now that we are concerned about her ability to drive. I am in the process of gathering all the information so that I can initiate the complaint to the local authorities. This is unacceptable in every way and the Manager was even aggressive and dismissive of my wife when she tried to address it. This is the definition of a place you should not take your impressionable child to to learn to drive.

Yesterday I passed my CDL test on the first try!! Thanks to a great group of instructors (George, Carlton, and Brandon ) you guys are the best.
It was a really good experience, the instructors take their time with you and really want you to learn and understand the ins and outs of handling a semi truck. As long as you been in the effort and time you get so much more out of it.
Told to arrive Feb 27 at 1:30pm, and to arrive 10 minutes early. I arrive 30 minutes early, building isn’t open. I wait till 1:40, building still isn’t open. Not sure why I was told to arrive if the building wouldn’t even be open, not very professional
Over all a good school driving school to enroll in. I finished one and done with the help of the amazing instructors this Fort Worth yard has (George, Chris, Brandon). The Instructors have amazing energy and enthusiasm every single day. They are there to answer any questions you may have. And they will get you 100% ready to pass your CDL test!

I took a course here when I was a teenager. It is a very unprofessional setting. The instructors have absolutely zero teaching and people skills. The only reason for going here was because, my father had to pay for my brother and I so, it fit the budget. If we knew how terrible this place was, we would have never gone. If you have the money, I recommend going to another driving school.

Based on people that I have known attempt training through this business, I can say Mr. Erasmo is not qualified, nor has the proper training and experience to train. He is extremely disrespectful and lacks self-control when it comes to his anger and needs to work on his patience. With all due respect, it’s time to retire. Do not waste your money and go elsewhere!
